The power outage on 8/15 caused me to incur a 200 $change from the moving company I hired to assist with my move. Previous storage facilities I have worked with who have promised certain access hours have a generator in case utility outages occur. I understand the utility caused this outage but the storage facility is ultimately responsible for customers being able to access their belongings during the days and times as promised in the customer agreements. Although a large facility, the website said it is open 24 hours and it was closed. There was no where to leave the truck because everyone returned their trucks on Sunday. The drop box for the keys was not in a conspicuous location. Be open when your website says it's open. Have staff available to assist and not just following prompts on an online return portal.Lisa H.
I would NEVER recommend this location to a friend. I would not even recommend it to an enemy. One of the men doing the returns was VERY rude and unprofessional. He actually snarled as we were pulling up because we didn't know how far to come. He was impatient and seemed like we were burdening him by returning the truck. I was actually shocked by how a person could act like this at a huge company like Uhaul, and I will never do business at this location again. If not for my previous positive experiences with Uhaul, I would not use the company again. The other man who helped us was much nicer, although he wasn't wearing a mask like the other employees, which was a bit off-putting.AMBER H.

I got to the pickup location and there was no one available to help me. Perry Perry State Farm was asking for me to call Uhaul to get a code and when I did, I was told by customer service representative that no code could be given and the keys were supposed to be released by Perry Perry. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour and finally got the keys released. The rental did not come with the dollies and equipment I had ordered. The fuel was not full and the paper indicated the it was. Only half the tank was full. I had to fill up the whole tank after my trip to return the truck because of the wrong paper documentation by the dispatch.SARTHAK A.

Drop off was absolutely horrid. The worker at the shop told me because I made him work hard, that I needed to go on a date with him. To which I declined. And he continued to make me uncomfortable by stating that I was masculine because I drove the truck by myself. That I owe him for his service and that I needed to find him attractive. I am a very young, small, woman who is moving to a new town and did not sign up to be harassed by a man who is at least 50 years old, telling me I owe him because he had to do his job and take off a tow dolly. This was my worst experience with U-Haul. I had a reservation with this location which was not honored. They then sent me to another location but they also couldn't honor my location. I will not be using U-Haul in anyway again. Poor customer service and rude.Bell J.

The parking lot was overflowing and it was impossible to get through the driveway to park the truckKenna O.
I was called numerous times to the point I felt harassed, even though I paid for my unit for the entire month. I moved my things out and had two weeks left to sweep the loose items out so I wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee. Even though they received their money, they wanted to close out my contract before time so they could rent it out to someone else, without refunding me any money for the days I already paid. Basically double charging for the same unit. I will NEVER use them again for a storage place. Too many other companies give better deals and better customer service. Management and maintenance of the facility was fine, but overall this wasn't a convenient location to store things, nor was my unit optimal being on a second level. The person who booked me the unit didn't give me a big enough space so I had to rent another unit. I had trouble with the lock and had to buy an extra lock. I didn't like that the unit was upstairs. I gave the experience a high rating only because Tiffany Harrison was so helpful at the place. If not for her I would have rated the experience poorly. Also, I was told I would get a month free, rented the truck and only need storage for 6 days. However I was charged over 110 $. That's on top of what I paid for the truck. I was told I would have a lower level climate controlled unit and when I got there it was an upper level. Staff was not friendly and not helpful. The hours of access are ridiculous. I moved my stuff out of your facility because I never really felt my stuff was secure. The top of my unit which was on the end had a plastic cover that was not secure,You could slide it over with your pinky! Also being as it was an upper unit I had to climb the latter. Your latter's were unstable and old with chipping pain. I NEVER FELT SECURE climbing those latters! YOUR SALES STAFF IS AWESOME!!!! Very very NICE! YOUR STORAGE CONTAINER AND LATTERS are TRASH. I had been back to drop off and retrieve items. And Every time the LATTERS , didn't matter which one I used. WERE VERY UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE. The customer service at this location is deplorable. The staff is extremely rude, and the General Manager Osman is very disrespectful and short tempered with customers. I requested a lock cut, as I lost my key and I've had the unit for about six years. He told me that it will be a minute. When asked a time frame he said, "It will be a minute" and walked off. I came back approximately two hours later, and he was still unable to provide assistance. There were two females working when I arrived. One seemed to have an attitude the other barely spoke English. I had asked for a ground floor unit and did not get it. Also the parking situation is dangerous there - only one way in and out and if loading area is full you have to figure out what to do with a 36" uhaul. I was extremely frustrated. Luckily when I came back in a Nice middle aged man ended up helping me and went through my contract. He was extremely helpful. The ladies there were not. Also this is in a very sketchy area. 1. The requirement to use the U-haul sold crescent lock is a scam and money grab by Haul and its dealers. I have had storage units for a decade using my own combo lock and never had a security problem. The idea that the required lock provides better security is a lie. 2. The movable ladder necessary to access my second level space constantly wobbled making it unsafe to access my unit. There was not another ladder available use. this is unsafe and reported to the facility. 3. The storage unit door did not close properly and align so the lock could be easily installed. This was reported as well. It took two of us on a the above rickety ladder to push the door enough so it would align and lock the unit door. Such a basic. Get it right. 4. We were only shown (1) elevator. Lots of waiting. this is a converted 3-story warehouse and if another elevator exists we were not shown it. More focus on making money and less on customer service by investing in necessary vertical transportation. Really not sure I'm not going to move back to the Cube Smart a few blocks away. I made the move to U-Haul because I already rent trucks from here and thought it would be more convenient. Was not the experience I had at all.Andrew M. | Premières impressions
