This was the third location I went to to get a trailer based on discussions and reservations. The second location I went to for the trailer that the first location located and reserved for me because they just rented it, kid at the desk said he could not rent me the trailer because there was some damage to the ramp grate, that came in the previous day, but â€œhe forgot â€œto enter it into the system as unavailable, and blamed the mix up on the very professional and helpful guy that helped me at the first location. He gave me a number for the third location, but told me he could not reserve the trailer at the next location on line cause he just worked for the location he was at. Bull- - -t !!! I spent at least 2 hours on hold in your system over the course of a day. Because all your family members were busy helping others. Super frustrating experience, and questioning if I want to continue with my big truck booking at the end of this month for for moving out of state!!!MICHAEL H.

I purchased moving help through U-Haul. My movers at the last minute on the day of moving canceled on me and left me to move by myself. U-Haul did not refund me even though the order was canceled and I wasn't provided with any replacement help and was also still charged for the truck.Jeffrey A.

Sooooo easy! I reserved the trailer online. Showed up when I said I would. They hooked up the trailer for me with lights attached. I brought the trailer back 3 hours later. They unhooked everything for me and that was it! So easy and super cheap. The trailer cost 32 $for all day use. The staff was very friendly, fast, and efficient. I will be back again!REBEKAH W.
Even though the guy know that I was going on a long trip, I believe he did not on purpose by giving me a broken and look like trash tow dolly with tires half rip off. He looks among all the tow dolly that he had in stock and gave me the most ugly ones. I will never go back to location and I will never refer any one there neither. I had booked a truck for noon pick up and no trucks were available. I booked almost a month in advance for a one way move. The gentleman were very nice and called people to see when the trucks would be back. I did have to wait an hour until a truck came in.LYNNETTE H.

Reserved appliance dolly a week early. Not available at time of pickup. Was sent to a store 4 miles away who also did not any dollies. Luckily that store called and located another store who actually had the dolly I had reserved. All said it took an hour and half of my rental time to get a dolly I had reserved. Vehicle I reserved for a Mobil pickup would not let me pickup at the location due to them not being open. That is why I did the 24/7 mobile pickup. It made me go another 26 miles to get another truck which was no convenient. Will probably not use U-Haul in the future, very disappointedJEFFREY J.

Normally, I have had a lot of good experiences with uhaul. This time the truck wasn't the cleanest, the mirror was busted, there were dents, the engine was only 1/4 full and also there wasn't a ramp. I don't usually complain because normally the trucks are good but this was by far the worst I've ever had.Charles W.
This is not the closet location to my house but definitely worth the drive. Just the eye appeal when I drove up let me know it was probably going to be a good experience and it was. The service was good as well. Excellent experience. I had a difficult trying to return using the app but that had nothing to do with the location. Awesome location.Ann M.

I have issues reaching things as I'm short in stature. In the past I had to do sketchy things to reach things out of reach. Today the truck I rented did not accommodate how short I was so I had to return the truck after paying in full.CHISA W.

Offer some sort of guarantee fee that allows people to ensure a vehicle will be at a location. Didn't enjoy being told morning of my move that Id have to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get a smaller van than I'd ordered...especially when my preferred location was literally a 30 second walk from me. It caused issues with my movers. The location I was relocated to was very professional though and much preferable service-wise to my preferred location.Matthew S.

I've used this location several times for both the truck rental and storage space. The owner isn't very helpful. A large frigerator was left in my unit along with trash. I told the team members there and barely got a verbal apology. I closed my storage unit after saying several times I was unable to reach the elevator pull rope. I was mocked but nothing came of it. The staff other than management seem capable and try to help. When I got my storage locker it contained items from the past occupant. This resulted in extra work for me to do and all I received was a oral apology. I canceled my service after making a payment and was told the entire amount was theirs and no prorated refund was offered. I have also ordered trucks only to be charged the full amount with demand that the truck be brought back before the 24 hours window. Im done... ive stopped all service with uhaul at this point. The doors to the facility was open 80 % of the time people just walking in and out of the facility the freight elevator broke down took them six weeks to get it repaired doing this time I was not able to move anyting from my storage or taking anything to my storage they propped open the emergency doors on the outside steps allowing anyone to enter the facility the staff was very unfriendly and none helpful.david r. | Expérience générale

The staff and particularly management were understanding, helpful and very kind as I got behind on payments due to lack of income as a result of COVID during this past year. Management offered solutions to late payments and even non- payments without incurring late fees and even accepted partial payments in order to allow me to get caught up. If I were to have any negative comment at all it would be because of the wait time when calling to speak with an associate... However this is completely understandable with a smaller staff due to COVID. Even the answering service staff were friendly and helpful when I had to leave a message for an associate to call me back. In that event I always received a call back from a Uhaul associate in a timely manner with details of my call. My overall experience during this difficult time over the past year is excellent. The young gentleman that are at the front of the facility or not the greatest when it comes to customer service. Very dull not engaging. It's very apparent they are not happy there. The other thing I would like to comment on is the bathroom facility that area needs some work Sink is coming off the wall and the soap that is available is limited. I know from owning my own business OSHA requirements and things like that this is not at all up to par. Huge liability with the sink and it doesn't take much to install a sink soap dispenser. The lighting upstairs if you're trying to empty your unit goes out a little too quickly maybe you can Extend the timer. Other than that your facility seems to be clean I would've liked to of known where the stairs were in case of fire never did find those just a safety precaution for new customers to maybe give them a tour of where the fire exit doors are. We were sent an email that said if we paid in advance we would receive a free lock and not have to check in at the desk. There was no lock in the shed so we had to purchase a lock, which was not expected, and we were unable to get the door to shut as the metal piece was stuck and would not move. What appeared to be an easy move in process turned to be a fiasco. Not to mention that we paid and were billed a week in advance of when the unit was needed for the easy of move in and free lock and that did not happen. I even called to alert that the bill stated the move in day was listed as the day I paid, not the day I selected on the form, i was told it was not an issue, it was all set on their end, it clearly was not.Jessica H. | Online Move In

I was charged 20 $for not returning 3 moving blankets. Sad. And to make matters worse, I was charged an additional day for truck rental even though I had three more available days. Thankfully, the U-haul 800 number was able to credit the truck, however they could not address the blanket charge and advised me to contact the local store. But when I call the local store, the call rolls back to 800 number. This is not exactly the way I would manage the local U-haul office. I might check the contract more carefully to make sure I don't over charge the customer, or maybe reach out to a lifetime customer about 3 misplaced blankets before charging the full amount. Instead, I have to spend time straightening out the silly mistakes and remove years of positive U-haul experiences.michael l. | Premières impressions
