They are running some sorta of scam at this location where they charge you extra for mileage or gas. I agreed to pay because it only amounted to 7 $extra dollars, but it soured my experience and I will make sure not to use this U-haul location again. I have used U-haul alot in my business and this is the first bad experience.

I wish they had told us that procedures to return the truck. We pulled in and they were really busy. We were unsure on what the procedures were and where to park the truck. Other than that the rental was over all okay. The first customer service person who helped us was kind and helped us on the contract. I just wish they could have gone over how to return the equipment.

Truck had the wrong mileage listed gas gauge had the wrong gasoline listed Chuck was dirty on the inside and had things wrong with it but wasn't shown as an issue that they had found employees were very friendly very helpful it just took extra time and extra interaction with the people at U-Haul to get all the problems resolved before I could even get the truck

Jennifer was wonderful during pick up. She is always a pleasure to work with. Upon return, i waited in line for a long time, and at 18:59 decided to put the tailer in a parking spot so i want blocking traffic. I went to tell the guy who was handling check in and he proceeded to tell me to check in myself because the other customers were ther before 7. This morning he texted me to tell me I arrived after the store closed. Not my fault they closed early. The guy away check on was rude. No thrilled with him. This location is also very difficult to get in and out of.

We had a very good experience! I want togive a commendation to both the woman behind the counter (Jennifer?) who help us with our rental, and also the woman who assisted us on the lot to get our van. Equipment was clean. But an axle seal on the 26' truck started leaking part way through our trip, and we had to call roadside assistance. The mechanic said the seal had been worked on before, but not done correctly, meaning that U-Haul sent us out with poorly maintained equipment that could have had a catastrophic failure - an accident or even a fire.

The pick up location wasn't the problem. The problem was your website and your app. It kept freezing it would get stuck. I try to schedule an appointment for moving help,That was a nightmare had to get a refund twice can you have her confirm on the second time. I really don't understand how are you can take a customers money without really confirming the appointment and the time frame this process was poorly conceived and I will not use the moving help ever again nor will I recommend it.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the manager made everything easy. She walked me through all the steps. The customer service was excellent. I was offered a tour and then when I agreed, received an excellent tour with no waiting. I appreciated the manager showing me everything, especially the storage bins, but in a fast and efficient manner so I could get on with my day.

The only issue I had and Im hoping to address it tomorrow is a 20 $After Hours charge. This was not mentioned at the time of the lease. I also asked the gentleman that was hooking it up if it was an issue dropping off after hours and he said no. I was surprised with the 20 $charge. I mean I could have waited an extra hour to drop off when they opened. I will call tomorrow and hopefully get this sorted. Other than that this was an excellent transaction. No complaints.

The folks at this location were awesome for my dolly rental. Not only did they fully explain the dolly usage, but they noticed that a tire on my motor home was low. They not only filled that one, but checked all 6 tires and filled them. They said “it's our job to make sure you have a safe trip home”. I regularly use uhaul, but this experience has made me a customer for life! Great customer service, thank you.

The lights stopped working and I need to know if it was the trailer or my car. I called the company that installed the wiring in my car and they suggested that the trailer could have had a short that blew a fuse on my car. Please check the trailer and let me know. This is an extremely dangerous situation to be confronted with.

This is the worst uhaul location I have ever dealt with. They are impossible to get ahold of. They do not answer there phones it's always routed to corporate. This was a very unpleasant experience and a huge hassle. I would not use this location ever again! And I will advise others of the same.

All of the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. They even went so far as to reverse my hitch (move ball to other side) to allow for more clearance with the trailer. I highly recommend this location.

Gentleman inside the haltom city location was NOT friendly at all. He didnt greet us. All he said was YOUR HERE FOR A RETURN YOU GOTTA GO TALK TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE. Another lady and I were returning our rentals at the same time. We BOTH didn't know where to go outside and the gentleman inside didnt even direct us where to go on the lot.

Everything was good but the line checking out was quite long and only one person checking people in which held us up close to an hour, cut into our rental time and we had to have the truck back before we could do our last load. Other than that we will rent from this location again.

There was a paving and traffic mess on the street out in front, but not something they could control. Getting into the location is problematic since you can only access it by heading south down Denton Highway. This is supremely annoying as access should be granted from the frontage road to 820 and doesn't seem to be. Docked them a star for accessibility but it looks like a great location, if largely inaccessible. Attentive folks work there.

Every time I rent a truck, trailer, or storage unit at this location the customer service is incredible! I am usually in and out fairly quickly and the staff always seems genuinely happy to be there. I had water damage and had molded clothes shoes and wicker furniture that had to be thrown out. I couldn't figure out when the items were damaged because I didn't visit storage regularly.

I've been using Uhaul for years. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Uhaul to any of my friends and family. They are ALWAYS busy. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. I would give a five star rating but the access and security system for the storage units has a lot of room for improvement. I came at 8:45PM with my first load. The access gate let me in but an alarm sounded when I removed my lock. I tried to leave but the exit gate kept saying access denied and would not let me out. I called the emergency number on the exit gate twice but no one answered so I left voicemails. I called the police to make sure they weren't already on their way since the alarm was going off. I eventually ended up having to climb your 8 foot fence in a dress with slippery dress sandals, jump over the other side, open the entry gate, run back to my car and drive it out the entry. You may want to consider adding a security guard during access hours to help out in those types of situations or possibly having a backup emergency phone number posted.

Agent took over an hour to setup a simple storage unit rental. The agent was an asst. manager with little knowledge of how to operate the reservation system, and no other agents offered assistance.

Pro rate the rental fees when vacating the storage unit. We're charged monthly, but if we leave in the first part of the billing month then we should not have to pay for the full month. Just saying.
