The morning process was not as busy as it was in the afternoon when I was returning the truck. Erlinda was super busy with returns, but still very helpful. The windshield wipers on the driver side might need to be replace.
Yes I am a little bit out off about the 20.00 after hours charge. I was not informed of this change. I have worked and rented from u haul for a long time now and I have always just put the key in the box. If you are going to start charging for this I would definitely recommend that you tell the customer and put a sticker on the drop box letting the customer know that doing so is going to cost 20.00. Come on guys .

Mike, lj help me out yesterday where very helpful. Mike had to switch me trucks due to issue someone stolen a battery. He was on it real quick while taking care of that issue. Lj was helpful to help his employee out during that stressful time they both had great customer service. Returning the truck its a Saturday they are super busy, but Erlinda having good service the wait is worth it with this location hard work and customer service

Everything is perfect from the moment we walked inside they let us know the waiting time they are very helpful even though they're busy they always manage to help everybody with their rental

One thing. I lost my and asked fir help numerous time. I was told to get a locksmith and i did. He couldn't get the lock off. Finally one of the managers call me and got the lock off. It took over year... However, a young man/ manager and a young lady Arlinda helped me. My thanks to them for being patient and helpful.

Did not have a pleasant experience when receiving vehicle. Service member was rude. However, experience with service member upon return of vehicle was excellent.
Erlinda... I hope that was her name, was EXCELLENT. Great customer service and job knowledge. We had booked an online reservation but were having issues and she guided us through the process. She also helped us extend our rental and was just pleasant over all! Mahalo!
The service was great! I had to wait 20 minutes for the agent to inspect the vehicle upon delivery, but it was not inconvenient. However, since I had to wait, the agent waived the gas fee for me. I didn't even have to ask for it. That was very nice of the agent!

The only issue I have is the long wait time when calling in to make changes. I know that making changes, like extending the return date, can be done online but I don't always have access to a computer. Trying to do it on my phone is also frustrating so I usually end up calling. The hold time is usually very long. Once I get someone everything moves along quickly.
I mainly hate the app that has you track down your vehicle which at this location is a 1 block radius searching high and low. Then take photos and go through all this work to save time and come to find out that you still have to go inside and wait. The app seems like it is meant to save the store time and not the customer. Thanks but no thanks..
Your staff took great care of me and made my last minute rental a breeze.
The owner needs to work on his customer service. His overall attitude to my request were very rude. I asked him where I could park my uhaul because I do not live in Hawaii he told be he didn't care. He went on to say that I could park it on a bridge and he didn't care so long as I returned it to him in one piece. I would not recommend this uhaul location to anyone.
the security tamper on the hand truck and blanket was not replaced found after I returned truck
Pro: they had the one truck I needed on short notice Con: over charged, no on-site parking, front desk lady a little rude (other folks who worked there were nice)

Online check-in needs improvement with obtaining the key. I waited 15 minutes in line for key to truck. My rental was at 1pm. I checked in 5 minutes prior but yet still had to wait in line. There was only 1 person behind the counter and another staff helping another renter outside.
Customer service was exceptional, very pleasant and extremely helpful.
The lady working the counter was awesome. She was the only person working trying to take care of 12 customers as quickly and as possible. She still gave each person personal attention stellar employee!
A safe place to leave our personal vehicle when we come to pick up a day-rental. It is a very sketchy part of town, however they have the best availability in the area for smaller trucks etc. The staff was all very helpful and quick to answer questions and point me in the right direction for what I needed.
The windshield was so dirty that it was very hard to see through it when the sun hit it. We were supposed to return the van before closing time at 5pm, we called a few minutes before closing letting the attendant know that we were on the gas station 5 minutes away and we would be there soon to return the van. We arrived at 4:58 and they were closed but people were inside doing administrative things. She ignored us completely for a few minutes and when she finally came outside, she didn't want to take the return because they were "closed". Very unprofessional.

Having to do everything via smartphone is a pain and one wonders what a person without a smartphone would do.
Great experience. The reservation and early check in worked smoothly and saved lots of time. Excellent customer service picking up and dropping off the trailer.
Rental agent was somewhat surly when i picked up the truck. it was an early morning pickup at time of the store opening. She seemed perturbed about something going on, possibly with a co-worker. Was very short, curt, and dismissive of me; however, a complete change of attitude when i returned the truck later the same afternoon.
This is the only place I will ever go. I have had my storage there for over 15 years!!!!
The person that assis me was more concerned on his phone, he was on his phone txting... this is not customer service, if your in front of the customer you should take care of your customer and you should have your full attention with your customer.... I know one thing I'm not coming back the uhaul and I will not recommend my friends and family to this kind of company.... this employee is fit to work for customer service...
The only problem I had was that there were very long hold times when calling customer service to make changes. I could have done the changes online but I kept getting kicked out, so I had to call in to get the changes made. Other than that it was a good experience.
I had a great experience with uhaul and you helped me out just as I hoped. Just one thing is, make sure your customer understands what you are offering, especially when a customer is new. I did not understand that you have set rental plans for each rental equipment with minimum mileage cost (Pickup Truck for first 24 hrs, set up to 75 miles for $67 with each additional mile for 59 cnets). I had no idea about this until I went back and asked about it and your rep, Mr Condon at the Nimitz Uhaul, Honolulu HI, got me up to speed on it. You have great service. Thank you and Happy Holidays. Rented a small box truck and blankets for my business and drove to the site. Received approval to enter the site and the truck check engine light turned on with loss of power. Truck able to drive back to uhaul but under 40mph. Uhaul told me they cannot refund me for the day and blankets. And I will need to fill out a form online. Which they had no idea how I do that.

This is nota. store issue, it's a U-Haul issue: Why does it say $19.95 on the side of my truck, in HUGE letters, but my bill (small letters) says 67.00 per day under "rental rate"? What is that?
Moving is a stressful experience. Gladly, Rodney n Erlinda was very helpful n courteous. 3 times this week i rented cargo vans n truck. 3 times i got the same Very professional service. I've rented from a couple different locations. Other locations are hit and miss. The staff at Honolulu/Kilihau is excellent. Very polite, very thorough, very helpful.
I have been renting from this location for 10 years. It is my location of choice due to excellent Customer Service and their vehicles are always clean and maintained.

Manager Rodney Was more than understanding and helpful regarding my moms late payments on her locker due to her failing heath. His professionalism made things much easier to deal with during our family’s difficult time

The staff was great to work with but the only thing I had a problem with is the parking was limited had to park on the street or on the sidewalks to get close to the building.
Employees should be more responsive to vacants stalls when the client report that they have moved out their belongings/has moved out to avoid multiple calls.

the man that helped me was very nice and helpful. the only complaint is your restroom was out of order but he did let me use the employees restroom which was very nice of him.

Your facility smelled of pesticide and made me feel ill each time I went in. Why do you charge for an entire month of storage, when the storage space is only utilized for 11 days. Rip Off!
Vanessa was a particularly big help. Her helpful attitude was shown when she helped me unlock a disc lock on my storage unit that I could not unlock. Without her help my move would have failed.
The haul used it complete trash. I have up my unit the month of my last unit. I have talked to 4/5 people about it and no resolve. 15+ months ago I believe. They kept charging me. I'll never recommend
