I made the reservation for an 8:30 Sunday morning pickup with no problems. When I arrived though, I had to wait until 9 for the doors to open. My reservation should've just said 9 AM pickup so I didn't sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes.

If the appointment is made through the call center which I was directed to when calling the location someone should touch base and verify the information. I set up an appointment weeks ago, and took the day off from work only to find out the parts had been ordered for the wrong make and model. The woman who I can not remember her name was very helpful in solving the problem.

The moving pads were way in the back of the facility and not on the truck. Had to go through a huge storage facility to a locker to get them and carry them outside to the truck in the parking lot. 48 pads is a lot to ask of a disabled senior to do when I'm renting the equipment. We asked for an appliance dolly they did not have one.

Quick work, professional attitudes. Work was on a 2022 Honda Odyssey. We only use the hitch for a cargo carrier, I've never towed with it since I have Nissan Titan. The work was immaculate, it looked like the hitch was built in at the factory. Would definitely recommend this store for your hitch needs.

I am a frequent customer, having rented a vehicle from UHaul around six times last year. The employee who took my order seemed to know what he was doing but lacked interpersonal skills. My expectation was to be treated like a valued customer. Instead, I felt belittled and disparaged. I returned the truck at 5:00 p.m. just as two employees walked out of the building. One of the employees told me to park the truck under the covered area, then took the keys from me and dropped them in the return slot. That would have been okay, but then he said: "I've already clocked out and now you're making me do additional work." Perhaps he was joking, but it didn't come across that way. I would have used the friendlier Webster location on Highway 3, but they were out of trucks.

I have used U-Haul for every move I have made since 1989. I liked having an employee help me with the check in and our process. I'm my recent renting experience, I felt like I was going all the work that an employee should be doing for me; taking pics, uploading them, etc.

Last week I was promised 1 free month rent for a 10X15 storage unit by one of the staff if I pulled in with a one-way U-HAUL truck full of items. Friday, I called in ad requested them to hold a 10X15 until Monday. The guy took my name and said ok. I asked if i didn't make it on Monday but came in on Tuesday if that was ok. he said to call on Monday to let them know I would be there on Tuesday. Monday, I drove in with a one-way 15' U-HAUL truck but was denied the 1-month free rent as promised. I was also told they had no storage unit with my name on it. GM on his shirt (don't know his name but he was short skinny and bad attitude). Kept very abruptly talking over me. Not listening to anything I said about the conversation. A lady checked me in but was depending on him for answers. I am a senior FST for a Pharmacy now and have been with them since 2007. I have NEVER been treated the way he treated me by a storage place. I hope to not see this guy again. He JUST FILLED ME WITH FRUSTRATION with his attitude and rudeness! I was also told by the lady if me or one of the techs didn't check out after being on site we would get kicked out. Sounded like a threat.

Had to as this facility to change my payment date 4 times before and had never happen, but the manager of the League City store finally made it happen. I had to pay a month in advance even though I've been a customer for almost 2 yrs, but he finally made it happen. He also apologized for the people that didn't even document that I had made the request. And I appreciated that.

After returning truck to the Longpoint Dr. dropoff location they charged us $40. Called attendant at the location and he did not know why there was a $40 charge but would check and call me. He has not called me back. I want to know what the charges are for? The Storage and Truck Rental at the League City location was a very good experience.

All of the staff at this location are extremely helpful. We closed out of 5x10 intending to move out. During a clean-out of a house we had resided in for 25 years we had more stuff than we realized. So we go back the next day and rent a 10x15. Each time we came in this weekend they were friendly, respectful and understanding of our situation. We did have to make one switch to a unit before we left with the keys. Again patience was the key to helping us out. I highly recommend this storage location.

The storage room that I was given was too far away for an elderly couple to walk. The unit was a 10 by 15 and only had a tiny door because it was in a corner.....due to the configuration, the unit was so dark that we had to carry flashlights on our heads to see.

Never had any mishaps with this storage site, out of all U-Haul storage I'd have to say that if I ever were to need to store anything again in the area I'll be back; U-Haul in the main office kept screwing up my payment was paid, I only had to call and ask this facility and give my name, wonderful people, and no I don't work here or even associated with U-Haul. Office hours should be a bit later for people who work 8-5 Monday through Friday and work mornings on Saturday and Sunday, but I do understand that most people don't work like that anymore other than a handful of people. I will recommend this particular facility to everyone I know that needs storage.

Jonathan was great my only real issue is the system showed 2 10x15 units i reserved them and my reservation was accepted but when I arrived they only had one. I now have stuff at 2 different companies. 1 storage at self storage and rest at your location. I wanted everything st one place. Had the system been accurate I would not be inconvenienced.

My issue is that the size of the storage unit very miss leading, I picked a medium that accommodate 1200sq ft of items and there is no way. I'm not sure if they gave me the wrong unit or if there was a mix up in discription but there is no way. Our largest item was a couch we had to turned up on its arm, I'm still not going to fit everything.

There was constant problems with payment and I could never get through to the office by phone no matter when or how many times I called. Thankful that Josh (the manager I believe) was so understanding and runs a tight ship to get things figured out immediately through email. The facility would've lost our business after our free month expired if it wasn't for his ability to keep us happy customers.

Great online move-in process, nice facility, and friendly staff. My only complaint is that in a building this size, it is ridiculous to only have ONE elevator. Maybe take some of the money used to install all the office call stations that I never saw anyone use once and put it toward a second elevator on the opposite side of the building. That would be MUCH more helpful.

The facility itself is nice & clean. There was always a long wait for customer assistance at the facility. It was hard to plan when I could move my stuff out since the elevators were not working on multiple occasions. Most workers were pleasant and helpful.

For the most part the employees and management were great. My closing management were helpful but not customer friendly or thorough when completing closing my unit. I didn't get a close out receipt or credit for my storage being paid in full through 04/17/20 for unit 1419 nobody seemed to know how to solve this issue or provide me with any answers. I have been and still am a customer of U-Haul for over 10 years. I still have a unit 1719 needing a lock remove due to having my lock key stolen when my truck was stolen. I was told by General or Regional Manager to let him know and he would open for me. I shared this information with location manager and was advised it would cost me $50. This unit is paid through 04/04/20 as well. I figured the credit $54,95 for unit 1419 would cover it. Please contact me via email if can assist or resolve my concerns.
