Fuel tank did not read what the amount that was told. Counter staff were very polite and thorough. Upload photo was not an option in my phone at time departure. The check in only took place after ri sat with the vehicle for 6 minutes and then when I got out to walk in, somebody appeared. Still have not received a receipt with update mileage charge. Online request worked great. Good thing because calling was a waste of 15 minutes waiting to be served.Michelle B.
The truck was dirty, had the wrong milage to start, the truck smelled horrible. Usually this location is good but this time was not. The lady inside was very helpful and welcoming.Nicole C.
It wasn't the location that was an issue, it was the customer service I received through the main denver office. Worst customer service of my life and will never use uhaul again. I will also tell anyone I know to avoid uhaul at all cost. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I was told many different things and was misinformed or completely lied to.BENJAMIN F.
I would not recommend this to a friend because nobody was there when they opened and I changed vehicles got the 1995 one instead of the 2995 now I get a bill for 46 $no I will not be paying thatTawnya K.

It was difficult to contact the location by phone. It converted to the 1-800 number and then the automated response said it was a 56 minute wait to speak with someone. When I booked online the rate was supposed to be about 40 $and I ended up getting charged 65 $. I had the truck about 2 hours and drove a total of maybe 20-25 miles. So, 65 $seems like a lot but I don't want to wait on hold for 56 minutes to try to get a 25 $refund.SANDRA O.

I was really frustrated first I couldn't find an attendant, then the vehicle that I requested online was not available and I got a van that wasn't clean and didn't even it had like a fourth of a tank of gas , there was a sign on front dash said problem with air bag.had to remind the tenant the person that I had a dolly, in returning I had santize van wipe down cleaned out and and swept the van. I returned early there was a crowd I waited patiently for the attendant for me as to him about the airbag asked him about it and waited for him to check the vehicle that took more than a half hour to 45 minutes he comes back and I asked him for a receipt and he looks at me like he doesn't have time to get me a receipt and I said I know you're really busy could you email it to me he never emailed me the receipt he gave me an estimate of 62 $but I still do not have the receipt I don't think I'll be returning to that U-Haul I'll go to the one on Jewell because you because at Jewel at least I get what I asked for there's gas in the vehicle it's ready and I get my receipt to thisI have not gotten a receiptRonda T.

The gentleman who assisted me was both professional and kind and had a great understanding of the operation of trailer hookup and guiding to load. If I ever need to rent again I will go back to this location because of his service.Kristopher D.

No employee at facility when I arrived to pick up rental. Spent 45 minutes calling around trying to find anyone. Seriously everything was wide open and not one manager, employee, mechanic. No. One. Doors,, garage wide open. Also, truck reeked of cigarettes :[Kimberly R.

I waited 25 minutes at the counter for someone. I even searched around the building and no one was to be found. There were 5 of us waiting in line by the time someone showed up. I also ordered some dollys to help the move go faster. They weren't in the truck which really made moving difficult. Thanks for ruining my day and making it extra hard. Never again will I go to this UHaul place.Tyler F.

Understaffed as has been every single Uhaul store we have been in this year. I'm done blaming Covid, franchisees/owners of these stores need to fill in and take the load off the workers and provide better customer service. Overwhelmed/overworked employees make them apathetic and an unpleasant experience for all.DENISE P.

I was first told that my pickup location had changed because the vehicle I wanted was not available at my preferred location even though one was present there. I was told it had not been checked it, so couldn't be rented. I suppose the website showed me that my chosen pickup location had changed, but it didn't jump out at me. The staff finally arranged for me to rent the vehicle without my having to go elsewhere, for which I was gratefulDAVID W.

I can't remember the person who helped me throughout my experience, but I will be looking for him again next time I need a rental! He was absolutely the best. Truck was very dirty inside; wasn't comfortable even being in it because you could see how dirty it was on steering wheel, seats, and console was absolutely filthy (spilled dry sticky liquid stains, crumbs, etc.). When we went to receive the truck, there was a homeless person sleeping in the back which was quite startling. We notified the person on duty and requested another truck. Perhaps that's why it was dirty; it was not scheduled for use. The crew were awesome in spite of everything else.Yvette A.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. I reserved my uhaul 2 months in advance because of knowing that it could be hard to get a uhaul truck. I got a call 2 days before my move saying that there were no uhauls available and I had to drive 100 miles to another town and back to pick up the truck and uhaul did nothing except give me an extra 100 miles which I didn't even use the first amount they gave me so they were worthless and they gave me an extra day which I also didn't use because I turned the truck in 3 days earlier then I was supposed to. I also got nothing for retuning the truck early which helps them out because of the shortage on trucks. They gave me nothing for the inconvenience. I was moving across states and had no choice but to go pick up the truck. I will say that the gal that called and told me there weren't any truck available in town was very nice on the phone.Rachel M.

Dated facility, but the entire transaction was conducted online, via phone, in the parking lot. Great customer service; she took the time to explain the auto transport connection process to me. Might want to provide a suggestion to driver's that need to go South on Wadsworth due to "no left turn" possible.Ron S.

I was told in Tulsa that the return was at any Uhaul location. When I returned the truck, I was told "the manger at another uhaul location in Denver wanted my truck-trailer" and they could not accept it for return. I drove it 8-10 miles to that other store. They asked "was I informed of this recent change?" Answer: NOBRUCE G.

This was the best experience I've ever had with Uhaul. The staff was professional and efficient. I was in & out in 10 minutes. It usually takes an hour just to get the paperwork done. When I returned the truck I was treated as soon as I arrived. I will certainly use this location again.Holly H.

Fix your reservation process, I HATE HATE HATE uhaul because it's ALWAYS a problem to rent. They never have what I need and if I make a reservation for the truck they ALWAYS make me and their other customers go out of our way (in my case 10 hr drive) to get the equipment I reserved. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY for our of state Moves. On top of all that there is no escalation process you can never speak with anyone above management. They are such a bad company they withhold that information. They should be on Undercover bosses.Nick M.
