Quick and easy!

Lakeville UHaul is phenomenal. Tony and K.C. are great people and make renting from them an enjoyable experience. They are very professional and courteous. We had originally had a truck set up at Apple Valley UHaul at 10 a.m. When we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation there but at Lakeville. My phone email said I had one at Apple Valley. They then sent me to Lakeville and Tony and K.C took care of me. Don't go to Apple Valley. Drive the 5 minutes and get your rental at a place that won't mess up your order. When we returned the truck at 6pm Leron really did an outstanding job of taking care of us when we explained what had happened at Apple Valley.Good people all around.

Everything was great. My only problem is my bank account was double charged for the same order. I will be sending in a complaint regarding this.

The van I rented was way over priced. I have rented bigger vans for longer time and never been charged so much. Wouldn't recommend to family or friends because I feel like they took advantage of me.

The truck had been in an accident prior to me picking it up. This cause the truck to ride rough when going over 55 MPH. I had to go an hour out of my way to get this truck because apparently there were no other options.

Too many furniture pads. Also, I thought insurance was on total cargo, not per box. I would have reduced my insurance had I known. Would use UBox again.

Excellent quality and customer service!! Antonio and all the staff went above & beyond. The store is impeccably clean, nothing about the check out or return left me feeling uneasy. I highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

Tell people the price and if it includes insurance costs which is an extra charge. Insurance is optional.

The entire experience was TOP NOTCH! From picking up the trailer, to dropping it off, every employee I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Will most certainly do business here again.

We had the great opportunity to work with Leron. He was EXTREMELY flexible with out needs and helped to accommodate our last minute changes and requests. The location is fabulous! SUPER CLEAN - the truck was clean and we had ZERO issues with the rental at all! We've needed the use of a rental vehicle approx 6 times in the last few years - this BY FAR WAS THE BEST experience! Thanks Leron for helping to make our recent relocation a bit easier and smoother! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

The guy working the was wearing a mask but the mask was only covering his chin..... What's the point if your in customer service to wear it on your chin??? We were wearing our masks.

Leron, the manager at the complex in Lakeville was a consistent help to me during the several weeks I prepped for my move. He went out of his way to help me find movers when the ones I had canceled on me.

I originally wanted a 26ft. I was told there was none 2 months in advanced. I took a 20 foot truck and was told to call in 2 days before to see if a 26ft was available. I did and was told a 26ft was 10-15 minutes away. I was happy, then I was called the day before the move and was informed the only 26ft truck was 1-45 minutes away??? I then went with a 20ft at 45 mile one way. The people were all nice. Tom

A huge thank you to Leron for his outstanding customer service. We were impressed by his attentiveness and willingness to work with our schedule. We had a great experience with this location and will recommend it to friends.

I came in and a lady greeted me and started checking me in. Then A guy behind the counter interrupted her and then was rude to me, multiple times. He acted like he was in charge or some kind of supervisor. He was probably in his mid 30's. He left with a different customer. The lady finished my paperwork and we walked out to the vehicle. The lady was kind and apologized for his behavior. I would not come back to this location because of him. He was rude, unapologetic and just not nice. I was not rude in anyway, and felt that his behavior was completely uncalled for.

I only wish it was closer to why I live

Nothing! I was so lucky to be able to pick up a large truck at the last second on a Saturday afternoon. Counter employee was very pleasant and helpful too.

Beware of these boxes while moving long distances. When the box arrived everything smelt so musty from the humidity in the box. I had to wash everything and throw a lot away. I packed everything in sealed air tight tubs and wiped them down before packing, and it still was musty. I also found some black mold on a couple boxes.

Amazing customer service. I was having trouble backing the trailer up and he was very patient and walked me through it. Plan on renting another trailer from this location in the next couple of weeks.

I would have a smaller window of time for pick up with even a same-day option for smaller loads.

Leron Brookins was first class in every way. Very personable. From the moment I walked in the door he was very articulate and answered every question. Explained in detail the entire process. When I returned the truck, Leron was right there. I was so impressed. Thank you Tony Malecha

I was a little disappointed that I was charged an extra 40 cents for mileage considering I have to go five additional miles out of my way yo get the truck in the first place.

Casey and Laron are amazing. They were extremely helpful on what was an extremely stressful and hectic day. They were warm and accommodating and most of all patient with me and my less than optimal demeanor. 5 stars are not enough.

I take partial responsibility as I took possession of the car transporter after the location was closed for the evening. After hooking up the equipment and making my electrical connections I found that the trailer lighting did not work on the drivers side of the equipment. I fiddled around checking connections on the trailer and even tried a different adapter that I had in my vehicle. After 15-20 minutes I decided to take the equipment as I was in a predicament as to securing an alternate piece of equipment as this hour of the evening. I understand that the staff at the location wouldn't have known if it was not reported by the previous renter's however there was obvious damage to drivers fender that was previously repaired so it makes me wonder.....

Charged for two days even though I had the truck for 5 hours starting at 8am.

Antonio was very helpful in terms of encouraging me to rent the truck for the full 24 hours and very clear about what he would tolerate in returning the vehicle (fuel, after hours, expected condition...). It was much appreciated as a first time experience with this UHaul location.
