The manager mentioned no cash allowed. What made him think I would use cash to rent a vehicle. How dumb/naive did he think I was? Not very personable.

I am unsure of the name of the person who helped me when I picked up the auto transport trailer, but if I could clone him and hire him at my office, I would make at least 10 clones. Maybe seven- Ten is a lot of anything. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and personable. Those three attributes will get you hired anywhere....but this guy was displaying them in real time without hesitation or need (no one was looking). He had no one to impress, just me and my eight year old son. He went out of his way to explain the process, not oversell the insurance (which I opted in for), and found a way to save me a couple of dollars. There are negative things everywhere -if you look-, BUT this type of simple interaction is the reason “good” keeps prevailing within companies. Hiring individuals who care about people...PEOPLE. Pretty awesome. I know this verbiage is a bit much for a simple transaction, but I was super impressed. Thanks Uhaul- keep hiring “that guy”

Use a better service to repair your equipment. There was a great deal of difficulty opening the door to the trailer. The manager even admitted that whoever had repaired it before we rented it had done a terrible job of it. But over all, we were pleased with the service and would recommend and/or use it again when needed.

Maybe less charge for a day rental on the Dollys for cars. I think it was too Hi.

The guy at the counter was so helpful.

Phil was excellent to work with. Very professional and helpful. The only issue we had was that the truck we rented had three miles of gas left in it before it was empty but, Phil did give us a generous discount due to that inconvenience.

It was a very busy afternoon and I had to wait about 15 minutes to pick up my rental (I had already checked in online); extra staff would have made things move along faster.

GM was great to work with- but there seemed to major issues with yard jockeys not maintaining records as they should have been( odometer was 1 mile over what was listed on my contract- I pointed this out & was told it would be fixed- it apparently wasn't) & not doing any kind of pre-trip inspection or sterilization of the cab & trailer. My truck had a rat trap in the back from the previous user & I was unaware of what it WAS until I returned the truck and was told I had “ left a rat trap in the truck” which I then had to explain had been there from the start & I wan unaware of what it even was/ that I assumed it was supposed to be there/ that I needed to leave it there.

I will not use this location again, the employee continued to make flirting comments to me with my boyfriend right there. It was very uncomfortable and I could not wait till we were done and could leave to get away from the situation I recommend to go to a different location

No one was around. Lots of uhaul trucks sitting in-line to be returned

The guy that took my reservation did not listen and there for it cost me a lot more money and I had to go to another location to get better service 😞 Somday I might rent through u-Hal again but it will not be at the green bay location.

During a pandemic it would be nice if employees wore masks. But overall great customer service.

Reserved trailer on line and received an email that my vehicle's hitch and wiring needed to be inspected prior to pick up. Called pick up location and they were not aware of the need, but said that if I had a 2inch ball and a 4 pt flat connector that is all they needed. Computer at pick up location very slow.

I rented a truck November 14, pick up in Appletion WI, 9:30 am and drop off in Green Bay WI 2:30 pm, Contract 20012317. I was charged in excess of $125for a 4 hour rental. When I contacted the General Manager of the Green Bay store I was told thats the way it works, "You no rent from my store so I can't give you money back" Chargining that amount for a 4 hour rental is unreasonable. I scould have been charged the In Town rate. I will use other services for the next rental.

Mr Kong the manager/owner has not resolved a billing issue. This facility billed my credit card for three days rental when they should have only billed me for a one day rental. Mr.Kong said he would review the contract and issue a refund. Three weeks later I'm still waiting to see that refund. My second request for a refund has gone unanswered.

Rented a motorcycle hauler, no issues with the trailer and customer service at this location is outstanding. Had a few issues with the hitch on my vehicle, and the rep took extra time to help me out. Highly recommend this U-Haul facility!

Fast check in and return. The attendant was so nice and helpful. I lost my wallet in the cab of truck and he found it for me and wished me a good day. He made it a pleasant experience.

