trailer was dirty, 2 Lights did not work and the worst thing it was wet inside, VERY nice person explained it was because of the rain..... NO so it had a leak above the door. on my ride all the boxes got WET. Overall the people you have working are very nice and polite

I had a very good experience renting from U-Haul Horsham. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was kept clean and well lit. The only downside was the sliding door (#12 door) to the storage units was often in op forcing me to walk around to get to my storage unit. More regular PM of this access door would prevent this, imo.

Online reservation system does not work, and requires the agent at the store to re-enter information that was already provided on-line. This is the same problem I experienced with my rental last year.

Computer system needs to be upgraded. It took 20 minutes to check in. I had told the person I called to make the arrangements that I wanted a small trailer to transport a snow blower; I ended up with a 5' x 7' trailer because I didn't want to go to another location. The credit card machine did not work. The lot was not properly plowed. The person who detached the trailer scratched my SUV, We got a notice that we had not returned the trailer even though my wife went in to tell them.

My pickup location was switched last minute. Return check in process did not work properly (even after making sure all location services were turned on). I got charged for returning truck with less gas than I departed with, but spent 45 minutes trying to check the truck in so burnt up fuel idling due to the freezing temps.

They are trying to over charge me for gas.. i drove five miles round trip and they are charging me for 16 gallons of gas that's over a hundred dollars.. that much mean that their trucks get 3 miles to the gallon. No way I'm a auto mechanic and I know damn right well that truck gets between 10-13 mpg.. uhual of Horsham is trying not o steal from me.. make sure if you rent from their you check to see the amount of gas in the truck their saying it had a lot more gas when I picked it up snd me being a nice guy didn't think I had to double check.. I mean I was only going 5 miles not 25.

I utilized the 24/7 mobile pickup and return option, that has been the best thing you've ever come up with. The pickup/drop off location is fine, rented here before, nice staff....my major gripe was the vehicle: (1) beginning fuel level was below 1/4 tank at pickup which is NOT acceptable, especially when a customer has a busy day planned and wants to get on the road right away; (2) driver armrest was broken; (3) graffiti spray on both sides of vehicle; (4) acceleration was sluggish.

When I got the truck the mileage was wrong the cascade was wrong I tried to submit this information using the text message you sent me it would not be submit because I change the mileage I did it again it wouldn't submit it. Then it timed out I had to quit and talk to the person at the counter three times it cost me 40 minutes and the billing was still wrong by about 300 miles I spent 40 minutes on the phone today with your billing. The experience was a pain in the ass.

Overall this location satisfied our needs. When I arrived no one was is in the store and it took about five minutes for someone to show up and just take the key. It was also very dark inside this location, not sure why lights were not on.

When I returned the truck early, the computers were down. I was told that they should be up in abut 30 minutes and I would get an email. Four hours later, still no email. I called U Haul and they told me the equipment was returned. However, the next morning, I get a call from UHaul asking if I was going to return the truck. Finally got the email 19 hours after I returned the truck. This was not the first time that I did not get a timely email for the return of the truck at this location.

I had to go to a location 20 miles from my home which was a challenge. Then I was changed 12.5 miles over my allowed miles.

Truck was dirty inside and out. There was a layer of dust on the dash board. The mats had mud on them. The inside smell of cigarettes was so bad I drove with the windows down on the way home it was 40 degrees out. I sprayed the interior with a Zep smoke odor eliminator from Home Depot which got rid of 70%. The cabin filter needed changed. One word DIRTY!

Joe the manager needs some customer service training. He had a major attitude and got very confrontational when the truck we reserved wasn't at the location and we asked if he could help us out with the mileage or anything since we now had to get a smaller truck and would have to make more than one trip with the truck they were providing. He got extremely rude like me the customer did something wrong. Major jerk, will NOT use that location again.

I have never had such a bad experience and paying so much a month. If I was not pregnant I would have moved storage facilities. You never knew if the card would read and open the door. Sometimes the doors were locked during operating hours. Other times one door wouldn’t work and you were stuck using a small entrance door. I could never pay my bill online because my info was incorrect and I had made multiple attempts to correct it and got no place. There was a time I went to pay my monthly rent and I was told the person did not know how to use the debit payment method that I needed to come back and then they wanted to charge me a late fee because of their own employees fault. With this storage facility it was always something and I would not recommend it.

