Terribly slow working employees. A lot of questions answered during online order were asked again. Complicated check-in procedure with multiple unnecessary/duplicated actions. I rented a truck from this location last week. Why employee is taking my picture again? It would be absolutely enough to verify that it is me via ID and my photo is already in the system.

I did not receive my payment back! 77.95 they held until I returned the truck. Nothing back yet

The manager of this location in Lynwood is excellent. Although I've obly been there twice, her superb customer service scores high across the board. She knows how to talk to people. 2 thumbs up!

Great Service Great Vehicle

I'm so happy with my experience at Uhaul the customer service was outstanding. They even offered a free dolly rental. This service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Uhaul

The only thing I didn't like it seemed like the truck burned a whole lot of gas as if it needed a tune-up or something other than that I was very pleased with everything else.

Gas was coming out the gas tank that's very dangerous

I need to talk to the manager. She assured me I would be charged one day and my receipt says two days...Now I have to take time out of my day to fix a mistake u-haul made...Phone calls are a waste of time..I was told to go in person .

Hi the only issue is the van wheel alignment was off and I was very scared while I was on the freeway. I reported the issue when I returned the vehicle. The s staff told me don't worry they will send it in for repair .

Returning the van was unprofessional. I returned the van 4 hours after i rented and i was charge because i supposedly didnt return the van . and now i have to waste my time to go and complain and get my money back.

Charged my credit card, email was sent to me, a supposed receipt that didn't have any information on it. I emailed the email address noted for assistance and I requested copy of receipt and have yet to get email pertaining to my request

The only challenge was the loading cabin had a hole in the ceiling and some watter was leaking inside from the rain. That made it difficult to keep things inside dry. Things had to be rearranged. Spoke to the office staff to avoid being charged the cleaning fee.

I did not rent a U-Haul but I was with someone who did I had just finished my U-Haul Storage overall it was very good they was understanding comply it and I'm through with you all for the at this moment I had it for 2 years I did not rent a U-Haul vehicle truck just the storage and I cleared everything out

Spent hours, mileage, and had partially unloaded the truck only to find out the reserved storage unit was not available. That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.

My experience was good, would tell my family and friends to always use U Haul. I was happy with service but, never received a listing of final cost. The amount just showed up on my online banking. That I did not like

I was charged almost $700 for a rental that I traveled 7 miles in. I left the truck with MORE GAS than what it started with & was still charged. I have emailed & disputed & there has been NO CONTACT from UHAUL. This is ROBBERY. It is extremely concerning for a business to take money from people, that they are not owed, even when the customer has the proof & followed procedure.

I was trying to use the app to check out a truck. It was really buggy and slow, I had to restart it a couple of times. Once I got the code to check out the keys, the lady int he front said they did not have all the keys and they might not be able to take out the truck. After several minutes of her looking for keys in the back she found it. The truck itself was clean. I drove off a couple of miles and filled up. I checked the back and noticed the door had a lock and they key that I was provided did not work. I have to drive back to they can unlock it. The guy that helped me said not to lock it since they don't have the keys. As you can see by all of this my experience was not great. I have used Uhaul in the past and have not had these issues.

I originally had a reservation for an enclosed trailer in Pomona. They didn't actually have a trailer so they set up a reservation for Ontario. They couldn't rent it to us because our car was on the list of a hazard to flip over. We then asked about renting a truck and they were booked.. The man at the counter was very nice and extremely helpful and patient. He even helped us set up a truck rental for Lynwood and was pleasant despite a line forming behind us he was able to help us quickly and address the other patrons. I would not have patience for any of that, but he was calm, smiling, and efficient. We were able to get our truck in Lynwood. The website got blocked on my phone while trying to do an after hours drop off. After spending 20 mins waiting on the phone the woman was helpful explaining the instructions of how to unblock it. She said it's common with Android phones, I feel like this needs to be addressed. We were waiting after dark in a semi shady area longer than I would like to be there to try and drop off a truck of what should have taken 2 mins.

