Spent hours, mileage, and had partially unloaded the truck only to find out the reserved storage unit was not available. That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.

I was charged almost $700 for a rental that I traveled 7 miles in. I left the truck with MORE GAS than what it started with & was still charged. I have emailed & disputed & there has been NO CONTACT from UHAUL. This is ROBBERY. It is extremely concerning for a business to take money from people, that they are not owed, even when the customer has the proof & followed procedure.

I was trying to use the app to check out a truck. It was really buggy and slow, I had to restart it a couple of times. Once I got the code to check out the keys, the lady int he front said they did not have all the keys and they might not be able to take out the truck. After several minutes of her looking for keys in the back she found it. The truck itself was clean. I drove off a couple of miles and filled up. I checked the back and noticed the door had a lock and they key that I was provided did not work. I have to drive back to they can unlock it. The guy that helped me said not to lock it since they don't have the keys. As you can see by all of this my experience was not great. I have used Uhaul in the past and have not had these issues.

I originally had a reservation for an enclosed trailer in Pomona. They didn't actually have a trailer so they set up a reservation for Ontario. They couldn't rent it to us because our car was on the list of a hazard to flip over. We then asked about renting a truck and they were booked.. The man at the counter was very nice and extremely helpful and patient. He even helped us set up a truck rental for Lynwood and was pleasant despite a line forming behind us he was able to help us quickly and address the other patrons. I would not have patience for any of that, but he was calm, smiling, and efficient. We were able to get our truck in Lynwood. The website got blocked on my phone while trying to do an after hours drop off. After spending 20 mins waiting on the phone the woman was helpful explaining the instructions of how to unblock it. She said it's common with Android phones, I feel like this needs to be addressed. We were waiting after dark in a semi shady area longer than I would like to be there to try and drop off a truck of what should have taken 2 mins.

Even though I was a repeat customer, it harder this time to rent. The agent rquired an a different alternate number and insisted that she must speak with someone there for me to rent. Secondly I was charged an after hour fee for dropping off the vehicle ofter hours althoughI did not stay longer that the hours declared at the time of renting. The were also dishonest with fuel I returned in the vehicle. The fuel aspect was subsequently resolved and the fee charged was refunded.

This location has unsatisfactory customer service! I check-in The clerk claudia was kind of rude when asking things from me and not too helpfull, So I reserved the truck rental online with appliance dolly, and they tell me they never had the appliance dollies available for weeks! After checking in, Then they tell me to go out to the truck and inspected the truck by myself!!? (no attendant to assist) and take pictures with my own cell phone, what if I didn't have a cell phone? or no camera on my cell phone or camera not working? The truck had a damaged key door lock on the driver side that came out of it's socket location as if somebody tried to break in, and I barely got the door open. So I rented the truck for one day, and I brought it back the same day! and they charged me for two days! plus insurance!, and one clerk at the desk tells me the retuns clerk is a new employee and I have to contact the GM on Monday 10/5 to rectify the issue, So I had been trying to reach the GM but I cannot seem to get in contact with them to correct the issue, they werenot returning my calls or texts on the GM's cell phone and it is hard to get through on the business phone at the facility all day that monday. I finally ended up speaking with the main call center on Tursday 10/9 to get this rectified with my refund, Thanks to CSR Erica I will not be visiting that location for my future U-Haul needs again.

My reservation was canceled day of pickup,was not accommodated.After coming in store by boxes and tape, stores computer was out of service for hours.The truck was not up to par graffiti was inside and outside of truck.Refilled truck with gas was not compensated for extra gas in truck that refilled with.Upon return of truck was almost double charged truck rental.

I caught covid 19. And I called the call center and they told me to keep the truck (no extra cost) until I quarantined. When I brought it back, the lady said the truck wasn't in the system anymore and she had to wait for the manager and they would call me. Next thing you know they hit my card for $800 bucks. Horrible customer service.

Waited for over an hour with a reservation. I watched someone just walk in by passing everyone in line and receive keys! I completed online registration and was not informed there were other scenes where i could have paid and walked in to retrieve keys! After rudely being told I should have paid in advance, I asked how to get to thar screen and was told "I don't know!" Not a good early morning experience!

The storage units are small and not sized as advertised. Small doors to access unit and hard to get to. How dumb to have the larger units up a set of 10 stairs!? Cannot store large furniture in this facility easily. My units has a rat trap and cockroaches. Very uncomfortable leaving anything nice here.