All the emails and text verifications were overly complicated. I thought it would be easier for me to rent the truck online and it ended up being a huge pain in the rear. When I tried calling the number listed, it seems that I was transferred to a call center and not the location I was renting the truck from. Sat on hold FOREVER and never got through to someone. I wanted to talk to a human and not a prerecorded message. It was absolutely ridiculous. If I knew someone who needed to rent a truck I would suggest they go with a different company altogether. Seems that the problem wasn't with the location but rather with uhaul in general. When I went to this location there was always someone sitting at the front desk. Why not have those folks be in charge of picking up the phone? Not sure what they are even paid to do. Moving is stressful enough. Now I had to deal with a company that has terrible customer service. I'll never use uhaul again.

We came by right before closing, it was freezing and snow on the ground, after driving 3 days. The guys were amazing! They said we could park the truck in the lot and unpack the next day. I started out with one storage unit and whenever I needed another I simply asked and they were able to find me one close. Amazing service, wonderful people, clean and ready to access location. Thank you for making this move easier!

The facility called me the following day...After drop off...and asked me why I hadn't returned the van??? I told them it had been returned before the time limit and they said the staff must not have logged it in...that was a little concerning...but otherwise the experience was good.

The truck served its purpose. It was an older truck that has seen better days. Not especially clean, especially that a previous customer must have left dog hair in it and my son that was helping me with the move had allergy issues while riding in it. Even though it didn't really matter to me, I didn't really appreciate that there was graffiti on both sides of the truck, as I noted in the pre-rental photos. Finally, upon return to the rental location, the instructions at drive up were to wait with the vehicle outside and someone would come out. Waited about 5 minutes, no one came, so I completed the rental process inside the store.

They did not install my chains. Other stores flip the chains around so they work but this place didn't care to take the time to install the chains. They just wrapped them around the hitch so it looked like they did. Not ok! Not coming back there

First of all when I go to my storage the main light goes out after a certain time and I have to go back and restart the light. Also I had moved out and told them that I was emptying out my unit and when I told them that everything is out and cleaned the person told me that everything is okay no payment. Then I was billed for December of $191 I called and was told that I will be refunded and it will be in my checking account in 3-4 days. That time period went by and no refund came in so I went to the Horsham location and at first I had a hard time with the person on the counter ( I was in a middle of moving out which during that time frame I left some items which I took my lock with me to use at the storage facility. Which they had placed a lock there that’s no problem I was glad that they did that.) I had the manager to go and opened the door. Well when I was talking to the person about it she said that I had left it in a trashy condition which I told her that the manager went with me to open the door which I had emptied and swept out and cleaned the unit. She told me that the person that I was talking on the phone was terminated on that day I didn’t believe that. She told me that I will be getting a refund but it will be another 5 days which had frustrated me a lot. She wasn’t look concerned about the situation .

The vans we reserved in October weren't available on the day we needed them. We were eventually able to secure two vans at two alternate locations, but the path to get there was rocky. The two women I dealt with on the phone never apologized for not having the vans, in fact they shared reasons justifying why they didn't have them. They were rude. It was clear they wanted me off the phone. It was the worst possible customer service I've perhaps ever experienced. Never again. It's absolutely no way to do business.

Only complaint is that I was unable to contact the facility by phone. Always transferred to the Call Center. Even the Call Center was unable to contact the facility and sent a message to the facility to call back. Have not gotten a call back. Email message was sent to my son and when I replied back to the email address it was sent from, I got a message that it was "Undeliverable".

The truck had trash (cardboard, food, etc.) In the back. It wasn't cleaned out and when I brought it up to the girl who worked there she walked away from me and refused to give the supervisors name, phone number or location. What a disgrace!!

Truck was clean enough but heat and defrost did not work. Perhaps need to be able to have more clerks at busy times to pick up equipment. Although three people were working it took quite awhile in line to get my truck on a Sunday. When I tried to do the after hours return online, we couldn't get a GPS location and there was no way around that so return could not be completed online.

Brian, the manager, helped me out SOOOO much I didnt know WHAT to say. The building is VERY clean and well lit. EVERYBODY is friendly and helpful. The prices are VERY reasonable. Controlled heating and cooling, so your belongings DON'T get damaged in ANY way. I would recommend renting a storage until from U-Haul to EVERYBODY and ANYBODY. THANK YOU very much.
