Sandy was great! She made the process for self storage rental quick, easy, and understandable. There were no questions that were left unanswered or problems that were left unresolved. She was very polite, showed care, and even shared some laughs. The facility was clean and organized. I could easily find any product I would need for my self storage and towing needs. The overall grounds were kept clean and well maintained. The rates for self storage were reasonable. There were several options, such as month to month, 6 month and yearly agreements as well as the option for auto-pay. It was awesome that a yearly agreement gave me the 13th month free. Without the auto-pay option, it would be nice to have an automated e-mail or text message sent out to remind the customer of their payment due. I will definitely continue to use this U-Haul location for these reasons and would recommend them to anyone needing self storage.

The staff there were extremely helpful. They were very efficient knew there job and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

I had my stuff in storage for at least a year and I was VERY happy & pleased with my storage units. They were always very clean and maintained, no bugs spiders or rodent problems and none of my things had an oder when taken out as well as the great security. All staff was always helpful and accommodating for my needs. I would highly recomend Uhaul for any storage needed or trailer or truck use. Sandy is fanominal and great to work with and always very personable and professional. I Loved her personality. Thank you for everything Uhaul. You run a great business.

You asked the wrong question. The reason I left is you are too expensive.

We are so glad we found this place. We have been storing our 5th wheel there for a few years now and worked with Sandy each time, she has always been very helpful and friendly. U-haul is very lucky to have her.

Facilities were clean, well lit, and secure. Sandy, the on-site manager was professional, knowledgeable, and VERY customer-service oriented. She was always a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful in making sure our experience was positive. I would highly recommend this storage site.

I think the facility was outstanding as far as the people and condition of the storage facility is concerned. I used the outside storage for a month to store a boat temporarily. I think the prices are a bit to high though in the prices I asked about. I was not to concerned about how much for one month. I was happy with the accommodations and the arrangements. I asked about long term options and pricing and determined the prices are to high. I asked about: 1) to store my boat trailer (boat not on it) there for the summer (longer term) and the price did not change. $60 dollars a month. To High! I ended up getting a place to store my trailer for $100 dollars until October 1st (Locked and lit) 2) I asked how much if I stored my boat over the winter (longer term again). Same price $60 a month. To High. I have been quoted $200 and $240 for the winter (approx 6 months-Oct thru April). That said, I love the U Haul facility and staff for short term stuff, but prices are to high for anything else.

The floor could use a sweep or cleaning, but other than that a great experience.

The only reason I gave it an average score is because the registration process for storage requires at least 2 addresses and 3 contact numbers. In many cases a person can't provide that much information which makes it difficult to register.

Let me say I bought my Camper in 2019 August. My wife told me I can't leave it out side, it's new. Well I called everywhere. I found the Uhaul place on a FaceBook news feed. And Sandy was able to move some stuff around and got me in. I am thank full for all Sandy's help. And her Team is amazing too. I will miss talking with them. Until Fall. Thank You Eric!

The facility and customers service was above and beyond what we could have ever asked for!! We have already told many people about how wonderful it was to be able to unload inside the building and have the carts available for us to use! It made moving so much easier.

While picking up my rental truck the entrance was icy and I slipped I informed Sandy of the conditions she took care of it right away to make sure other customers dont slip like I did, also your trucks are not equipped with snow tires in northern michigan we have snowy roads and your local trucks should have them

Delivered a UHaul box to our house in less than ideal travel conditions, and got there 3 days before hoped.

SIGNS OUTSIDE FACILITY ARE MISLEADING. FREE MONTHS STORAGE WITH TRUCK RENTAL hAD RENTED A TRUCK BUT WAS TOLD THAT ONLY APPLIED WITH A ONE WAY RENTAL AND THE FREE UNIT WAS AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION
