Tavon (spelling?) What is the most professional customer service representative I have worked with since Covid. I told him so! He was kind and hard-working and jumped right in even though I needed help outside of his department. He should definitely be considered for a promotion if you have an opening in the future.

U Haul should more open accept item purchased when returned. I wrongly purchased an item and when I returned it, they did accept it and I have throw it out and get a new item.

The truck was pretty clean but the oil change over do warning was on. Also the truck was very noisy with rattles and scrapping sounds. The steering was very loose . This truck does need some maintenance and repairs.

Logging in online was not good, as it never gave me an access code, and then the helpful employee said I went too far and he had to do it manually. I'd rather do it that way anyway. Computers don't replace good employees

The check-in/check-out process was quite extensive. After waiting in line, with only two customers ahead of me, it took over a half-hour to finally get on the road. On a positive note, the Manchester UHAUL is very conveniently located and easy to find.

Have truck located in a more convenient location to pick up. My rental was located behind the building so I needed to drive it all the way around the building to exit. Also, better marked direction/process to exit once you pick up the rental.

My pick-up was at 9 am on a Saturday morning, the place had a line at the door any attempt to start my pick-up process came back with a fail network connection. I would recommend informing your customers that there's free wifi to help with the network connection.

They didnt have available truck they told me that they are over booked. They gave me 26ft truck and i made a resevation for 20fl truck, I couldnt drive this truck i had to pay someone to drive it !!!!

Jessica was fantastic!! She was friendly and really good at her job! She went through the paperwork quickly, as I had pre registered the night before. I rented a trailer that was clean and almost brand new! Jessica met me outside and hooked up the trailer and tested the lights. Couldn't have gone any better! Thanks Jessica

We used mobile pick up and was assigned a truck once we got there. When we went inside to get the key the woman couldn't find the keys. The truck was in the lot without a key and then all of the sudden the truck was gone. It was assigned to 2 customers at the same time. Luckily they still had a truck to give us and it worked out but it was a pain in the butt and took a while for the woman to be able to get us another truck because it was so busy at the time.

The first vehicle has some safety concerns which were addressed and the vehicle was swapped without hesitation. It was concerning that all the vans had some type of small claims marks on the vehicles but it was a positive experience overall.

Reserved a 17' truck. Had reservation for 2 1/2 weeks, was called days before the move and was told they didn't have a truck. Was offered a 10' with no ramp. Was told they had no other trucks to offer me. Only took the 10' because I had no other choice. Went to pick up the truck and there were MANY 17' footers in the parking lot. Completely unsatisfied with the whole situation. My email I received confirming my rental said truck had to be returned by 6:30 pm. I was TOLD it had to be back by 3:00. They said no 3:00 it was. When I clearly had 6:30 pm in writing. A total ****show郎

the truck was 3/4 when I picked it up.I told the guy helping me & he said he would note it.When I brought back it said almost full,I filled it on my trip home,Then i get the bill & they charged me for 4 more gals of gas. kind of a rip off I think

Was told gas was filled to the correct level, but was charged a gas fill up fee. Two employees advised that it shouldn't have been charged a gas fee and the manager is the only one who can return the overage. But it has been a few days with out an update. Have rented here a few times with out issue but, this last experience makes me think twice. Lastly when speaking to one of the employees they advised that they do not use the gas fill up fee to fill up the trucks, rather just charge you the fee and leave the fuel at what ever amount the last renter returned it at (hence why some trucks are at full and others are at a half tank). With regards to the quality of the truck. The left headlight was smashed, the air conditioning vent was broken along with the seatbelt covers, the center seat looked like it was stabbed with a pen a dozen or so times. But it's a rental truck to get you from point a to point b.

Your computer system. It doesn't work well. Seems there is a lack of updated information on the computers end vs. What had happened at the store. Store manage Tim and his female lead were amazing they helped and took care of the issue. However the computer had issues they needed to fix. Seeing this location is almost always busy it would be ideal to support your managers and staff with am update, faster and correct computer system to help and not hinder progress in making the customer the most important and happy. This store had to go above and beyond due to the computer. Not fair to them.

No easily visable parking signs. Couldnt tell where the office was located between the two buildings. When i did find it, there was no indication of it being open or closed. And only one person was dealing with truck rental customers for pick ups which i felt bad for cuz some customers where giving him an attitude for dumb stuff. He held his composure very well. But i would absolutely be back to this loction to rent trucks or storage units!

All staff did well , very friendly I was pleasantly surprised . What stood out to me was the job Olivia did to help me. I believe she went above & beyond of her job to help me out. I'm disabled and she helped with getting me the truck , helping me try to get in the truck. Then when that failed she got step stools for me excellent job guys . Especially Olivia. I'll be back again.

The staff here is FANTASTIC!!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, positive and good natured!! The only "knock" on the facility is when we went to move my mothers belongings out of storage, there were rodent droppings all over them. I hadn't expected to find that, but understand the challenges a facility like this faces.

Uhaul customercare told one thing and the store manager says another. I have an upcoming one way truck reservation and when I booked it it gave one month rental but then customer care told us we could move in today and the website also told when I entered the uhaul reservation number that my first pay will be on September 26. But store manager said I can't avail that offer for upcoming reservation. This is very bad

The GM, Madeline Sanchez, was wonderful and did everything in her power to ensure that I had a positive experience from helping me find the right size storage unit, walking me to each one to ensure I could access them, returning my truck, and making sure there was no water damage after a heavy rain. After looking at some comments online I was a little leery, but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone at the facility was and went above and beyond to help me out when another place fell through last minute.

I said the first time and did not hear back from anyone. The wait to get processed is ridiculous, the app is poor, the call for picking up a truck is as bad due to the wait... The people have all been fine, your tools are extremely sub par. It's like you are a startup and haven't figured out how to efficiently deal with rental and storage.

Signage for where to go and what to do is very poor. I waited for 20 minutes with just one person in front of me. I was sold a lock for the storage unit. Then I found a complimentary lock in the unit. I asked the office for a refund of the one I purchased. This was denied since I didn't check into the unit with online app. If I knew check in online was an option I would have saved 20 minutes and not been charged for a lock!

It was very very busy and your staff was overwhelmed. The wait times were far too long. They did their best. You really need to hire more staff.

I rented a storage and the associate was adamant in charging me for the lock. I was confused as to why because I thought it came with it. When she carried me to the storage there was a padlock provided in the empty unit but unfortunately for me the associate quickly grabbed it. I asked her if that was left for me and he lame excuse was that the previous renters probably left it. Really? An unused and unopened padlock. Lucky for her I was crammed on time and had to move my stuff into the unit and be out of town by the end of the day so I did not have time for the small details. I will be coming back for my refund as I confirmed with another uhaul facility that I should have never been charged. On the bag it says COMPLIMENTARY. It should be mandatory for all stay to know the policy and be able to read their products.

There was an associate there that took additional time with me to make sure that all was well. I was under duress and her patience and professionalism helped me through the whole experience. I appreciated her professionalism and concern. Cant remember the associates name. Young lady with blonde hair. Merci.

I came in after hours and dropped off the truck and it was super easy to do. I was intimidated at first but the step by step process Made it very easy and verified with pictures which is super reassuring!!

Anthony very knowledgeable, multitask employee. Although Anthony is only one staff member who I feel is a valuable team member there were two females who really needs to be retrain on customer interaction, Swearing and voicing there opinion in front of other including myself.

Waited for at least 10 min or so. One person working in the front, finally another person comes to help but he's not familiar with the process so had to end up waiting for the other lady anyways to help. So instead of something that should of been 5 or less minutes since I already had a reservation took almost 20 minutes. But staff are nice and helpful.

I paid my bill on the 7th of November I moved out of the storage on the 16th of November I paid $169 when I went to close the storage unit I didn't get a refund. I'm blackballing U-Haul thieves.

I was with them over a year and actually didn't even visit my unit at all. The benefit is the climate control building. All property and clothes were exactly how I left it. Secured and clean location.

Four experiences w/UHaul were fabulous w/ one exception. I returned keys to a young male clerk who never logged the returned truck into the database. They thought I stole it! It was safe & sound!

Lighting in front of building was poor. Led to believe 24 hour access was available when keycards were given. Unable to reach staff after hours. Happy $ was reimbursed for hotel after not getting in.

Jennifer was awesome. Even better was the fact other Uhaul customers , Austin & Hope, were dropping some stuff off in their unit. Austin offered to help us unload our truck. What a great guy!

This was my first time renting a u-haul truck and storage unit, and I am thrilled. With all the stresses of moving it was such a relief to have had such and easy, straightforward experience.

This U-Haul location was fine for storage. However, the staff seems to know more about trunk rentals and less about the storage and moving processes which was NOT helpful to me.
