We have several U-Haul locations to choose from. We try not to go to this location but they were the only one that had the trailer size we were looking for. While the place is nice and the equipment well stocked and maintain, their customer service is deplorable. Each time we have had a need to go into this location, they fail to ask how we are doing, show any care that we might need help understanding a process, slouch at the counter, mutter to themselves as they work through the computer system, not acknowledge when a customer has waited. Okay, probably making it out to be a bit worse than it is but they really could use a course in customer etiquette. Hope you can help them!

The location was great. Laurie went out of her way to help me get my equipment an hour early because the Uhal website allowed me to make my reservation with 27/7 pickup. Unfortunately this site had their 24/7 equipment damaged and does not offer this service. Very bad website service to not have this information updated and correct. If Laurie had not been at the location I would have had to wait an hour to get my truck. I know the websites are maintained by corporate in AZ not the individual facilities so this is completely on U-Haul and not the location I picked up from

Staff was great but struggle to keep up with work. Long line in the door when I arrived for pickup appointment. They just need more help and to do that they likely need more . To offset cost increases perhaps the executives make less a year.

You didn't have the vehicle I requested and no one contacted me to notify me ahead of my pick up time, so I wasn't given the chance to decide if I wanted to cancel or reschedule before driving all the way there. The truck I was given had a broken gas gauge - it showed 1/8 tank missing when I picked it up, then after driving less than 10 miles it showed 1/2 tank missing, then when I gassed it up, it only took 2 gallons to fill it up. The driver's seat adjustments were broken - it was not possible to adjust at all and I could barely reach the pedals. The passenger door didn't shut properly. I should NOT have been charged extra for "insurance coverage" for the "privilege" of being given a truck that was not the van I wanted. It should have been a dollar for dollar swap completely. The person helping me was getting irritated when I couldn't decide what to do since I would be forced to drive a bigger vehicle that didn't have back-up cameras, so she intentionally took her sweet time adjusting the items on her desk and butting into to a conversation with another customer and cashier and she made it clear she had no problem making me wait as long as possible. All in all it was a VERY bad experience.

The tow trailer I rented wasn't available, so instead of costing me 250 $to move my car, I had to fly back to Denver last minute during thanksgiving week, 500 $for ticket!! Plus the time and inconvenience. Hope I never have to move again!

I've noticed many improvements with UHaul over the last few years. The use of an app to get most of the paperwork done before picking up the truck is one example. I appreciate that they have streamlined the process. I can remember many frustrating times when renting a truck and those days appear to be in the past. Well done.

I had my trailer hitch installed here and not only did they lose the hitch I had already paid for, but they took 8,5 hours to put it on and then I still had wires hanging down when they were done.

I was unable to rent the trailer I had signed up for, as the tail lights on the trailer would not illuminate (just the tail lights - brakes, hazards, turn all worked). The staff on duty there was able to test the connections and isolate the problem to likely a faulty wiring in my vehicle (by testing two different adapters), which was helpful in the diagnosis.

Can not say enough GREAT things about the staff and customer service. They ensured we unloaded the car correctly so no damage to trailer or car. Pointed out that the place we rented from didn't chain the car down to the trailer. The staff was super friendly and professional! A+++++ customer service. Will definitely refer this location! The customer service at this location when I picked up the truck was poor in my opinion, I was not treated with very much respect was called “princess” and my partner I was with was called “thug”. The drop off customer service though was much better.

Agent refused to help me - I had to get a manager to hookup the Trailer. Also when checking in - I had to listen to the Uhaul agent - taking a personal call in regards to a custodial case. It made me uncomfortable. Is there a policy of taking personal phone calls at work - if not at least take a call away from customers - it gives them impression of poor customer service. My left rear tire was low when I went to pick up the vehicle. It had to be refilled which slowed down my pick up time. When I went to drop the truck back off, the sign said to wait in the car for staff, but no one ever came. I had to go back into the store to find someone. I will say that the people who were working that day were very pleasant and helpful.

I was not compensated for the faulty wiring on my previous rental that meant I had no brake, stop, hazard or turn signal lights for the majority of my 1 000 trip. Attempts to resolve this with your central office and the local office were completely unsatisfactory. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The crew were super helpful and friendly. The 4 employees I met enjoy working together and I enjoyed our conversations. Great vibe! The truck I received was a bit banged up but the “X” marks in all locations were visible and noted. The brakes are in extremely poor condition and squeak a lot; I was concerned the truck would not stop multiple times.

The front tight tire was not road worthy. Back roll up door got jammed each time it was opened. In order to cose it you had to climb in back and push it forward to free it up. Windshield wipers absolutely SUCKED! Counter personnel attitudes are anything but pleasant! Over charged me 1 day and I had to call twice before it was corrected. Never again!

Customer service was horrible. The employees look at you then look away and say nothing. The lady at the front desk was on speaker phone with her Dr. office navigating promps while I stood there waiting for service. This place sucks!!!

