I didn't receive a detailed receipt showing all the charges. Such as miles driven and taxes.

Sara M.We rented a car trailer. One of the straps was broken and unusable. When I asked about it upon return the guy didn't seem to worried about it. These straps are used to secure the car onto the trailer……. I believe I should have at least gotten a discount for have to worry about the car not being secure enough in the trailer.
ellen H.The back door on the truck would not close all the way after it was opened. It was like the cables came off track. These should be inspected more often. Luckily we didn't have far to go and had not issues with stuff falling out.

Patricia M.Reserved the trailer online. Arrived to pick it up and the lights did not work. Had to wait for the staff to replace the connecting end of the wiring in order to take the trailer. The staff was outstanding but I was on a time crunch and ended up delayed due to needing the 6x12 trailer. The location had no other units that size for me to take so I had no choice but to wait.

Employee could have just given my tool belt to front office. They savaged thru my tools, stole what they wanted and threw the others away. Not goos customer service. You have thieves working for you.

Their largest size storage was the size of a medium sized closet with low entrance and will not hold or fit large items such as couches, mattresses, and box springs. For smaller storage such as totes and boxes this would be perfect but that was not what I was looking for.

I even told him I have to have that since I used my company business card and he assured me he would send it and I never received it. I checked junk mail, everything. They should give the final receipt while the customer is still there.

Randy G.Your computer was not working. Had to wait almost an hour to get the trailer that I reserved on-line with a digital photo of my drivers license and credit card information. The personal were confused about what to do with no computer access. I suggested paying with cash and getting a signed paper form to get my trailer. They said they could not do that. My opinion is that your stores need paper forms as a backup especially due to all the Malware and Ransomware that is disrupting businesses here locally and worldwide. Thank you, Rene' Jeanneret.
Rene J.The system was having issues, so it took a moment to process my payment. I allotted an extra half hour into my day expecting this, as this problem has gone on with Uhaul for as long as I can remember. Despite this, the service was excellent and the equipment was fine.

The box truck I reserved wasn't cleaned of snow and ice.The mirrors were ice covered and the facility was unable to help.Also the box roll up door was frozen shut.I had to go purchase a prybar to open. I had a truck reserved I feel it should be cleaned off at least and make sure the door opens for your customers
Timothy K.Elida Rd. U-Haul appears very inept... Several reasons.. from a dirty vehicle.. renter has to wonder the yard of 30 vehicles to find your truck.. They will charge your account more than what the fees add up to and tell you 2-3 days depending on your bank to get your $ back..

Lindsay S.I would never recommend Uhaul or moving help. I ordered 2 Uboxes for my move from Ohio to South Carolina in November. Moving Help sent The right move to deliver and pack the boxes, however; they only brought one box, so the second one was canceled, but my card was still charged for 2 boxes. I contacted Uhaul, who passed the blame to moving help, who passed the blame to the right move, who passed the blame back to Uhaul, so after getting nothing but a runaround, I filled a dispute with my bank. The charge on my card was made by moving help, but they sent my money to the right move, so I was not able to get my charge back from moving help and since the right move didn't actually pull the funds from my account, I'm unable to file a dispute against them, so I am out almost 300, by these three crooked companies!
Wanda R.I had reserved a space and was told that the couch would fit in it, even though it was on the upper level. We were told it wouldn't fit going up the stairs.. I had to rent somewhere else, it caused alot of needless aggravation.

Mehran A.Was not well lit. Had to vigorously wave arms to get light to come on and it still didn't go on till we were walking out. Storage unit was very dark at all times. Large pipe running through the middle of it that I hit my head on several times, must be a known issue due to it being wrapped in foam which helped but still made moving anything very difficult. Late fees are outrageous, in one month its the same as the rent for the unit making it nearly impossible to catch up and not lose your belongings.

I had to wait for your store hours to open before I could gain access to the storage so that was a bit of a problem for me, but other than that, you all were great! May GOD continue to Bless you all!
