Great experience. I like their facility. Recommend to anyone needing storage space.
Would be all 5 stars but for one issue.. The rental unit was priced $5 less a month because it has as the ad stated a "support pole" in the unit. I pictured this being a 4" or 6" round pole.. Not so, the pole is a rectangular building support pillar.. Maybe measures 3'x18". It takes up a lot of the unit space and makes things difficult. I wish the ad would of been clear on the size of the support pillar.. Or discounted more than $5 a month.
The property was really nice really clean the man who rented me the storage space was very professional explain things clearly and quick I will absolutely strongly recommend this location to everybody I know

Really good staff
I never used a storage before, but being a senior I needed to declutter my basement in order to rearrange and redecorate the area. I like being able to park indoors because of bad weather now. Having the use of carts to transport from vehicle to unit is so easy and quick. I like the 5x10 with the 10 foot door to be able to see and get at something I need easier. I liked it so much I rented another to work on my garage also.
I think this was a great way to utilize this space and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Leroy was very kind and very professional it was a great experience overall
It was not hard to find this storage facility and was very clean. Yes I will recommend this place to anyone how need a place for storage

Both gentlemen I worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I first called to inquire after looking over your website and the man I spoke with was great. He informed me he would not be there when I came in but his co-worker would be able to assist me. When I went in person, that employee confirmed everything I was told on the phone. I was shown "model" storage units and was able to choose from there. I felt no pressure to choose, which was great. Bonus was first month free, free lock and keys, first floor units, climate controlled and facility is extremely clean as well. I will definitely refer people to this storage facility.
Ryan was friendly and helpful. Only question I had was in there supposed to be a rodent box inside the unit?

Great, clean new facility. Was rented a storage unit with a big beam through the middle of it, Mali got unusable. The staff was quick to change my unit. However I got a call yesterday saying I was behind on my rent. They had never taken the original unit off my account. It was quickly fixed but would have also been easily avoided. Still happy with my rental and love that it’s an indoor climate controlled environment.

We left items out of our unit once because we no longer wanted them. When other patrons started looking through the bags, we got a phone call letting us know to be sure nothing got stole. We really appreciated that!!

I was told, after I filled out all requested information, that a card, debit or credit was needed on file, which I gave but made sure it was understood I would be paying in cash and then I was told I have to sign a document stating my card will be drawn from if I'm late to pay, this should have been explained to me from the beginning and I submitted all my information and card information, as I wouldn't have wasted my time nor given my card information to a stranger, but while I waited in line a lady ahead of me was making a late payment and the uhaul employee said nothing about drawing funds from her account and said to her that he was waiving her late fees as if she didn't have a card on file. Just a terrible experience and seemed discriminatory.
Ryan gave me 2 choices of units. He took to them. Explained the access card and hours.

Very simple. Rental process took all of ten minutes. Nice friendly staff. Was happy to see the model of the various sizes right in the rental office. I would recommend this facility to friends.

The only thing I would suggest is to place better signs stating where room numbers are. When I moved in, I could not open the map and it took a bit to figure out the numbering system. Overall, very nice place!

Used a car trailer to hall a car, both places were very clean and helpful, unfortunately the trailer ended up with a flat tire but they were extremely helpful to get me help. Outstanding service!
Wasn’t informed that there would be limited access hours due to construction until signing the papers Had 1 1/2 hours to fill and empty my storage because of the inconvenient hours due to construction