Even though I was a repeat customer, it harder this time to rent. The agent rquired an a different alternate number and insisted that she must speak with someone there for me to rent. Secondly I was charged an after hour fee for dropping off the vehicle ofter hours althoughI did not stay longer that the hours declared at the time of renting. The were also dishonest with fuel I returned in the vehicle. The fuel aspect was subsequently resolved and the fee charged was refunded.

I would recommend this facility U-Haul

The storage units are small and not sized as advertised. Small doors to access unit and hard to get to. How dumb to have the larger units up a set of 10 stairs!? Cannot store large furniture in this facility easily. My units has a rat trap and cockroaches. Very uncomfortable leaving anything nice here.

The storage unit was moved out of in April. Unfortunately I was sent a pre lien notice etc. a lot of unnecessary stress that could of been avoided with proper communication. I will maybe add covid 19 to maybe some reasons why.

Was told to purchase a lock for $10.00 cause lock I had I couldn't use then I couldn't use lock I spend $10.00 on ended up using lock I had originally brought with me was not able to get refund for.

They always allowed my daughter in to my storage even when she did not have her key card which was extremely helpful to me since she was able to help me clear and turn in my storage on time.

Service was excellent, staff was super friendly and helpful. Facility is on the smaller side. Chain link caged units look kinda scary & smell bad. 4x4 units suck. Spend the extra money, worth it.

We didn’t see your facility you just dropped off our Uhaul storage box . All was apart from the fact there were bolts in the top that weren’t removed before delivery.Had to go and buy pliers to remove

Soamu problems! Access cards are trash,! Never work and can't even get in after hours.

Great customer service from the team. One thing I would like to suggest to management. Different ladders, like platform style. More stable less dangerous for units on tops when loading. THANK YOU! :)

I found out that the storage that I reserved was on top of another storage space and there is no way to reach it to place your items into it. I thought that was weird.

The U-Box process was generally fine, but scheduling on both ends was a frustrating experience with last minute changes

I was threatened by staff and waited over two hours to get into my u-box, which I cheduked 3 days in advance. Ruined my moving day. Had to rent a truck from you another day bc of it. WORST STAFF EVER

Smooth service overall. The girl who delivered the box was friendly but showed poor judgement of placement and caused damage to the lawn while maneuvering the lift. Landlord was very angry.

I cancelled this reservation on 11/10/18 after I turned in my truck and car carrier. Team Lynwood along with Erick and staff really took care of my needs and throughout process remained professional.

The information online was denied by the employee processing my rental, when the manager came on, she was condescending to the point where I chose to go to a different company because of her attitude.

Worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company and with customer service. I called over 7 times and was told I would receive a call back. No response. Was told I would get a refund- none

Had issues with my move—customer service really didn't have solutions & preferred to pass the buck to other depts. But in seeing that Uhauls fees are lower than most, you get what you pay for.

Large amount of money was charged to my card. I called, no explanation. Worried my card was compromised, I cancelled it. Then told me they refunded my cancelled card. Money gone, nothing to be done.

Calling to talk to this location was hard a few times after 6 rings the system sends you to a call center.they are helpful but, once I really needed to talk to the local people and couldn't.

Delivery was on time, great driver!. The pick up totally unacceptable. From Friday August 4th to final pickup on August 9th. I called every day, visited local store, still waiting for refund.

Lynwood was awesome, staff very helpful. But u-haul really needs to track their u boxes better. No one could find mine for quite some time

This is silly because I hired movers and did not see this storage facility. But my mover's were great and my stuff arrived just fine. Since my stuff was fine, I guess the facility is worth rating high

Lynwood is the premiere UHAul store. Difficult to contact by phone yet that appears to be a flaw from the call center where most of the calls get routed. Ernie Morales Jr is expreemely professional .

I called 3 times to schedule my ubox delivery for 2pm or later, as I was traveling on that day. The box was delivered at 11am despite this and left on the street, vulnerable to theft- disappointing.

Employees are rude and arrogant specially the managers. It's like if they doing you a favor and totally trying to to make you over spend.Im so glad I never have to deal with no more
