Clint HPhil and Benny did a great job; the transaction and install was quick and easy. Excellent customer service skills; both were very courteous and professional. Because this location is open on Sundays I will be bringing a lot of repeat business as well as recommending this U-Haul over many others that are more convenient.
Doc BMy only complaint is that I was not allowed to leave the trailer at my destination and had to haul it 1 000 miles back.

Ashley PHave accurate information!!! We were changed 3 times for the location for our rental. Very inconvenient and completely unprofessional. Truck location changed. New location DID NOT have our reserved Appliance Dolly. Moved to 3rd location while guaranteed that they had our Appliance Dolly. They DID NOT! Called a 4th time into Customer Service who could not locate an Appliance Dolly for us! I would like a credit please for this terrible day that we went through. Katy Lane location in Keller was nothing but rude and was not the least bit helpful. Benny at the Blue Mound location in Justin did his absolute best to help us and we appreciate it very much!!! Uhaul tries to put the customer on the hook for their own missteps, but I don't take that well. From now on do the job correctly so I don't have to do it for you. Otherwise it was a good experience.
robert bNo designating drop off location in the lot so it was a bit confusing. I was worried that someone would/could just drive by and steal the trailer but since I had documentation that I left it, I was okay with relinquishing my concern and handing it off to the uhaul dealer.

LYNISS NCharged an extra day even though it was turned at least 12 hours EARLY. Charged for extra miles when the miles were off and the website told me it would save me money to drop off at a farther location. Hours after drop off the employee called about the keys and in the middle of the message said never mind I'm looking at them. Employee checked vehicle in and sent receipt at least 2 hours after it was actually turned in and AFTER my account was charged an additional $75
Denise LEquipment was as expected. The real gem here, though, is the personnel. What a knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff! Unexpected and most apprexiated!

And when I hung up and called back it went straight to voice saying there is no one here to help you and call back later. Guy could have taken my name and number and called me back instead of making me feel as if I was not important and didn't care what I needed. But the lady who answered my call the next day was truly awesome and very helpful.

James CPaying for climate control at this location was a waste. It was always between 85 and 95° and not bearable when working inside. The roof was leaking in the building that I was in and a lot of the times when I would visit the unit the door would be propped open, so security was a big issue. It was so understaffed and at times when people would move out, they would leave food and boxes at the entrance, these were not picked up for about a month, which made the location smell horrible . I accidentally left my unit open at one point and items were stolen. It was my fault that I left it open. However, when I asked for the security camera or for the video to be reviewed there was no follow up, my thinking is that there really were no cameras around that unit or they didn't work

Sherree B | Expérience généraleThis is our third time to rent trucks from UHaul. UHaul Associates in Justin are the best. Clean, friendly and very helpful. The problem we have is with Movinghelp.com. Their moving team did not show and we had to scramble to find help on site in Midland. We had prepaid for the movers and we were told to call their help line. No one ever answered surveys were taken, called repeatedly and no answer and no help. We are still owed that moving charge. I know that UHaul is not at fault here, but the movinghelp.com is being referred by UHaul. I would like a refund of the movers fee. It shouldn't be this hard to get good help and an honest couple of hours work. If I do not get my refund it will be turned into the BBB and I do consider this theft. kirk b | Expérience généraleThe vehicle was not what I consider roadworthy once I had it loaded and was going to my secondary location the oil light came on I pulled into U-Haul where I leased the vehicle from they added oil the oil light still didn't go out while driving to my location the shifter locked twice and I was unable to get it out of gear it sounds as though the front end or the transmission is about to give up the vehicle vibrates and shakes as though the motor mounts are loose I felt this vehicle was unsafe to be on the road and I was unsafe driving it.

They offer remote openers so that you don't even have to get out of your car to open the gate. If you're going late at night or in the middle of a hot day, this is a great perk. Jose R | Expérience généraleWe have had this storage since it first opened before it was Uhaul. Everything has always been great BUT the lighting inside the air controlled buildings needs updated. It's VERY hard to see inside each unit, we always had to use our phone flashlights which isn't always convenient. The only other thing that changed was the trash receptacle access. I think trash should be REQUIRED at a storage facility. Trash pickup isn't that expensive, I know bc that's my husband's profession, and is the best thing to offer to customers! Other than those 2 issues, I've never had any problems and would recommend Uhaul Justin Storage!

Luckily this was during office hours. I literally gave the office the same Credit card with the same 2024 expiration date and your system accepted without hesitation. On 9/17/21 when I came to check out however, I couldn't get the lock to one of the units to open. After trying and trying, the young lady who was covering the morning shift also tried unsuccessfully. Mind you the locks were the ones the facility provided when I stored the stuff. I bring them from the outside… Finally, that young woman who was covering said I had to call a Locksmith technician to open the lock at my own expense. After calling around I found a technician who could come. The technician sprayed the lock, and 1 minute later, he opened it for a cost of $120. That's in addition to the hour that my movers spent waiting for locksmith to come, while I was paying them $165 an hour. I recommend the facility, but bring your own lock, and when you're moving out, bring some lock lubricant with you. That young woman had a very flat affect, not friendly at all, but she was only covering as I said earlier. Otherwise the experience wasn't bad.

Our hotel the Marriott didn't let us park our trailer on their grounds. We couldn't park our trailer at the Texas Motor Speedway, where our event was held due to other events going on at the same time. So thank you for having a safe place to leave our trailer over the weekend. We just wish you had weekend rates. I had to pay a monthly storage fee when I only needed 3 days. STEPHEN R | Premières impressionsOur boat was messed with and engine raised on two separate occasions. The facilities security system went down for 3 weeks in Aug. 2020 due to lightning. Our tarp was messed with and they were aware of it but did not notify us of either. We ended up loosing our trolling motor, 6 poles, a net an innertune and fishing tackle to theft and they siphoned 20 gallons of gas out of our tank and of course this happened while the cameras were down. Nobody notified us. We went to use our boat and found all of it gone! When we mentioned it to the manager she said "oh ya the IT guy mentioned to me that your tarp was moved a couple times and he tried to fix it" but nobody thought to let us, the owners, know about it!! We lost $3 400 worth of stuff!! I would NOT reccomend this place unless your boat/camper is locked up tight and even then the outside will get messed with. The manager should have told us when the security system went down and also when she was aware of our boat being messed with. Whoever took it all had a LOT of time to siphone that much gas and unbolt the trolling motor. Makes me wonder who all knew the cameras were down!?

This time a spot for my RV was actually there when I arrived. No "computer glitch" like the others. Marty was very nice and the facility is spotless. Justin is farther than I wanted to go, but it was worth it and the pricing was better.
