Cost was excessive. I spent $175 for 5 hours of use. Other than that I am pleased with the experience.
Fix the uhaul share app. It wouldn't let me return the equipment. It kept saying it couldn't find my location even though I had my location on and was hooked to the locations wifi
They made returning it super easy and the customer service was great!

The associate Kyle Butler was very rude and unhelpful. He had a lot of attitude and lack professionalism. This location doesn't pickup the phone. My issue has not been resolved. One of the worse experiences from Uhaul.
The manager Kyle was very friendly and helpful explain that I can pay my bill online on the U-Haul website. Show me how to pay a little extra that way I can schedule my payments around what's going to benefit me and help me the most thank you

As a store/general manager, his potential is limitless. He has the unpost care and consideration for his clients. His experience with U-Haul’s protocol and operations offers him a bulletproof photographic memory. His dedication allows him to remember and recall the most important important parts of any conversation, even up to the individual habits of clientele. His resilience allows him to be poised and effortless in his work because thought I’ve dealt with him for nearly 2 years, I never once saw him down or bothered. I could only imagine what obstacles he has faced regarding his responsibilities while yet still providing A1 service. The interior of the truck was dirty with liquid spills and smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

My experience from the Customer Service with the U-Haul in Orange Park, to Drew who dropped of my U-Box and then finally Kyle at 9422 103rd. St. In Jacksonville. I can not say enough great things. Kyle was so accommodating to me ,patient with me and just gave me the best customer service. He was working alone and was very quick and gave you his full attention to all customers. The unit was riddled with roaches. Never again! I told them about the critters many time. They did a roach bomb one time. There reasons were the roaches come from the outside and they really cant do anything about it. When we our things we had to repack all the boxes, check everything and shake everything out. The roaches were everywhere. We moved to another storage company. Do not take your things there!
Kyle and Ms. Lammott were always very friendly and helpful. Every time I saw them they were either helping customers or doing facility maintenance. Even though busy, they always took a moment to make me feel welcome. Please make sure the emloyees there are rewarded accordingly. Thank you!
When I was checking out my wife wanted to use the bathroom; the sign on the door said employees only. The staff member with long blonde got mouthy and told me I could wait all day that she wasn't helping me. She wouldn't stop and kept mumbling that she wouldn't wait on me. Finally she was told to wait on me and I refused saying I would wait for another associate.

They took $33.00 out my account and made me have a overdraft and made my bill go in overdraft so i have 2 overdrafts that is $70.00 plus i am on a fixed income that's not good. I am very upset my bill

Very great experiences here at this facility.
The customers service was excellent. Everything was explained to me and the guy walked me to my unit to show me how to access the unit and to make sure my card worked.
The restroom in the loading area was often locked/inaccessible. Why? Hallway lighting was dangerously difficult to re-activate after it timed-out, I almost fell several times in the dark.

Rep lack knowledge of product beside that facility was okay! If you guys sell the locks you guys should have a way of getting in after an lost key. Pop a lock is $150 that’s ridiculous
The only problem I had was seeing some small spiders a few roaches and a few silverfish. The temperature needed to be cooler. Other than that everything is great. Staff and manager great!

My only complaint is that the level of service between store personnel and call center was not consistent. When I called to make inquiries about closing my account, I would get conflicting info.
The team at 5 brothers expectations were far exceeded with the assistance of Charles and Jazmine they really helped us get out business set up and we are very greatful for there assistance
