DARRELL O.The location and the people were fine. My issue is that I have to add a second person to my dolly rental?! Why? I was told for security reasons. Well, you got a fake name and number for your silly rule. You have my card on file. You don't need a second person for some silly reason.

RANDALL KERRY S.The gentleman who hooked up my trailer wasn't very nice. He had had me test the trailer lights. (I had previously went to another location to get my equipment inspected) was told all my lights were in working order. Later that night after loading the trailer I find that only two lights on the entire trailer were actually working. Thank god one of them were one of the tail lights. Dropped the trailer off after using it and let them know. No one seemed to care about my issue. Pretty upset for signing up for the insurance and paying full price for sub par equipment….

THOMAS K.The wait standing in line was 1.5. Hours. One employee took over 20 min per person to complete reservations. There were two other employees hanging out outside. After 45 min, once came in and started helping customers with rentals. I realize it this difficult to find employees. It's unfortunate that the ones you have were unable to work quickly and knowledgeably and unable to prioritize customers first.

Gary T.Very unhappy about the fuel situation. I traveled 68 miles and was charged $90. The fuel needle was never anywhere close to 1/2 a tank as the contract suggests. This can be evidenced by the fact that the needle was down below the quarter mark after only 68 miles. Apparently I was supposed to take a picture of the fuel gauge to prove my case. I am an honest citizen, the fuel gauge was never anywhere close to where you suggest it was and $90 to travel 68 miles is not fair in anyone's books. Thank you for hearing the feedback.

Ruben P.Staff was helpful; however, I reserved a dolly and blankets and they did not have the blankets when I arrived. Fortunately, they were able to call another location 5 minutes away that had blankets in stock and I was able to pick them up there. Additionally, both times I went there was only one person at the desk and a long line of customers. i realize there are staffing shortages so don't hold this against the location at this time, but if it's something under the site's control, it's worth mentioning.

If these two items were improved, customers would be more likely to keep their units longer. Also, they would be more apt to pay their bills on time. Remember that people like doing business with people they know, like, and trust. I never felt like I could know, like, or trust this owner.

Guy who helped us was casual and friendly. Really needed a storage unit for awhile now, so glad this is done. We were gonna shop around a bit, but my wife and I used them back in 2010 so we went with what was familiar.

But after the.past couple of horrendous experiences we had between storage and trailer rental, we will never use this company again. The have cost us time, monet, and much aggravation.
Tim G. | Expérience généraleWe were in and out very fast, the only thing was the prices did not match on everything , For example the truck rental said 1995 and I also opted for the $14 insurance so somehow or another my bill came out to $54 , I just thought that was weird because it said 1995 and then $14 that’s $35 but somehow my bill came out to $54 and then we rented a 5 x 10 storage it said 7495 a month but the lady charged me $85 a month so somewhere in the process of getting checked out the price is changed

Robin L. | Expérience généraleOnline check still required check in at facility. Staff at facility (Karen/Greg) was professional, positive, and most helpful. Avg rating for this reason. Though I have 24-hour access, system did not work after hours. Created a huge problem with a 26ft truck with with furniture to move in. On June 3 at 11 PM at night I had no other recourse but to stack up the truck and my home garage because the truck needed to be returned the following day. Not at all happy about that incident. That night when trying to gain access, there was another customer there experiencing the same situation. Though he called the contact number there was nothing U-Haul could do to reset or to provide entry. I also contacted U-Haul to which they informed me that there was nothing they could do to give me access after hours. This is a situation that you have needs to seek to resolve. When you have a full truck of items that need to be unloaded, you must definitely need 24 hour access that was agreed-upon in the contract. However the next day when I return to the facility, Greg research and determined that he could not explain what happened the previous evening. He tested reset and tested my card and walked over to ensure it was working. No explanation for the access being denied the previous night. He promised to research and determine if my contract could be extended or what credit accommodations U-Haul would make for the unfortunate experience the previous night.
