Best thing you can do , Educates those Employees, The Worst the one outside, the ones that bring the trucks , No nice guys
We were given a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas and when we returned It the same way, we were charged $20
Bad and por service! The employee receiving the truck Was even wearing a mask giving me and my Wife in a dangerus situation. Beside that realized one day after than they charge me an extra cost of damages that was not from our part and once i returned they truck no damages appeared. In gonna for sure complain this situation and please dont rent anybking of vehicle frow them because you gonna receive riducilous and not true extra costs

Used this location probably 6 times past few years. The lady in front has a horrible attitude. Past 3 times either with a friend or myself she was extremely unpleasant.
When I picked up the car the car was dirty, didn't feel comfortable driving it. The truck itself felt like it had 600K not 60K miles ....

Interior was not clean, the bed of the pick up with rest of debris and tile. Have a broom handy to clean the bed and windows and doors in the interior should be clean.

I got the truck with 33 miles to empty and returned with 28 miles to empty and was charged $9 for 5 miles difference. That is just wrong!!!!!
Great service, I rent uhaul's pretty often this was a better experience over all
1) start to speak English (I know it's weird in 2021) 2) coordinate the staff to broad a correct information 3) clean the trucks or propose hand sanitizer, who know's if a virus might get you sick... in general the staff here is HORRIBLE: rude, not helping, absolutely chaos
Poor attention. A Girls of front desk was not correct, didn't interested to help me. I won't never visit this location.

The U-haul app needs a LOT of work. The process to pick-up via mobile was terrible...took about 20-25 minutes. Returning the car via the app was a little better but still a 10-15 minute process that should have been 5 minutes. And very unclear where to leave the key.
It was a bit stressful that i did not receive a received confirmation email soon or at least some sort of proof that everything was well
Don't have parking. Went you arrive alone is a big problem. The lock at the back door of the truck don't worked or closed. Ever has open. Buyer one lock that close and secured the moving items.

Charged my card insurance without my authorization even though I completed it through mobile and put no insurance, also charged me for an additional day which I only use for less than 3 hours and returned before time given. Very unprofessional location, definitely will not use this again.
If the charges are going to be more than what we're given let the customer know before charging their card
The service was great. The return was a breeze, could not have been easier. One suggestion. If you guys offer the online check in, I believe it is unnecessary to have the customer wait inline inside to get the same stuff done again (even though you have an appointment and submitted all required items in advance). The truck should be waiting outside, or atleast get it assigned outside and be on the go. The pick up process was about 35 min. No a huge deal because the everyone was extremely nice, but just wanted ro leave the suggestion.

The lady at the counter was byond rude. Im used the horrible customer service in South Florida but this lady was just way out of line. When I asked her why she was upset at me she went off and yelled at me to have a nice day. The gentleman that helped me loaded me up with the trailer was great. Luke Payton
No improvement needed. I had great experience at this location. I was in and out of this location in 10 minutes with the best customer service I experienced.
Picking up was a huge pain because of the mobile process. However, dropping off was a breeze.

Massive thanks to the guys in Miami who helped me change the trailer hitch and load my plants into the trailer once it was hooked up.
Service was fast. Both employees in the counter were very courteous and friendly. Maybe Uhaul can provide costumers with a map from this location to the nearest highway ramps that have low clearance for a 26' truck.

The truck was very old, it was very dirty, they wanted to charge me double for a service that I only use one day.
This is an awesome u-haul location. The gentlemen who work here are attentive and their customer service skills are on point. I always go to a U-haul on 36 street because its closest To my house, but 36 street is trash compared to this location. When I tell you that I left the place feeling like I wanted to come back all the time. Even during the rental I kept thinking “what a wonderful first impressionâ€. This will be the U-hail I go to for everything now.

A/C was not working properly and lead for an uncomfortable ride. Other than this the pickup location was simply amazing. Quick, nice, and knew what they were talking about. I would like for the manager to give me a call regarding the A/C and the light for the back of the truck.
PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WEAR A FACE MASK WHILE ATTENDING A CLIENT. My problem with this location is that when I arrived, the woman doing my reservation was first, eating and talking to other employees and also had what seems to be with a cold (she was cleaning her runny nose with her shirt) and NO FACE MASK! When clearly at the entrance of this establishment says FACE MASK are required. There were 2 other employees which seem very respectful and were wearing a mask but this woman was just shameless. Please people, we are still under a terrible pandemic. Be more considerate of others health!

Great customer service on the way out and the way back in. I forget the reps names but would definitely give them a shout out if I did. They were very helpful, recommended different items and walked me through the process.