Employee didn't explain any details to me and obviously just wanted me out as soon as possible. Cost of the gas fee was not discussed, cleaning was not discussed, never told me what kind of gas the car takes or explained anything really. I wanted to fill the car but seeing as it was 8:30 when I returned it, the location was closed and I couldn't call to ask what kind of gas it takes so I had to pay the fee. I also tried to get furniture pads as was offered to me online but was informed that they didn't have any, that's not the employees fault though just poor location to website communication. Ended up paying way more fees than planned because nothing that was explained or discussed that should be.

I reserved a 5x10 storage weeks ahead. On moving in date I was told the the unit I reserved had been rented to someone else. No other 5x10 units where available. I was offered 2 of the 5x5 units. But at a higher price. The local staff did not have the authority to adjust the price to make this right. In what works is this good service?

The staff was incredible rude and not helpful at all. Cassandra was the worst customer service I've experienced in awhile, she was much more concerned with receiving her Uber eats order then helping a customer who was waiting in line. Once she had all her personal agenda squared away, she told me that I can't rent a truck with the digital ID. An ID that is a state issued, federal document, that I've used everywhere IDs are required, even the airport. Staff needs a refresh in customer support training.

The load out guy was the absolute best!!!! Great attitude and a hard worker. The cocky male employee who checked me out was a Dick. A real Richard with attitude.....even made the comment that if the customers complained "they just canceled their reservation. Send this a-hole down the street or back to school for some sensitivity training and how to increase sales, NOT send customers some place else

The whole staff was helpful and friendly. The woman at the front desk was able to secure us a trailer even though we were walk in customers. The two men helping attach trailers were knowledgeable and outgoing.

-Manager was quite rude and combative. Having to argue on whether or not I pre-purchased items that show on my order was not a good start. -They attempted to charge me around 120 $when my reservation was 40 $or so. That took another argument to correct. -I was given the key to a truck and not advised where the truck was, which truck it was or how to identify. Had to compare the number on the keys to multiple trucks -The customer behind me literally said "glad i avoided all that" - could have been in reference to the manager or myself b/c at that point I was very irritated. -A co-worker to the manager came in and said "you know we can't give you the truck keys till 5pm" - This was at 5pm so IDK if he was just unsure what time it was. -the person that checked my truck in stated they would email me a receipt. I have yet to receive a receipt.

The phone call almost 24 hrs after return wanting to know when I was going to return was a little disconcerting. Took 30 minutes to pickup reserved trailer with only one person ahead of me and 2 cashiers. Have definitely had better experiences here.

Long wait even though line was short. Dolly that was reserved was unavailable. U-haul app couldn't deal with a late pickup, prompted me to find a truck that wasn't there, and couldn't process the return. Return wasn't processed by staff for a day and I had to contact customer support and reassure them that the truck had been returned.

I was supposed to get a 26 foot truck but they called me the day before to tell me they didn't have any and they would offer me a 15 foot truck. This would cause me to making multiple trips and i hired movers only 2 hours to load the truck. So she said she would give me one truck for 60 $. When I went to pay for the truck it was 177 $. This was not what I agreed to, this was not what I reserved and when I tried to call customer service, I was on forever hold time! This was the worst experience with uhaul and I always go with you guys. This will be the last and I will be telling all my friends and social media!

Get friendly people at counter who do not act like they hate the world, their job, the customers. Workers who act like they want to help you not make you want to walk back out the door. Very busy location. Employee turnover probably biggest problem. Helpful when there were problems; just had too much experience with problems. Confusion in record keeping, etc. They work hard, and can be nice, fix issues when they can. They MUST improve logistics. Access hours comment due to improperly working security; alarms go off, card system is spotty, at best.

I called ahead a week in advance to reserve a storage unit for the 15ft truck I was renting. Then when I showed up they didn't have any record of my reservation and had sold out of the available size. They tried to offer me two smaller units but it wasn't enough to fit my materials. I had to search for a different storage unit elsewhere.

No zero star option... Added 24 hour access.... first access worked after hours... second access did not work...attempted contact with customer service they didn't have the ability to give me access, did not establish contact with the manager, and did not offer any type of compensation, they were no help... manager durrell middleton did not answer to help nor had alternate options to resolve the issue at the time of the dispute... Was not able to access MY stuff needed and caused anxiety attack with my autism. If you need storage I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere and don't do business with Mr. Middleton

There was an alarm that sounded right when I opened the unit door. That was rather disconcerting, but, given the way online registration and taking ownership is managed, I'm assuming the alarm was to alert the staff of my taking possession.

I was given 2 different storage units that were already locked and other people were already renting. Then I ended up getting a smaller unit and I was there for 2 hours dealing with this. Neither person working knew the system or knew what they were doing and it was a huge waste of time.

Customer service was great at the storage location and it is a good deal with the first month free; however after the first month anything bigger than a 5 X 5 is very expensive. I will pay over 185 $/mn for my 10 X 10. The other problem I had with the physical location was how hot it was in the storage facility. The A/C was on but it felt very warm when we were moving our items in the unit. UHaul can make the temperature more comfortable for their movers in the facilities. Customer service on the phone was awful with long wait times, disconnection, drop off location confusion, and poor willingness to clear up the problem. Because of that I will not use UHaul again.
