The truck had new tires on the front. The wheel alignment was out. By the time I got to my destination, the left front tire was close to the steel on the outside of the tire. Not the location's fault, but this should have been caught at some point.

I was very satisfied with the service the first time I used this location in September, however, it was much different this time. I was greeted by a young man who may have been new because he told me I had to unstrap my car from the tow dolly myself. When I told him I was told by the Uhaul staff when I picked up the equipment that it would be disconnected for me. He said he had to check my contract to verify I paid for that service and while he was gone I disconnected it myself. What terrible customer service. I asked the GM at this location about a mileage credit because I initially had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to get the truck, (I requested a pickup in Westfield and had to go to Belchertown), he told me to call the 1-800 number. What a frustrating experience. This entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about Uhaul as a company.

Store manager Ferreira I believe should not be working in customer service he was rude and treated us terrible. We called uhaul corporate to file a complaint.this man should be removed from his position. Our experience with uhaul was flawless and uneventful after 3 days of driving until we arrived in Hyannis Ma to return the trailer.

Had problems with the app. The staff were great, but it was hard to upload the pictures of damage during the initial check of the equipment before we took it out. It was not clear how or when to hit upload when we had multiple pictures.

I called to say I would be late in return and the woman said to open the uhaul.com/share app when i arrived to avoid paying the $20 fee, which I did. The App would not let me take a photo of the dashboard to verify the mileage and gas tank level, to complete the App Return Policy and avoid the $20. Fee.

They had me walk myself out to the vehicle with a large appliance dolly. They just pointed to a door and told me where to go. I was backing the huge dolly out the door and fell completely about 2 feet off a ledge not realizing it was a ramp along the building. I think there should have been more communication of that being outside and feel they should have just brought the dolly along to show me the way to the vehicle together.

Wait times for phone pickup are way too long. Frustrating to find that agent in "Corporate" doesn't have all the info needed to furnish appropriate information. Very inconvenient to find that general inquiries, scheduling, and moving help are all separate entities that don't talk to each other. Far from seamless.

When I got my receipt, I noticed there was a fuel charge which was not communicated when I picked up the vehicle. If you are going to charge .99/mile for usage, you shouldn't be tacking on a fuel charge as well. That is just bad business.

Did not have a first-floor unit available for storage as I was told previously. what I showed up at the facility they had a hard time finding a room for me to use get it ended up being call the second floor which is very inconvenient for the going up the stairs because I was moving by myself.the whole plan was just to back up the truck into the unit and unload but that wasn't the case.. the staff laid it on the computer. But I think they oversold. So I ended up with the unit smaller that originally planned as well as on the second floor. Made for a very long day.

I had a storage for about a year and a half it was on the second floor. There was always an issue with the elevator,this is a storage facility the elevator is necessary. I guess next time only take a storage on the 1st floor

The unit was WAY smaller than the CS rep said it was. I was told it could fit a 4 Room house inside it, it was a closet. When i got to the unit there had been clear damage to the front door. The handle was completely rusted and i was (and still am) unable to access the unit. There was also a giant dead Hawk lying right next to the unit. When i called to find an alternative unit nothing was available. I had to find storage with another company. I will be cancelling this reservation and expect a refund for the first months fees as i have been unable to access the unit entirely.
