Manager was GREAT. He got me a truck for the time I needed, even though I called last minute, the night before, during a busy day, between rainy days. Friendly, fast, and professional. The other employee also had great customer service skills. Both are Excellent Representatives of U-Haul, and how customer service should be. This location has been here for a LONG time, and it's the main one my family and I have used throughout the decades, and we will continue to, because of the exceptional customer service. Thank you.

Gina, the marketing manager, and Daniel Rios, the general manager, we both service-oriented and compassionate. Kelli, the assistant manager, however, was not. She did not look for solutions and has rigid and uncompromising decision making tendencies, which is not helpful to customers, especially during an unprecedented pandemic. Gina was amazing through. She acknowledged my concerns and apologized, which is everything to a customer, and she followed up to ensure resolution was reached. In doing so, she'll have a repeat customer and referrals from me.
Kelly and Levy were very helpful. We unfortunately had to move out, but even that experience was pleasant. We thank you all for your help.

Renting storage space from U-Haul was the easiest ever!! No contracts and oodles of paperwork to fill out, just pay and store, SIMPLE!! I appreciated this more than anything. Prices were reasonable, clean interior spaces, and a convenient location made the entire experience a pleasure. Thanks for being there when I needed you. Your facility will be first in my mind if extra space is needed in the future. Big thanks to you!!

On Friday July 31st, everything was excellent great customer service dispit the traumatic experience everyone dealt with, the online had a mess of things but Levi helped us and accommodating me in my time of need. On Sunday the 8/2/20 I had a different experience I did not receive the care like on Friday, I was not pleased with how the day turned out due to not having all information. On 8/4/20 my storage had a flood and Levi again went above and beyond helping me get my unit in order, Daniel the manager went above and beyond as well. I’m happy they helped me.
Sandy was super helpful and so kind. She made me feel very comfortable and safe while getting my storage unit set up. Best experience I’ve had with u-haul yet!
Steven was very helpful in finding us a cart for moving, very polite and respectful.
Staff at U-Haul made moving in easy and convenient, thank you! I appreciated not having oodles of paperwork to complete, just a few questions to answer, and boom, all done! I also appreciate receiving the move-in bonus of a free month! How could I go wrong with all of these conveniences?
So unorganized. Every single step of the way there were problems. Staff needs to be trained. Very poor customer service. You kept incorrectly billing me and I would call to fix it. Thinking it was resolved I then would receive emails saying I still owed. This happened multiple times. I then went in person and they would look up my account and say everything was fine. I then would receive another email so back in person I went- 4 different times. I spent so much time on the phone and going into the facility to resolve your mistakes. Then you sent my emergency contact a bill-this was my father and it got him very upset thinking I wasn't paying my bills. My dad had a heart attack and stroke a year ago and upsetting him was extremely upsetting to me. Final straw, I moved out and went to the office to inform you all that I was moving. I was assured I was moving out on time and would not be billed. I was billed and told I was late and there would be a lean on my property which is a joke since I emptied out the storage unit. You guys have your heads up you know where. Never doing business with uhaul again.
Roof leak damaged items in my storage during our heavy rain months. No one contacted me to move my items out to avoid damage.

Everything is great except the water/mold smell I have noticed for the past 2 months
Management permits homeless to live in units. They pretend they don't allow it but they don't do anything to stop it. I moved out of the unit with belongings filled with roaches. Just terrible!
The facility needs a lot of repairs specially the roof the ceilings are leaking pretty bad when it’s raining . I had to close my storage unit. I wouldn’t recommend the business it’s very disappointin.

This place has roaches, the staff is horrible! Especially the young lady with the extremely long finger nails. She’s very rude and has 0 customer service skills. This location never answer the phone.

The only negative aspect to report is the foul smell. It smelled like mold even though I didn't see any.

They were under staffed and had no functioning forklift. My U-Boxes had to come on 3 separate trailers, taking up way too much space and making the unloading process much more difficult.
Everything was good, but should have been informed about the tight fit on getting large funiture in small place.
You all don't seem competent in what you do. The fact that I had to talk to the manager to point me to the right unit and that we had to get another manager to remove the extra charge is ridiculous.
Drop off requirements don’t match the dates in contract i.e. when contract says final day is 5/5 you must return vehicle or keycard by 5pm on 5/4 which pushes customers time frame.
