Truck was in poor shape, had been in some sort of accident with zip ties holding the lower bumper on. Steering and brakes are in desperate need of service. The employees were more interested in talking about apartments and cars amongst each other rather than helping customers. Not to mention cussing constantly. I will never use Uhaul again after this experience.

The truck was given to me with little to no gas. They shorted the given miles apparently because I was charged more on the return. And I was not given a fuel credit as promised.

Upon returning the U-haul, I had left a few items to grab last minute and throw in the car. The gentlemen working were both highly respectable and extremely helpful. I wish I could remember the one's name but I do not. After I gave him the keys and he checked everything out, he very quickly gathered my paperwork and finished things up. What really made me appreciate him specifically is that he saw me trying to carry a lot and didn't hesitate for a second to come help transfer things to my car and he even made jokes and had me laughing after a very long day! All in all, I could not have asked for a better U-HAUL experience! Please acknowledge this young man as well for his spirit and fantastic, bright, infectious attitude! Merci.

I have rented from this location several times and have always had a good experience but this time the customer service was quite lacking. I had a 9:00am reservation and I arrived at 8:57am, got out of my car and started to approach the door only to be YELLED at by the female employee "WE AREN'T OPEN YET!!!" Ok, so I sat in my car for the 3 minutes and then went in and was still told I had to wait due to their system not saying it was 9:00am yet. Finally got to start my check in process, (I had done the express check in on uhaul.com), and we get 5 minutes into the process and she was not even on the correct account so we had to start over. There were 5 people in line behind me by this time and she YELLS to the last person in line to go out and find one of the guys working there and tell him to come in and help her. It was just a poor display of customer service all around from this one employee. I would be interested if the other 4 people in line had the same experience. When I returned the truck, the young man who checked it back in was courteous.

I really don't want to move I being with this location over 5 years and never had a bad issues just wanted to be move to a another unit ( due to a pest issue) But the lady(shanika) just wanted me to move to the next unit that did not make no sense. And to find out the manger said they can have move me up front in one of the unit. I just want to final said that the manager ( angel and Jennifer$ was very nice and try to go beyond to help me.

The workers were great and friendly. The vehicle was in great shape and did the job. The problem I have is the nitpicking when it comes to fees and charges. You advertise a vehicle for 19,95 $ and at the end of a local usage I end up paying 40 plus dollars. I drove the vehicle for less than 50 miles... I just think the value is not there when it comes to the extra fees and charges when using locally.

When I arrived and the single employee finally got to me, we drove back to the back of the property where the auto transport trailers were stored, and the trailer we had reserved was not there. I have had issues with Uhaul in the past, and once again, uhaul failed to meet the standard you say will provide.

I made a reservation for a 26' truck Showed up at start time and there were zero trucks of any size. We were basically told we were out of luck and we left with no truck. On our moving day. Extremely frustrating. They called back about 2 hours later to see if we still needed a truck. I told them yes and then they said they see if they could find one. They called back after about an hour and said they had a 17' truck but that we could only have it for a few hours and did we want it. We picked it up anyways bc we had to move. We show up and it's the big truck we originally wanted. !!!??? So fine except we had to return it earlier that I had made the reservation for which I don't think was fair. None of this was my fault!! Then I got the bill and they have way over charged me!!!! I will Not be using u haul in the future. Hopefully when I call about the bill it will be resolved satisfactorily.

The guy that was hooking our trailer up to the truck was cussing like a sailor and he was getting aggravated, I guess, and my little brother was trying to help him hook it up and he started yelling at my brother because he couldn't get it on correctly. He was also very rude.

We had our storage here for almost two years. My only complaint was that mice had made their way into any items with openings, and we have found nests and feces. Perhaps this was just me not knowing this would happen, but I was surprised when we went to get our Christmas items out of storage and we ended up bringing a mouse family with us into our home. Other than this, our experience was very good. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and the facility was clean. I would recommend this location, with a warning about the mice, of course.
