To improve this location they should start to look at the customers initial application to make sure it matches with the gas tank before charging a gas fee. If I didn't have my original paper stating the gas level they would have gotten me for $22. I did not appreciate that.

As a paying customer I was very disappointed to come in and find my storage space locked after I had already made my payment twice or at least I thought it was twice the first time whoever was processing the payment did not follow through I got a late notice and then I paid the amount due I went to my storage space a few days later and I was locked out I was very upset saying I had to come from another state to that facility to take care of my things maybe workers don't care in some instances but those are personal things that belong to other people memories special gifts and what have you some may think it might be a little much to feel violated when you have followed protocol I cannot access the things that belong to you it seems that probably a little communication between corporate and locals need to be encouraged over all other services with average

Booking agent was amazing. Systems were giving her trouble while I needed a van within the hour. She hung in there and got it done. Unlike to the first agent I got before her. She was having the same issue only she left the line without asking me to hold never responded after ten or more minutes and never returned. The agent at the front desk were swift and prepared. I was out and back again in a snap.

Upon arrival to my unit…found a purple container that someone had put my items into. When I went to let the manager Julie know what was happening…she said my unit was not locked correctly. She then said that her nite crew should have noticed this & reported to her. Said she was …sorry. I noticed some boxes on top in my unit, near the next unit were open. There is enough of a space for someone to come through on top. She said there is nothing that can be done if someone wants to come into another's unit from the top. Really??? She said that's for AC/heat to come through & that's the way it is. Why can a mesh screen if some sort not be installed to ensure safety for each unit???

Staff were professional and friendly. Facility was clean and well lit. I always recommend U-Haul for storage or vehicle rental to family and friends. Security of personal belongings always provides a peace of mind and that is priceless. Thank you U-Haul!

The girl that helped me both when I came in to make the reservation and when I. And to pickup was not at all a pleasant person to deal with. The first day I was thinking that she was just having a bad day. The next time was as bad or worse.

I received a call the night before my pick up date that I couldn't pick up the truck at the time confirmed in my reservation (4pm). They said I would need to come by 3pm. Due to a personal conflict, I could not pick up between 11 and 3 so I told them I could only come at 10:30. I asked if I could keep the rental until 4pm on my return day because I needed it until that time (hence why I booked it that way). I was told no, that I could only return it 2 hours max after the original pick up time or I would be charged an extra day. It felt like a no brainer that good customer service would have been to say 4pm was no problem for return given that their online reservation confirmed 4pm pick up and because of some issue with the Uhaul booking system. In other words they (Uhaul) messed up in allowing a 4pm pick up time, then when they call to tell me so, they won't allow me the extra few hours to return it at 4. On top of that, when I actually went in and picked it up at 1030, I said “ok so I have until 1230 on return day, because if the extra 2 hours?” The guy said “wellll really one hour - I can't guarantee you won't have problems unless it's back by 1130.” The guy working there was courteous, and it's obvious he just didn't want me to have problems. This is a management issue and to me it should have been clear cut when the employee asked his manager about the extension, it should have been granted, as it was Uhaul's mess up that caused the change in pick up times in the first place.

Please fix the app. It will not let you upload pics of the odometer and fuel. I have to call the 800# each time at return and wait on hold 45+ minutes.

I was told I could pick up my U-Haul at 7 am...even drove further to accommodate. Arrived at 7:30 with on one there to help and then had to call and be on hold for over 38 minutes to reach someone to see how to get key.... Not happy at all.

U-Haul does not guarantee the truck pickup location, and I was told the day before my rental that I would need to pick up the truck at a location 10 miles away. The meant an additional round trip of 20 miles back to the U-Haul location where my furniture was stored- 20 additional miles on my car, and another $20 in mileage fees for the truck that I would be charged for. I was on the phone with a U-Haul customer rep for 20 minutes, asking why I should pay an extra $20 because of U-Haul's inability to have the truck that I had reserved 3 weeks before at my specified location. I understand that U-Haul can't have every truck at every location, but they should be giving a credit for the extra mileage incurred when the pickup location changes, rather than using the change to line their pockets with extra money!

I wasn't aware that there was a per mile charge, a cleaning fee, early drop off fee, etc. What I thought would be $29,95 a day for 4 days turned out to be over $457. I'll check around to other services before using UHaul again.

The two gentlemen working Saturday August 21st in the afternoon were exceptional. The truck I had reserved did not come back. They offered me two solutions and helped me decide. Locations are great. However, the last two times the size truck we rented is not at the location we have rented it from and then we have had to drive to the second location. Do t understand this.

The guy told me to return the truck the next day at no cost, but when i returned it, they charged me for another day which was not fair since the guy at the counter told me to return it at any time before 3PM on the next day.

Not enough parking for time at the office. It's kind of a mess with people returning stuff and coming and going. DeVonte and the other office worker were really helpful.

This rating is also for the U-Haul center located on Concord Parkway. Customer service and timeliness is below average. I understand theft but if require front, back of a customer's driver's license and a photo headshot. All of these pictures match the person. The need to call three people to confirm is way too much. Why has it changed where a vehicle, U-haul cannot be dropped at any U-haul location? Inconvenience. Again, train your management and personnel with better customer service skills.

About a year ago when the pandemic was in full swing. I rented a uhal. the truck was waiting for me and all i had to do was take picture and drive the truck away. Now, i have to go into the uhal store and wait for 4 people to finish their tasks, before I have the employees attention to get my paperwork ready. It is a step back.

I put $4 of gas in the tank which did not cover the total gals used so I was charged $8. Reason I didn't put $8 in was because I had to return to the UHaul location so someone could loosen the nut to release the dolly. The nut was way too tight to loosen and I didn't have the tools to loosen it. Everyone there was VERY customer friendly and the service was great. Don't think I should have been charged that much for the fuel

No Customer Service!!!! Had a 7am pick up time via Truck Share. No keys were left in lockbox for 7am pick up. Had to wait till 9am when office opened. They acted like it was NO big deal, no inconvenience to me or the crew I had waiting to load for 2 hours. Worst experience yet, tried to call manager several times, no response. Poorly run and no care or concern for customers. DO NOT Rent a truck here!!!!!

My wife picked up the truck and it had a check engine light on and less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas. When she brought up to them they insisted it was a 1/4 tank and the light was nothing. They took advantage of a woman who was unfamiliar and argued with her. Very poor service.

This has nothing to do with this location. This comment has to do with the FIRST 2 locations I went to. First one didn't have the trailer. Second one was closed. The field manager told me to do to the second one and it was closed. I wasted GAS AND TIME because the field manager didn't know what the fuck was going on. I had to call the 1800 number abs the lady was nice abs directed me to the right location and was confused as to why the field manager sent me to the other one when she can see it was closed. Follow up with your field manager. Should never happen especially with the gas prices the way they are.
