Guarantee trucks are operable and maintained..1st truck had check engine light on and trucks battery I rented kept dying between Texas and Tennessee. Tow dolly strap also kept coming loose on trip

Staff that are friendlier and not overcharge when returning vehicle. i returned it after closing time the day of rental and they assumed i still had it days after. i put gas in car and they charged me fir gas. i will not use u jail again .

The mobile pick up is Convenient but it was a little long process plus mine messed up and I had to call customer service to get my code for my keys but it was still fine since I was able to get the truck when needed

Make sure you take care of your customer that you start helping first before going to dispatch another customer who came after. I went in before 3 customers and started the process of my rental before everyone. The person helping me went on to help others around the store and even checked them out while leaving me waiting. Eventually I walked out last and all the other customers that came after me where checked out first.

I apologize, this rating isn't necessarily for this location but the experience as a whole. We were given the opportunity to pull a trailer for a discount but after going back and forth and settling on a time via text message, it was jerked out from under us and given to someone else. Fine, no problem, but it wasted an hour of our time for which we were NOT compensated for. Additionally, the original location we booked at didn't have availability the day before our scheduled pick-up so they re-routed us to this location, no problem but I had to coordinate with my husband who was already en route to ensure he did not go to the wrong location. Then, hours before our pick-up, we were informed that the dolly that we had booked was not available. !!! Finally, when ran into some problems with the after hours check-in and when I called customer service, the rep was rude and not helpful. We ended up getting it worked out ourselves but not before my husband was stranded at a closed location in an unfamiliar area without a vehicle for almost an hour. My rating for this location is 4/5 stars but my real rating for u-haul as a whole is 2/5 stars but it seems unfair to this location so I split the difference at 3/5 stars.

This Uhaul location was the worst experience I have ever had in all the years I have used Uhaul. The storage I was using was leaking and the manager and staff didn't not care, one of the staff members asked me if I had someone to come out to fix my storage that I was renting from them. I was told by Traci per the manager it was fixed but each timed it rain my stuff was getting wet so I moved. The manager did not contact me regarding the issue and when I was able to see her the day I was moving, she was rude , her attitude appeared as didn't care and showed no concern for the issue. I will not ever use this location again nor recommend any one else to.

This is not towards the location but if you see Uhaul RUN FAR AWAY, check your bill, pay close attention to fine print, don't use the portal, be ready to be blamed for all the things that go wrong, AND DONT CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION.

Checked the truck in and they try to charge me a $40 late fee even though I dropped it off early. Not cool. Then I had to go stand in line for over an hour just to get the $40 late fee off my account. Short staffed, not friendly, felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me. I was also told if I returned the uhaul with a quarter tank, I would get $60 back because I picked it up empty and I'm not sure if I received that because the guy was unfriendly and couldn't tell me. Overall the uhaul experience felt harder then it should be and overpriced.

My first reservation was in the Cedar Ridge location at 7:am. Nonone was there. I left at 7:15 and that office still close. I had to make another reservation to the Irving location and it was a big difference, they were very nice and professional.

No bad comments for this location, I would just suggest hiring more empathetic individuals to handle your customer service and roadside assistance lines. The individuals I connected with via phone were not helpful and left my mother and I stranded for 3 hours on the side of the road in the middle of the night. we had to find assistance elsewhere even though our business with with U-Haul. Terrible Experience overall

apologize for not having the equipment that a person reserved available. apologize if you say something is available and I drive to your location and then find out you don't have it. If someone is not happy with their rental experience while still at the store, notice. Remember to thank the person who rents from you. We have other choices. Customers will go elsewhere AND not recommend your store

The original pick up location was a hot mess. The lady behind the counter had her kids running around everywhere, and they did not have my trailer rental ready. I had to go to a different location to pick up. Then, because of the change, I was not able to rent a one-way and had to pay more than triple because I had to keep the trailer the entire weekend while I was out of town to bring it back to the new location. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

The only problem I see is the high fuel consumption of your trucks. I think you could improve it considerably if you make some mechanical changes to your vehicles.

My reservation was for a 7 am contactless pick up of a 17 foot truck. I got a call stating my original location wasn't going to work because they didn't have a 17 foot truck and the woman on the phone kept trying to send me 10 miles out of the way. Finally she reserved a 20 foot truck in the same direction. When I got there for my contactless pick up- the store was closed and I was sent a message that I had to wait for them to arrive at 11. Called uhaul- placed on hold for 17 minutes- my friend called after 10 minutes and got through before i did. They found me a truck- now farther away and now 35 minutes after my pick up time (I had movers scheduled to show up through uhaul moving help- and now we were going to be late. Asked for a mileage credit for the inconvenience and having to drive further and was told they already fixed my problem and no I wasn't getting a credit. The people that got us the truck were amazing- the process and the issues were terrible.

This place was a God send to me! Chelsea told me about the 1 free month of self storage which is just what I needed! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had dollies for.me to use that made it easy for me to get my stuff in. Thank you U-Haul of Irving!

We didn't receive the 2 dollies that I reserved for my move which is honestly the most important when moving big furniture. my move was delayed because I had to get dollies from somewhere else. However customer service was nice and added extra 15 miles and an extra day when I could've used the truck.

Arrived at 7:01 and there were people standing outside trying to get help and we were also unaware we would have to do a after hours return online. The workers did little to help and just told everyone to call customer service which had a wait time of 63 minutes. It took my a while to figure out tje website after putting in my mileage because I didn't add .0 on the end it kept saying it was wrong and less than what I started with.
