The only issues I had was no cruise control on the van, and it would not take gas when filling up. Was a 20 minute process to fill the tank. Had to pump the slowest possible and it still clicked off and like it was full when empty.

I was told that if I check in online earlier, it will save time on waiting to pick up the trailer. That wasn't true at all. I still have to go through the whole process when I get to the location and waited for the same amount of time.

The truck leaked when we went through a rain storm in Mississippi. Many of my daughter's belongings were damaged or ruined. She had a U-Haul large box filled with cashmere sweaters which got wet and will have to be dry cleaned. She estimates that it will cost at least $70.00 to clean them. In addition, a family bible dating to the early 1800s also got wet although it is salvageable.

Let people know about a deposit when renting, i was never told until i got to the store and i talked to 2 different people the week prior.

Service and staff was great. Not sure what could be done to improve. As always wish this location had a better parking lot layout but not much can be done for that. Otherwise as with every uhaul experience I have had great service, great products, and no issues.

The truck and dolly was overall ok. Truck brakes squeaked bad, like every time I hit the brakes. But the disappointing part of my experience is the wait time. I waited in line over 10 minutes picking up the truck, and over 30 minutes dropping it off. There were 2 people working both times. When I retired the truck, it was such a wait that 3 other trucks pulled in behind me to Return. The wait was too long.

Insufficient staffing very slow service poor parking. Your telephone system is terrible was on hold for over 1:00 hour the props are confusing the “Music is nerve racking” suggest the CEO retro use your system it might be enlightening

It would have been beneficial to me if I could haved picked-up the vehicle at the St. Marys, Ohio location. I drove an extra 60 mile to pick-up and return the vehicle. Other than that, the vehicle preformed well, was well maintained and allowed me to complete what I needed the vehicle for.

Somehow my reservation was messed up by a customer service rep and too big of a truck was ordered. When I arrived to pick it up, it hadn't been returned yet. I offered to take a smaller one that I originally wanted, and the person working let me do that and said they would work out the other reservations later.

The ramp on the truck was broken but usable. Just a pain to put push back in the truck The bigger issue was when we got done. We got done late . Went to return truck at 2am. I look up the back of my truck and walk past cage of 2 wheel dolly and stuff and its wide open. Kinda odd but I close the gate so it's not obvious its unlocked. I go to the night drop box and lift the flap and the door opens. So walk around the front because there's a light on the garage and maybe some is working. The front glass door is unlocked. I open and yell inside , no response. That's when to me it was to many coincidences . I called the sheriff and they swept the building and didn't find anyone and couldn't get a hold of anyone. So the sheriff's locked the door and we left.

Patrick and Beverly is why I keep coming back. Their attitudes and personalities are what makes uhaul a great company. If you can find a way to duplicate these folks and put them in every store. That is like gold in the bank. Excellent!!!!!!!! Hands down. The best store ever.

I asked for a pickup truck twice, they reserved a 10ft van/truck so I had to get that and pay an extra $10 I was only moving a couch and love seat and only needed a pickup truck. Was very dissatisfied with both guys who helped me out. I don't understand how you don't get what pickup truck means.

Your employee failed to properly hook up my trailer or explain how how I was supposed to do it. After asking my to lift the trailer and place it on the receiver ball, the hitch was never tightned and the trailer came loose from my vehicle within 5 miles of your facility. Secondly I was sent out with a trailer with an in operative left blinker that the employee saw and said "just go ahead be careful" EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSED

The staff that was there when we picked up the truck was nice but very slow moving. When I brought the truck back the service was terrible. I’m not sure if they were under staffed but no one assisted me when I walked in. I was alone in the store for nearly 5 minutes. When the worker did enter the building he had his face in his phone and barely acknowledged my presence. He told me my ending mileage but didn’t offer me a receipt, I had to ask for one. I would say that I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone but there isn’t another location in the area. My previous experience with them was not this bad but unfortunately it doesn’t take but one bad experience to turn customers away.

Service was great the reservation on the other hand was bad was supposed to get a 17 ft truck at vine Lima Ohio was told it would be there at 10 am Sunday and then end up having to get it at Elida rd because there were no truck available at vine so we used more miles than we really needed to very upset about the stituation Marie Wells

I came into Uhaul on tuesday prior to the saturday I wanted the truck. I reserved a 17' truck for saturday 3/30 to be picked up around 9 am. I arrived there at approx 9:30 am only to be told I had reserved the truck for 6 pm which is false. I then had to settle for a 15' truck.

Uhaul computer system seems to be a mystery to both the help & customer. Took entirely too long to complete rental transaction. Ratchets on straps rusty & very difficult to operate.

They need to not treat a customer as a thief. We tried explaining the gauge was broken on truck. The young kid proceeded to tell us without a receipt he didnt believe us. We told him they needed to check truck and still acted like we were lying. I will drop off to the other location next time!