Nobody is there hardly ever to fill propane, and when there is someone there , they are out or it is broken

Nothing at all. The man who took care of us was very understanding, and was very patient with us and all the customers, since he was the only person behind the counter.

Our Uhaul was not ready at the time we reserved. We had to wait for over 40 minutes to get it.

There was only one person on site and she was really busy. Waited 20 minutes before she told me where I could unhook. I unhooked myself and left. I think more team members would help.

I waited 20 minutes to be checked back in while the UHaul workers were playing grab ass in the back. Well, at least that is what it sounded like.

The employees there were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. This location is my favorite of all U-Hauls I have used.

Tall guy knows what's going on! Other guy without mask took FOREVER to check me in and didn't know how to connect the trailer. (So I had to be inside with someone without a mask for 40 minutes!) So communicate with the tall polite young guy. He's awesome!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only negative was that I couldn't rent the uHaul for 4 hours instead of 6 because I was just moving a couch and a small lightweight desk. Easy cost friendly for what I needed.

The original location that I was supposed to get the truck did not have it, they could confirm the reservation but still no truck. I was sent to the Uhaul location down the street. Wasn't sure I was getting a truck there either but they did come through, though we were about an hour behind at this point. I did find a plastic bag with a broken jar and what looked like mayonnaise in it, otherwise the truck was clean. Not the first time this has happened when the truck is reserved through an affiliate.

One employee to handle all the customers. The electric cord had been damaged on trailer and not repaired so we had to wait additionally for the repair. The trailer had not been swept out and had quite a dirty floor.

My paper work process went smoothly and the employees/staffs were very helpful in getting me my rental truck. I will surely use their services in the future! Awesome employees, and management was kind and respectful towards me as a customer.

Better instructions for self return. Where to leave equipment if self returning. Does equipment stay under the canopy or do you find a parking spot? We ended up going inside and asking.

Truck was a little beat up for only having 3000 miles

I picked up a truck and put 9.5 miles on it. When I filled it with gas it cost $12.58 to fill up which is a little over 6 gallons. The gas gage showed full, but apparently it is broke. 12 dollars for 9.5 miles was B.S.

The van was very old, with worn out seats, and a very dangerous broken driver's side visor that flopped down at will, partially blocking my vision at least 50 times in 78 miles driven!

We were 6th in line for return but the young man, who was working alone, made every effort to take care of everyone as fast as possible. He was Very polite despite the congestion and all of us were on our way in a matter of minutes. He scored high with all of us in line. He did an awesome job.

Waited over an hour because clerk was having issues with computers. Had to re do the contract 3 times and due to the wait the furniture store closed and I was unable to get my furniture. I want a refund for this rental!

I came in at 4:45pm hoping to get the uhual a tad early because I was supposed to leave at 5pm. I waited in line after a customer well then another couple walks in behind me to return a vehicle remind you I already had a reservation and he tells them he is going to take care of them first and then walks outside for another 20 minutes, he finally comes back in and laughs at me. At this point I am angry!!! Never again will I go to that location I have never had that poor of customer service in my life!!!

Took 50 min to check out a pre reserved truck. Handed me the keys didnt show me how to find my truck or where it was. Had to load the dolly myself, tried to give wrong dolly. This whole incident caused me to be late for the movers, which luckily they waited. One guy was working the whole shop.

They were very understanding when we needed the truck longer.

Truck not ready when scheduled. The truck was to be picked up at 7:30 but unless I drove to the prior renters home 30 mins away to pick up the truck they weren't going to bring it back till noon. I drove to the priors renters home and started 2 hours late, causing the labor to be rescheduled. Normally not an issue but this was a one way rental and I hired labor thru U-Haul. The GM at the site did everything he could to try to make it right but not how anyone wants to start a move.

The checkin process was not contactless as I indicated on my reservation. The interior of the truck cab was not very clean. The doors were dirty with leaves and small stone. There was food particles on the passenger seat and what looked to be the residual of spilled liquid on the dash and cup holder area. In this time of Covid, I would expect a better cleaning process for a shared vehicle.
