The gentleman checking in equipment was extremely intimidating to my wife. There is one entrance and one exit at this location. She pulled into the lot in front of me as I was returning the truck I rented. There was a box truck being checked in in front of her. The clerk began fussing at her to move, the lane was for equipment return. When she told him we were returning equipment he pointed at her car and said very rudely that her car was not equipment. She told him she was blocked in and there was nowhere she could go and nothing she could do at which time he smartly said he couldn't do anything either. I walked up to ask her about the exchange I saw happening, and told her not to worry, backed my return up so she could move. After she moved, he walked around her car, pointing at her, saying “uh huh” several times. He took pictures of her, her car, and her license plate making her feel threatened. She called the Nashville police department and they came out to ensure she wasn't physically threatened. I would never recommend this location to anyone, especially not a woman.

Truck had a check engine light. Did a mobile drop off, when it was flash flooding. Got charged 25 $extra dollars because I could not physically get out of my car to take pictures of the cabin. Also, there was no place to get through the parking lot to park my truck.

Uhaul “mobile check in” was a terrible experience. Couldn't receive either email nor text verification in order to reset password, then couldn't check in at the counter. The representative couldn't check in either- terrible system.

The location felt unwelcoming on my return visit. Staff was loud and not reassuring. I was charged 26 $after I left and I don't know why. I was not comfortable. I have visited this site many times the last year and this was the first time I ever felt this way, so perhaps it was an anomaly. But, I was rattled by the chaos.

I moved a lot of my things in after the Nashville tornado. Then the pandemic hit and a lot of other life events, and my belongings have been safe and clean for over a year in this storage unit. It was one less thing to worry about knowing that my things were being well taken care of until I was ready to retrieve them. Thank you for one less thing to worry about in a very crazy year!

We are so upset with this rental experience. This was not the rental location that we chose. We were sent to this location which was over a 30 minute drive each way from the location that we had chosen to rent the truck. We were told by the original location that the truck was returned early, only to find out that there was not a truck available when we got there. Horrible experience.

The regular dolly that we reserved online was not available at pickup and if we needed one then we were forced to upgrade to an appliance dolly which didn't not work for what we were moving. I feel like we wasted money renting it. The staff was very nice and helpful I just wish the equipment we reserved was there since we reserved in advance. Also, a reverse light was out on the truck, and I believe the brakes need to be checked.

This location is terrible went to pick up my uhaul they didn't speak to me when I walk through the door didn't explain nothing to me they had attitude the whole time the one gentleman just sat their never ask us what we needed.never got Certain emails for the uhaul that I sunspots a gotten. I will never rent another uhaul angina.oh don't let me forget that I ordered a dolly to go with my truck I get their and they tell me they don't have any so why don't y'all have dolly for each truck ? So y'all made my move 10 times harder

the guy hooking up the trailer was rude and arrogant. he kept talking over me and talking to me like I was stupid. I kept trying to tell him what the guy told me inside to do and it's as if he didn't care and/or I didn't know what I was talking about. he kept raising his voice at the same time talking down to me. really pissed me off. I'm white, he's black, and everybody hates white people these days so maybe that was it. then he hooks up the trailer and just walks off. it's not the first time I've used this location and I've seen him work before. his whole attitude is terrible; just mad at the world. acts like he hates his job. short responses to people, rude, arrogant, indifferent. I've used this location for the last time. the wheels were severely out of balance, ingress/egress traffic is horrible. I've used this location for the last time.

This facility is a cheap metal building set up like a maze. It's impossible to find a unit and once we finally did, we couldn't believe how cheaply made it was. I wouldn't entrust my belongings to such a shoddy building. We didn't move in, cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere into an actual solid, brick and mortar building.

The truck was parked in a very tight location and it took about 20 minutes to slowly get the vehicle into a position to pull out. This almost seemed as an attempt to demand you come back in and pay for extra insurance or laziness of the staff not to have a truck ready to pull out easily. We could have easily completed our needs with a pickup truck but new it would be rainy so we rented a truck from UHaul. The truck leaked badly and may have damaged some of the leather furniture we were transporting.

I booked and reserved for a different location that was over 25 miles away. I am extremely upset at Uhaul for making me drive an additional 75 miles to complete my move adding an additional hour and a half to my move and causes me additional stressors and headaches.

Pull the truck to the customer. The one I was to take was between two poles and a uhaul trailer blocking part of the truck. The employee handed me the keys and said you can pull it out.

This truck was horrible it was so bad I couldn't even take it on the Highway because you hit a bump and it would sway so bad it would leave the lane. We had to avoid the highway for this reason and ended up using more miles then necessary. When I bright this up at the return I was laughed at and told I will let the manager know, also they stated they would send me a receipt email in 10 mins well that's been 18 hours ago and still no email! I am so upset with this and if I didn't have to have my daughter moved yesterday I would of returned the “truck” right away! I will use another service for now on with all my moving needs! Due to not getting a bill also I'm not sure how my total was 187 $either! I would love to speak to someone from U-Haul about this experience as we use U-Haul a lot and I have never been so upset!

There was a flood approximately 10 days before I picked up my belongings. I had soaked boxes, rugs, and furniture. No one notified me. They were aware because there were dozens of moving blankets in the corridors and entrance to soak up the water. I worry about units next to mine that we're hit even worse with the flood waters. I now have a uhaul truck stinkinking of mildew and soaked belongings that I am getting to dryer environs where I will have the opportunity to assess the damage. Please let other unit renters know before they suffer 100percent loss!! I was given the insurance number to call and will do so after truck is unloaded and soaked items unpacked so I can assess the condition of belongings. In the mean time the rugs are hanging on makeshift clothes lines in the truck so a little air can circulate. Helen K Campbell. 970-531-2038

It has been an awesome experience so far. I did everything online but an employee there explained everything and walked me to my unit. And showed me where everything was.... how to sign in where the carts were etc she was awesome! Facility was VERY clean and the bathrooms were even clean and fancy! Glad I found this place!

Perfect experience having storage here. The only problem I ever ran into was that they waxed the floors one day and didn't give notice, so I drove 30 minutes to my unit and wasn't able to access it.

The experience I had at this location will cause me to NEVER do business with Uhaul again! The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I did not get the storage unit I reserved nor was I able to drop off the 26ft truck I rented as well. This has been the worse experience I have ever been through with a company I have been doing business with for many years. I will be contacting the corporate office in regards to this matter.

The brother who was on shift when I checked in was on his game and very helpful. The Uhaul self checkin feature online completely screwed up my order and also assigned us to the wrong unit. The young man who was working at the time helped situate my family and I quickly and with positive energy. We are grateful for that and will likely be repeats customers all thanks to him.

To be honest, the first round of help was rough, but I want to extend grace due to the awkwardness of Covid-19 and some other circumstances. The lady who finally helped us--and I don't know her name but it started with a J? --well she was GREAT. I want to make sure to pass on kudos where they're due. I"m sorry I don't know her name but I think she was the only woman on staff when we were there, Friday 5/15 at 5pm. I appreciate her help a LOT. It had been a very long, emotionally and physically exhausting day and I appreciated her kindness. Thanks