Worst Facility in Miami. The elevator doesn’t work, they charge you for everything, they don’t care if they rent a truck with an amount of gas they still charge you a hundreds of dollars for a truck.
Had problems with reservation of the truck and it seems to be a Uhaul policy: accepting reservations beyond capacity and notifying last minute the unavailability of the equipment. It happened to two other customers that same weekend. I had reserved a truck to be returned at a different location and was forced to return it in Miami or I wouldn't have been able to get a truck as planned. A friend had the same issue in Boca Raton.
Everything went well...!! The guy outside who brought the unit out was very polite & friendly explaining very well everything about the truck..! Keep up the good work..!!!

That facility is awful! Highly inconvenient and unsafe! I wouldn’t recommend that place to an enemy much less a friend. I gave them a “Below Average” because the workers are nice but they could never problem solve. The elevator is always broken, not just this year when they upgraded. What’s the point of a storage facility where you can’t get to your stuff? The last approximately 5 months I’ve had to walk up 5 flights of freight stairs and walk through dark hallways where often times I’m encountering vagrants. At one point a couple years ago the elevator was broken I asked that an employee escort me stairs because yet again the elevator was broken and they refused due to their own safety too. Nice staff but awful facility.
Is the worst facility that I have used, dirty, full of roaches, hot, elevator first was extremely slow and it has not work for the pass three month. I need it to get my belongings on the seventh floor I had to use the stairs and was not able to move because the elevator was not working Few months ago I put a claim for items that were stollen and when I asked to see the film to see what happened I was told there was no security film. I consider this to be a major problem due to the fact that if anything happens to anyone there is no security cameras according to the office. I lost over $2500. worth of items including my diving equipment, coats, cloth..... and have no way to prove it.

I have paid this storage for a year. Hired a moving truck and crew to put some more items and pick up some of what I had there and found that the elevator wasnt working. Couldnt get my furniture out plus, I couldnt put the new stuff in this storage. Wasted a lot of time of the movers who charge hourly and had go to a new storage. They had to come back yesterday to get the resf of what I have in the storage get it down by the stairs with several movers in order to put everything on the same storage. I have been calling, texting, leaving messages and havent been able to talk to Hector the manager. I left my number, email and no reply. This issue cost me a lot of money which I need uhaul to reimburse.
The service here was excellent. I’m HUGE on customer service and the people here delivered. Definitely want to recognize Tita (I hope that was her name). She truly went up and bring to help me, super friendly, funny, and does her job effortlessly. Overall, the ladies here kick a**. All were so humble and approachable.

Excellent customer service the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and polite. I think his name was Rolando ( he has been working there for many years and he has helped me in the past. 5 star service from him!
I had a terrible experience with this facility. I got stuck in the elevator for 30 mins with half of my things. Finally we got out, but my things stayed at the elevator for 5 days, until they fix it. I had to leave the rest of my things in the moving truck and hire new people for the unloading when elevator was fixed. I reserved my storage on the 7th floor, without letting me know that was burned a year ago and you still can breath the smoke in the floor. I needed to use a face mask every time I visit the storage. The unit was full of roaches, when I move out of the unit, it was infected of dead roaches. The place is disgusting, hot (not air conditioning) and dangerous due to the smoke. They I only stayed 2 months, and never got any discount or consideration after all I went through. It was the worst storage experience I ever had. The storage closes at 7pm, but there are access through the outside stairs leading to the floors, where homeless people come to stay for the night. Very dangerous. I don´t recommend this location to anybody. It was a nightmare for me dealing with the elevator, that breaks all the time according to people going there.
While I would recommend this facility for renting Uhaul trucks, I would not recommend it for storage. It appears to have a mouse problem and I worry that our mattress will be attacked by mice. Also there are homeless people wandering in and using the elevators to hang out in the upper storage floors They carry food which attracts mice. .
I had my unit with you for over 4 years, through the fire and all the damage to my belongings. Then to the roaches and rats all over my things that are now ruined. I will be making formal complaint.

There were mice droppings in all of my things. I have to throw out half of the stuff I had in storage because of the rat problem. I paid $130 to keep my things for a month & it wasn’t worth it.
It has been a great experience as a warehouse facility and great service.
Storage is a getho no light no climate control and probably rats going to eat any food we left in that room it’s also on the 6th floor so the move in was a nightmare on cart wheels but it’s free

Demetri was extremely helpful and very professional. Parking for customers would be an added plus. Meters very difficult to find. Staff very polite and helpful.
They personnel are very aggressive and rudeness. They behave like every one is a criminals. Obviously, they need a advanced human relations course. Unprofessionally disgusting.
Size of unit was not what I paid for online. Elevator broke down when I tried to move stuff into unit. Staff was very unresponsive to these issues. Would not store here again.
Was pleasant was when I sign in ....BUT , the corridors are always crowded with steps ladders ... the floors are uneven and its hard to use the carts ... elevator not work for 3 days etc etc..

There used to be quite a lot of non-employees trying to offer moving help, at times it felt almost agressive. However during my most recent trips I've noticed a big improvement.
I stored a sofa for three months brand-new $9000 when I opened it up found many bugs was very disappointed You almost had to buy a new sofa for this lady
