I was overcharged three times in this location. Staff is nice, facilities are well maintained.

I did the online pick up and it was a disaster. It had 2 little dents and I could not download a picture of it or for the millage, which was marking one extra mile from the numbers online. Rented a Dolly and it wasn't in the truck after I was charged for it. When coming back the other day in the morning (the reason i booked online was for not wasting time in the store and ended up going there anyways), they gave me a Dolly that was less quality than the one I rented. They said they would take it off, but they kept the charge anyways. I am very disappointed with the place. It was really nice before .

I went inside for help during my return, the guy Inside was extremely rude and unprofessional saying that somebody will help me outside that's why I won't be back for the same location if they don't want customers i won't be one. I came outside of the office and the return agent was extremely helpful.

Staff is great, easy to rent, easy to return. But I got a 6x12 trailer that was over used, full of rust on wheels and other vital parts, door was a bit difficult to open and left turn signal was not operating. Needs improvement on the equipment!

The staff was great! I did have a mechanical issue with the trailer, but likely caused by another customer not reporting it after a rental. For future rentals, a staff member should explain the trailer operation in a bit of detail. I was unaware that the drivers fender folded down to allow the door to open when on the trailer.

The only thing I can think of that needs to be improved is that you should Clone this whole locations team from the front desk to the guys that helped install the trailer and the ones also that removed it. Everyone was energetic and extremely helpful I wish all uhauls had teams such as this one. Thank you again everyone

I informed Courtney I believe her name was, that I have never rented a uhaul, I don't know what I was doing & I only needed to move a bed frame so I wanted the smallest option, she kept pushing the bigger uhauls at higher price points when I would ask why she didn't really explain, she also told me I had to bring the truck “back here by 5” to me someone who is new to this implies I have to bring it back to this same location. which I found out after that it was not correct. You can drop them back at a closer uhaul location, I essentially paid DOUBLE & I'm very upset by that.

Although it didn't bother me much, the floor on the passenger side had a lot of what appeared to be garden soil or mulch. It was obviously missed during inspection and cleaning. Overall good service.

The Elevator was out of service most of the time. This caused the inconvenience of not being able to move in or move out furniture.

Car hauler I rented had a rear light not working and one of the strap down straps cut in half which did not allow me to strap the vehicle down correctly. The person that put the trailer on the hitch after I mentioned it said that it was ok but definitely was not and also let the trailer leave without a working taillight

The truck was not cleaned. I asked for someone to vacuum the box inside. The air conditioner was not working properly. The truck had a loud noise when on the road it seems like it was going to fall apart. The seats belts are not working properly.

Overall good experience. Challenges: The facility doesn't answer the phone, it always rolls to a corporate reservations center so if a person needs to actually speak to someone on site, no change. The elevator (the only one in the building of 3 floors) was broken for over 3 weeks. I'd have to drive over since the phone wasn't answered (see above) to check to see if I could access my belongings. When I did leave messages with the central reservations team to have a call back from the facility only once did Jorge, the manager do so. The other messages were not returned. Ultimately, I decided to move to a competitor who had easier access (2 elevators) and who would answer the phone on property during business hours. They also offered slightly lower rates.

Only one small disappointment the storage manger told me that because I was unloading the truck that I rented I would not be billed for another day the truck was due back and I was back on time however I had to unload it which took all day the storage manager told me I would not be billed for an extra day and I was billed

This uhaul location is one of the best I will go back there to rent a vehicle and storage space if needed. Place is easy To find and clean , The staffs there And the owner were friendly, communicative, respectful, nice, and have a happy/smiling face even under the Mask.as far as star rated, I give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The facility is very well run, they are helpful and it is very clean. We had a UHaul container shipped there last year. Then we rented a truck, rented a storage unit and rented another container to move again. Jorge, the manager, took good care of us and the owner even helped. She keeps the facility spotless. They were great to work with and I would use them again if in Orlando and highly recommend them to everyone.

Several of the customers were complaining about a heavy odor at the elevator and there was a lot of trash by the restroom. Not bad customer service.

My only negative comment is that there is no feedback given that a credit card transaction failed until after the 15 $fee is assessed. Many businesses inform their customers when a transaction fails, before asking fees. In the current climate of credit card theft, many of us have our cards compromised and then cancelled. It's very difficult to recall all the locations using that cancelled card.

The office staff is HORRIBLE. The manager is noncommunicative and just an terrible person. The staff they have there lies, cheats and tries to rip people off. I literally went 0,5 miles down the road and saved 40 $per month!!!!! when I came back to empty my unit not even 30 mins later they had a guy going to "dispose of the contents of my unit" AWFUL and I will spend every second i have free to ensure no one local uses your terrible location and service ever again.

When I moved in there was someone who already put their things in my storage unit. I had to wait almost an hour for a staff member to issue me a new unit. Did not get promotion for that week either.

Often when I was working in the unit the motion activated lights would go out leaving me in a dark storage room unit I left my unit & walked more than halfway pass the next unit.

My bottom floor unit was not climate controlled (always warm/hot), but I was paying for it. I now pay less down the road for the same space & it's actually cool! Staff was great though! Jorge is nice
