The woman checking us in was not familiar with the process and had much trouble finding my reservation. She could not even describe how we get to the unit!!! She finally got us a unit on the 2nd floor - our reservation was for a first floor as my daughter and I have challenges with stairs especially with boxes. I was not offered a first floor option nor was I given an option to yeah or nay renting. I will follow up with the manager but so far the lower cost is showing in service!!! I would love feedback to discuss my frustration. It disturbs me that there are 2 rat stations in the small unit. I hope they don't eat it and die in our boxes.

The container was leaking. I asked for a replacement and was not delivered. UHaul said I was covered by the 5 000 $insurance that I had paid for. There were only 20 pads when container was delivered.

From what I hear from my sons, however, there were many upset customers without trucks that were reserve. We are Thankful ours was available and we Thank You. But, you all should be more alert to vehicle availability. I understand if someone does not return a vehicle, a wrench gets thrown in to the works.....***t happens. Not happy with central call center which changed the timing of my rental without contacting me for approval. Ended up losing more than a day and a half on my travel plans.

You have lost my UBoxes, so I was hardly able to use it other than to drive to the UBox location and then learn that we couldn't load it because you can't do boxes. The truck is good but you gave me the wrong keys for the wrong one at first, and we had to remove a sign blocking our vision to even drive it.

outstanding service and every representative I spoke with was cordial, polite and very helpful. This was big move and UHAUL made our moving experience as uncomplicated as possible. UHAUL was able to adjust delivery of the UBOXES based on our schedule, and I am grateful to everyone involved. The overall moving price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other moving alternatives.

I ordered the truck Friday for Sunday, he said they didn't have a truck when I got there. But, then he found one, with no gas, and I could take it if I put 25 $gas in it, that they would credit me with 60 $off my bill. I needed the truck, so I said yes. I put gas in it, plus an additional 5 $for my use. No credit on my bill, I sent an email, no response. They took advantage of me and my need for a truck to get me to pay for the gas. What a bunch of BS. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Triple check and make sure all equipment is available for the customer if someone is picking up after hours, especially the key to the truck.

Customer service was terrible. They could not even provide a printed calculation of my charges. They did not explain charges well or nearly completely, so it was impossible to know what I was getting for my money. And they complained when I asked for specifics about what I would be charged for once my rental was complete. Add this to Uhaul's typically deceptive charges, and the 1,5 hours on the phone needed afterward to finally get a detailed receipt, because I never got one in any form from this location, and it was dehumanizing and crappy. I would avoid this place, if you can.

Printer broken-couldn't get receipt Credit card machine broken-had to hand card to staff stung COVID Staff was talking about propane blowing up at another location and killing someone-in front of customers Staff chatted while other customer waited and wasn't greeted I took picture of dirty vehicle in app and was still charged a cleaning fee-spent an hour and a half on phone trying to fix it with National customer service Not a pleasant experience

The back truck doors and driver's side window was left open. It rained overnight and soaked the seat and floor. There were wet moving blankets left in the back of the truck. Inside the back of the truck was dirty. The best part of the experience was the young lady who worked the inside. She was very nice and helpful.

Please fix the app! I was trying to do an express checkin while waiting to be helped. It was asking for a tax number. The woman at the desk told me I had to delete the zero. Then, when I was returning the truck after hours, the pictures the app required me to take would not upload. When taking a pic through the app, it would take the picture, ask you to confirm the pic, then on the main screen, the photo button turns grey while the photo uploads, but then nothing. I couldn't complete the checkin process.

The U-Haul agent was great not a problem with Him . My pick up time was 4pm , I arrived at 345 had 1 customer before me . The agent and I when out side to attach the trailer to my truck . The trailer light where not working . I check my truck light before coming to U-haul . Agent swap out 3 trailer connectors and tested my truck output Witch was good. I was late leaving U-haul because equipment was not check before pick up . Trailer that I got work perfect for my needs and trailer well . Also Agent was sole person working

Move in was smooth, the units are poorly lit and had trash on the floor before move in. The security system was not working 3 of the 5 times I accessed my unit. When asked the staff knew but said the storage manager was not there for well over a week not on vacation. Staff did not know how to open the main doors on one occasion and had to let me in through the employee door. Staff was in general not helpful or friendly anytime I was there. They all had headphones in and did not pay attention to what they were doing. I had to repeat myself multiple times to every employee. At move out I rented a van from this location. It took 2 employees over 40 minutes and 3 different contracts to get the van I asked for initially. They then argued with me when I reported that the gas in the truck did not match the gauge on the contract. I reported this before leaving the property and they argued that I had used the difference already and wanted me to return the truck with more fuel than it was given to me. I will not be renting or storing at this location and recommend that any family and friends avoid it as well.

All employees were pleasant and helpful. Everything with the truck was good except for the steering. The steering was loose and the truck wandered all over the road. Otherwise it was clean and everything else on the truck worked as it should.

When I rented the trailer there were three workers at the three customer sales desks, but only one would serve customers. I waited 20 minutes for a rental I'd already done advance check-in on. Finally, a fourth worker went to one of the sales desk folks and asked if she could please serve me. She did, and when I got to the desk I discovered she had been doing personal business (she actually said she'd been on her phone trying to pay one of her bills). Upon returning the trailer after ONE day's use (picked up and returned the same day) we went into the office, after parking the trailer in the line and disconnecting it myself, and there was a line. One of the workers said "it's ok, you're good, we'll check it in for you." Accordingly, we left. When I got the invoice two days later I discovered I'd been billed for THREE days rental. I tried calling the store, but sat waiting on the line for 42 minutes before a national operator came on the line. She took my information and said the manager of the store would update the charges properly. Given my experience so far, on my way past the U-Haul store I stopped in and spoke to the manager (Prince). After about 10 minutes fiddling with the computer he said that they didn't send it to him. He ultimately fixed the problem. I wasted over 3 hours waiting for decent service with U-Haul. I am NOT a happy customer.

Tire pressure on trailer was low on one tire which I had to address. When returning the trailer the return equipment person failed to check me in even though he said I was good to go. Needless to say I got an email from your equipment recovery and wasted over an hour on hold trying to remedy the problem. An average rating is actually a poor rating but for the fact that other locations have same personnel issues.

Sophia was fantastic. The storage units themselves are 'basic' with open ceiling structure, meaning mice / rats / bugs from a neighbor unit can easily infest the unit where I stored my stuff. The lights weren't all working and it was dark in the unit, couldn't see easily what were were doing. I rated yes to all the question above but would have maybe on most if the choice was avail.

The move-in process was seamless. Brian explained how everything worked and then showed me to the unit. Went back into the rental office expecting to pay but then found out the first month was free!
