The sign says stay in your equipment and someone will be out. I waited for 20 minutes,finally I went in a dropped off the keys. Also I never got a receipt. Was told it would be emailed, I'm still waiting. I called and after 35 minute wait I hung up. I need that receipt!Michael H.

Convenient location. I returned the equipment 15 minutes before closing. A young man checked the truck in on his smart phone and reluctantly advised I was â€œgood.â€ The next day, I got a call from the location and from Heather at what I think is regional customer service telling me they couldn't find the truck I returned. The issue was quickly cleared up, I guess they located it. I didn't even think about it because I was rushing to the airport but I didn't get a confirmation email until the next day when the issue was resolved. I don't know the reason for the delay and â€œlostâ€ equipment.Dawn S.

This location was not the one we requested to pick up from, but was what we were stuck with. When entering the store, the employees were not dressed in uniform. There was a woman dressed in pajamas behind the counter. The employees, including the manager were not acting professionally and were having inappropriate conversations. The woman in pajamas behind the counter did indeed work there and was using a vape while working. The young man helping us was nice, but did not work promptly and so our pickup took 45 minutes. Nothing for our reservation was ready even though the reservation was made more than a month in advance. Once we left the store, not even 5 minutes down the road the truck had the check engine light come on and the AC no longer worked. When we called to tell them we were coming back to get a different truck, they told us that was not an option and that we had to call roadside assistance. This vehicle may not have been safe to drive and for a 480 mile drive we were afraid to risk it. The employee on the phone was rude and the manager was no help. Having assured us the day prior there would be no issue with this location after we stated our previous bad experience there, we were left in awe with how unprofessional and rude the store was. I know personally, those employees would not have wanted themselves or a loved one in that vehicle driving a long distance if they would have been in our situation. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Well, your professionalism within the workplace, being ready for the reservations you have, and fixing an issue with your equipment when it comes up.DENNIS D.

Poor customer Service. The reservation was made months in advance and I was advised that I needed to pick it up at a different location than it was rented for originally, quite a few miles down the road. I need to put 50 $worth of gas in it before I could ever even start on our trip.The customer service rep at the location was insulting and treated us like idiots.The van was locked with a deadbolt and no key for it, was advised I needed to come back and get a key, when I did they didn't have the key and had to be hacksawed off. Once inside, the van was filthy with trash, fast food wrappers, etc. it looked as though a homeless person was probably living in it, and obviously it was never checked before renting it out again. All of this was discussed with Rick Arrends at customer service 1-800. Please refer to those comments. They were personal items left in the cab which we just left. The van itself had to be cleaned out before we could ever put our items to move in it. I had to purchase another combination lock to secure the back so that we could start our trip. All in all lost about 2 1/2 hours of rental time running back-and-forth, getting lock sought off, buying a new lock at Lowe's etc. I would greatly appreciate a call to discuss this matter further. I feel like we were ripped off, we paid good money and had a disastrous product delivered. I would very much like some sort of reimbursement for our time and distress. when i pulled into to the uhaul to return my moving van,i was met by valet and rickshawed into the showroom.in the showroom i was given complimentary champagne and t.j's famous "orphan" lasagna.after the snack i was given a manicure and a pedicure simultaneously.after that i was treated to a full body massage.during the massage,when i was on my belly,over the home theatre sound system i hear the song "i'll be working my way back to you babe".sweet.then "cupid" came on.my masseuse then rolled me over on my back and what did i see? this wasnt the radio!!! t.j. got the spinners to do an in store concert!! oh it didnt stop there.the spinners then brought dionne warwick on stage to perform "then came you" dionne the performed "thats what friends are for" with the spinners doing the backround vocals.after the concert was over the "orphan" lasagna was put into doggy bags and me and the spinners divided it up.i jumped into the spinners limo and they dropped me off at my house.this was probaly my 3rd favorite moving van drop off of all time.keep up the good work!Shawn B.

1. I was stunned & dismayed when the check-in clerk took a picture of my driver's license with HIS cell phone! How do you say "identity theft waiting to happen?". I sent an email to U Haul objecting to this "protocol" . I have not received a response from U Haul . I did, however, get an email asking me to upload pictures from my U Haul "trip" so they could be used on the sides of U Haul vehicles along side other customers. THAT isn't happening. 2. The desk clerk at return of truck was terse, curt, rude & generally irate & unhelpful. 3. The young man who checked the returning truck was pleasant, efficient & helpful....& overworked.Frances G.

I received excellent service from the staff at Uhaul. I placed my reservation at the wrong location. They corrected my mistake quickly and respectfully. If you are looking for more improvement from these professionals I would challenge them to give the same level of service to those customers who are in themselves very challenging. Anthony was fantastic. He answered all of my questions along the way and if I am going to be paying 180 $for a 10x15 you best believe I am going to have a couple questions that is a semi large purchase when it comes to a monthly subscription. 180 $is actually more than I could of paid elsewhere but Anthony honored my lack of coupon that I was not given by a different facility after returning my rented uhual. Overall I would rate this location a 10 out of 10 solely use this singles employee the cleanliness of the store was amazing best I have seen by singular uhaul place. I spent 1-month shy of 10 years with this particular UHAUL facility. I didn't see any upgrades to the units but experienced increases in my storage payments. I was not pleased with that part of my experience. Then I noticed the several changes in the staff that included the facility's General Managers. They were always kind and helpful even during their very busy moments. Nonetheless, that turnover created some concerns.
