everything was great the day I came in to rent i know u where telling your employees that they had to wear mask the next day i go in to drop off the truck there not wearing no mask just took the key from me and told me have a good day..im not happy about this because he didn't even check it in nothing..

Very irritated. Drove 4.5 hours got yhe uhaul went to my storage. Paid couldnt get into unit. Be cause locks were changed. No master key. Had to rent 2 rooms because their store manager wasnt answerin
Your code doesnt work. Anyone can just walk in. Alarm always going off tobthe point nobody even looks. Cant use the restoom facility there. Drop off was 20 miles away. Y couldnt i use gb u guys suck

Manager Phillip Jackson provided exemplary service throughout my time there. Though he was always short-staffed, I would not hesitate to use or recommend this facility again.
Great service, clean container, plenty of pads, economical and I even received a $50 credit for our container being a day late.
The wait was VERY long. We came back with a truck and they didn't have the storage unit they promise me. Also, they were suppose reimbursed me for lock and never did.
Phil was immensely helpful in figuring out our moving situation. He made it so simplistic in a very stressful situation. Absolutely a stress relief during our move to green bay. Thanks!!!!

This experience was very good, a few days before the young man that TRIED to assist was not very knowledgeable and struggled to answer questions, asked for manager info and he wasn’t able to provide

Got charged for a second month and a late fee after cancelling my unit.
They charged me more than I had made the reservation for the previous day
items were damaged by water and U haul would not help with my insurance or their insurance stated I must prove how water got into my unit. they also put a lock on my unit for non payment I was paidup
The staff was very professional and friendly and informative.
