Better customer service. I returned the vehicle when I was supposed to & seems to me the person that received the keys check make sure everything was ok. I got a call really early morning to be asked me Where's the truck and later on when I called back to ask if they found the keys or truck she told me she did and also told me the truck was 3/4 full and I needed to pay for the extra cost. We fill the truck prior returning the truck . We check out during business hours only used for 6 hrs because they asked to return it within 6 hours. When we did I was told everything was ok. Horrible experience. Wish they could trained adult instead of bunch of kids that they don't know what's going on.

Have a backup plan for when customer's truck is not available at reserved time and place so that he doesn't need to add 100 miles to planned trip. $50 refund didn't cover added miles not to mention time. I didn't mind driving to Hazleton from Allentown to pick up a smaller truck than I reserved but I should not have had to drive back to Hazleton to drop it off when plenty were in the area where I was supposed to pick the truck up to begin with. Someone from uhaul should have driven it back.

The staff was great and the equipment was mostly clean but the engine was bad. That thing was really struggling to get any speed while it was empty. Factoring in the hilly area, it was just a bad unit to drive around and I only went 27 miles all together.

when a customer makes a reservation ,they should make sure they can provide the item reserved.when i have a u-haul center located a little over a mile away,and was informed a day prior that i would have to drive 8 miles to another location to pickup my trailer,only to find out they dont rent trailers at that location! and then after waiting on hold for over a half hour to find out that i had to DRIVE over 140 miles and waste 4 hours if my time to get the trailer i needed.Very dissapointed and disgusted ..Plus this is not the first time this has happened,but it might be the LAST

Dropped off trailer approximately 1/2 before my deadline. Received a call about 3 hours later asking when I was going to return the trailer. Explained it was already returned. Having a pending charge on my credit card for an additional days rental. Now I have to work in getting this charge reversed.

Still had to go in for keys but I did the mobile pickup. Inconvenient as I had to wait for 5 people in front of me just to be handed keys. A bit pricy but overall decent.

We walked into the location. Employee was just doing his own work and didn't even say anything till I spoke up first. He was giving attitude the whole time. He didn't even walk us through anything or try to speak with us. Just completely ignorant. I would not go there if same employee is there.

The promised furniture pads were not in the container. The container was dropped at some point during the process and split open along the seems, because it is just some plywood boards screwed together into a box, and a bunch of stuff fell out. They uhaul staff (presumably) then drilled out the lock (which calls into question the security of the ubox in the first place, haphazardly threw most (some stuff didn't make it) of the belongings that fell out back into the box. Then, the box was wrapped in plastic wrap, which was the only way it was secured for the journey across the nation. I would look into other options rather than using the uhaul.

The management (Iswanda) was great and helped me out with the questions that I had. It is hard today to find someone so empathetic to customers and so focused on customer service. I would rent here again and again.

Why was I charged 39.95 for a 15 foot truck? It is clearly marked on the contract that it should only be 29.95. FALSE Advertising. Please advise.

Rented a pick-up and auto transport. Had to do everything myself including finding the truck in the back lot. When I got the truck it was filthy and smelled like a dirty litter box. There was poop smeared on the seats and a liquid covering both sides of the floor. I brought this to the GMs attention and she said "yeah that does smell. I noticed it as soon as you opened the door". Then she walked away. Being in a pinch and on a very specific schedule I had to use the truck. Windows down I froze in the morning. The smell was so bad I had to pull over twice and I threw up. Gagging the entire time while driving and couldnt breathe. Whatever was on the floor, I can only assume cat urine at this point, ruined my shoes and jeans. I had the rental for 1 day. I was 20 mins late because of all this and they charged me for for an entire 2nd day...OVER. $500 for a vehicle covered in feces and urine that ruined my clothes and made me very sick!!! I took pictures and I am in contact with the corporate office

The brackets that hold the wooden planks inside the box were missing which was not discovered until we began loading our furniture. It created some issues. I tried to call when this was found, but the on hold time was +45 minutes.

Better organization. Was told by one of your employees tHat the app would save me time from waiting in line. It did bot even work. The lady behind the counter said they do not use the app. There.

none of the employees wore masks and one was even coughing without a mask on. we waited for an hour to get our van because the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing and were constantly on the phone asking other people questions. the experience w this u-haul was terrible. also expensive for a few hours moving a dresser.

