I tried to use the 24/7 pick up. As I went through the process to get the keys, they did not have them ready, and they could not find them for my particular truck that I was assigned. A supposedly quick an easy process turned into 30 minutes of waiting. The truck they gave me to use had a check tire pressure light on that I “shouldn't worry about”. Overall, I got what I needed, but it wasn't a great experience.

Hooked to an auto transport. Upon inspection of the tires, one tire had tread separation from the tire. Tread was missing from the tire. I had to disconnect and reconnect to a different auto transport with good tread on all four wheels. The first trailer should have been out of service.

There was not enough help at 9 am on a Saturday morning. It was too much for one person to handle. Thank goodness the guy from Lansing was there and able do everything. I was told the manager put himself on the schedule of 10 am.

No improvements, just wanted to let you know Alan helped us on 6-12 and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kayla Hawley helped us on 6-13 with check in and out, same thing. The problem is for me; I reserved a truck online but chose the option of checking in, in-person. I get there on my scheduled time only to be told the truck I reserved wasn't there, meaning it was a late return. Even though I ended up getting a truck thank GOD I wasn't in any hurry, point is there's no excuses when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Greeted at the door by a very friendly associate. She came out and unhooked our trailer from our vehicle, made sure our time was valued and it was quick and easy return. Would definitely rent from this location again.

Not be rude in your conversation with your clients. I don't really care about having to pay a 5 $cleaning fee, it was they way it was said. A little dirt was spilled and a little bit of salt from bags. Frankly had I known it needed to be brushed out, I would have done it myself before turning it in. Would have taken me all of a minute. To describe it as filthy and more with an attitude was unnecessarily rude. After a long day of moving my parents out of their house, I was not going to argue, just would have appreciated a better attitude.

Truck smelled like marijuana when I received it. Sign saying rent me was still across windshield as well. Then I was given about 5/16 of a tank which is what I needed to bring it back with. I used the rental contract to try and figure out where the gauge needed to be when I returned it and put another 2 gallons in it which I thought was more then enough as line was a few marks off the 1/4 tank mark. Well it wasn't as the person checking me in marked that it was in 1/4 tank which I know not to be true. To make matters worse he never said anything to me as I was standing there or even when I asked if all was good he didn't tell me. I dropped it off 3 hours early and would have had plenty of time to put in correct level. I didn't find out I got charged for it until after I left when I received my email copy of invoice. Poor customer service.

The enclosed 5x8 trailer I rented was clean enough but it was pretty beat up. The door functioned poorly, getting caught often both going up and coming down making it very difficult to operate. the left wheel had a wobble causing slot of vibration on the highway. It got the job done, but not in great condition...

My experience with this UHaul location was excellent. Specifically, I'd like to highlight the exceptional customer service experience we had with Abby. Abby shared her home location is in the downtown Grand Rapids office, but was helping the Kalamazoo location that day. Abby was one of the most hard working people I have ever met - she was so knowledgeable and worked so hard to get us the right UHaul and trailer. She helped us put the new trailer hitch on the car and physically worked so hard. My family left that day and couldn't stop talking about how amazing she was and what a hard worker she is. I really hope she receives this feedback and gets some kind of accolades within the company. It's workers like her that a company wants to highlight and make sure to thank them - she was truly amazing.

I had a great experience picking up our moving truck. I had Jasmine(sp?) help us with the rental, and she was very good and efficient. I would give her 5 stars alone for how nice she was and how quickly she got us on our way.

Location seemed to be understaffed with exceptionally long wait times due to only two employees present to prep trucks and run the front desk. Might want to run a bit more than just a skeleton crew for better customer service. Employees were very polite and helpful, but seemed rushed and hassled due to this. Truck was clean and ran great.

When I got my bill I will go to the 1895 over the telephone and it's on the website. When I got charged it was increased by 10 $which I don't understand what for I denied all extra coverage because we have insurance. I wasn't happy that from 1895 I went to 28 I thought that was Malone and we use it for a total of maybe two hours

employees all over the place, one leaving for another job when theres a line of people and another just on the phone. SHADY. trying to complete orders on phone apps strayed customers away, not looking at truck logs to see previous damage to truck THATS BEEN MARKED as damaged and charging me for it! no walk around return trucks with customers and no return reciepts. shady. ghetto.

The manager was polite and trying very hard to efficiently handle the folks in the queue waiting for service. Unfortunately, he opted to try to handle two customers simultaneously at two registers. This slowed down the process and was frustrating when it was finally your turn.