The uhaul we had rented was not there when we arrived to pick it up. The previous renter had not returned it. The uhaul employee wanted us to travel to another uhaul store IF she could find one or have us pay $600 to rent a 26 foot truck instead. We had to insist that a different solution be found. The employees were rude and indifferent to our problem. Their words “this is not our fault”. We asked to contact the manager. We were told the manager does not answer her phone. We ended up renting a truck that had to be returned to Hazleton instead of a one way drop off which cost us double the money in gas. This was a terrible experience and we will never use uhaul again or recommend their service. Also, we were told masks are not required in their store and several people came in and out without masks on and no social distancing. Never again.

It was your typical U-Haul rental place. Not much attention to customer service . The lady “Mary” was standoff-ish and did not want to hear anything you said but just what she rudely asked for. Name...Phone#.... Address...License....Credit Card...Sign There. The Spanish girl On the other hand was friendly though and had some Customer Service skills. Other than that it was in and out with no issues.

Not one employee had a mask on inside, or outside. It is required by law right now. Makes me wonder if the equipment is being sanitized? Some employees were not exactly friendly or welcoming. The door to the truck was extremely hard to shut and to lock.

I reserved a 15' van 2 weeks in advance only to have no vehicle upon my arrival. This is the second time I've had problems with U-haul. Looking for a reason to ever use U-haul again.

I was scheduled to pick up at 9. When i arrived for 9 there were 3 ppl ahead of me so i didn't get my truck til 9:30. I have rented from them in the past several times and they always walk out to the truck to go over things with the customer. After about 20 minutes of arriving home with the truck i opened the back up to discover it is dirty. I had to sweep it out before i could place anything in the truck. It was actually dirt and what looked to be little pieces of evergreen. I tried to call the office to report it like i was instructed to do so but my wait time was 20 minutes. 30 minutes of my time was already cut into my 5 hours of rental time so i did not wait on the phone. I did take pics of the mess in the truck. There is a sign posted in the back stating it must be cleaned and swept our or there is a cleaning fee of $25. When i returned the truck i told the girl about all i have previously stayed. She apologized several times and told me to call the manager Monday morning. I feel i should be compensated for having to clean the truck out before i could place anything in it. This is not acceptable.

Amazing customer service. The lady that manages the place is awesome and needs a raise. Maybe the best customer service I have ever received. I would use this location over others in the area, I drove 45 minutes to get the dolley and would do it again even though there is a local dealer here in bloomsburg where the customer service is nowhere near as good.

1) Fix the online check-in. I could not upload my DL images. 2) Train your associates better at informing the customer about messages and charges. I was not expecting a text message containing a link to process the self-checkout. By the time I saw it, the message had expired, (2 hours). 3) In regards to the above, I was charged an extra day rental when I self checked-in the equipment after the location had closed. The associate that I called before closing, NEVER mentioned this. 4) Re-staff, renovate, or improve your Call center so customers do not have to wait an HOUR and a HALF to speak to a rep only to be put on HOLD again - disgraceful!! 5) Still waiting for a message back after requesting contact through "810044_GM@uhaul.com" to discuss my billing error. I guess I'll contact my CC company to dispute the charge. THEY understand the importance of customer support. Thank you very little.

Next time I rent a truck I'll go to Enterprise. On July 6th I went to INQUIRE ONLY about a rental for July 23rd. I showed my debit card to the CSR that day and found later they had charged it immediately! Not the day I was renting it, but the day I inquired about it. What kind of business practice is that?

Put all hidden fees up front, and make Uhaul.com/share an option to pay for the late fee. There was no option for telling Uhaul that the vehicle will be late. At least I couldn't find the option. Instead I watched the video on how to.

It would be easier to use standards reading for the gas gauge. Using 3/8, 5/8... is so confusing and I know I didn't used 7 gallons of gas in a 33 miles trip.

omg. ready to pull of the lot first thing in the morning after the attendant was half hour late, and noticed there was not drivers side wiper. Attendant brought out new wiper and we had to install it. later, after loading and driving for a short while, outside temps went up. When AC was turned on, discovered that it was broken. Took almost a six hour move in 80+ degree temps with my husband and son suffering to no end. lol son had his head out the window like a dog to cool off. when truck was turned in, we were .8 miles over - so we got charged $.35!! unbelievable!! totally ridiculus and uhaul only compensated by giving a $50 credit.
