I have had the most WONDERFUL experience at this location. I can't say enough about the staff here, especially Ms. Tamicca Rockett. She is so pleasant, professional, courteous, kind, and just a very nice person. It was a joy working with her. When issues arose, she handled them quickly, professionally, and to everyone's satisfaction. If anyone in that area needs a Uhaul recommendation, I'm sending them straight to her. God bless you, Ms Rockett. And thanks for making our Uhaul experience very pleasant and memorable. The staff was extremely pleasant and comical. The manager was professional, welcoming and what to assist. All questions were answered exponentially and efficiently. So far, this U-Haul facility was exponentially better than some of the others I've previously used.

Contact customer if pickup location is closed. I received no notification that my pickup location was closed. At the last minute I had to change locations. Thankfully the Markham location was able to accommodate me.

The truck was very dirty the trunk smelled extremely bad inside the truck was extremely dirty and smelled this was by far the worst experience I ever had with Uhaul and honestly I would like my money back

Ms. Rockett is a professional. Very warm, easy to talk with, and has a way of making a customer not just feel important, but makes you feel like a flesh-and-blood human being. It's this feeling one gets when a person like her strives to feel what she'd feel, if she were the customer. And, trust me, that level of customer concern is becoming very rare. I/we thank her. She should be a customer service trainer.

There needs to be a little more of an accommodation for customers with outdoor units in the winter time. My lock froze on me and I couldn't get into my unit for days.

I was not able to rent when I first arrived because I was blocked due to a rental from several years ago they said I returned dirty. I recall that visit several years ago and the truck was just as clean as I dot it. Needless to say, they had me call customer service number and it took an hour or two before I heard back to get the block lifted. This unexpected setback force me to wait 3 hours to get my rental squared away and furniture moved.

I was not in a position to go back and swap the truck. I stopped a couple of times for air. Then ..the drivers side windshield wiper snapped off in the rain on the expressway. I do not usually have this experience. I would appreciate compensation

I just wish the window wasn't left rolled down. The driver seat was wet. A small, easy fix on my part wiping it down, just make sure windows are rolled up going forward.

I stored items at this facility for fifteen years. During that time I never had a problem. Had 24 hour access daily. It is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Secure access.

The service checking out the van was fine. The only problem was returning. The office was short-handed.

The mileage was incorrect to start and I informed them. They couldn't change mileage in store so they sent a link. Once i was finish I tried changing to correct mikeage. It wouldn't allow me to do it. My thing is you can put a hold on card but something as simple as changing correct mileage so you won't overcharge customers is to difficult.

The transmission was slipping and I was nervous driving the vehicle however, the customer service was excellent! The vehicle was clean and I bed no problems.

The wait time. Each customer is different which means some my take longer than others. There should be a back up plan if they more than 2 customers waiting. Maybe a kiosk to sign in.

The facility was great and so was the staff. My complaint is the contract. Unused rent not being refunded caused me to have to move in a hurry and resulted in me being injured while moving. Before Uhaul took over, the previous owners prorated and refunded unused rent. I'm extremely disappointed and likely will not use Uhaul for future storage needs.

We had a horrible experience with Load Share. 3hr delay in getting the setup complete put us off track for our travel itinerary. Manager made us wait for an inordinate amount of time. Rep on the phone made things right, though.

The facility was fine. It was always clean and secure. The staff was often rude and not helpful at all. I had a storage unit for several years and therefore my access card became worn and would not work well. I often spent 10 minutes swiping the card many times to open the gate. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she did nothing. I asked for a new card or perhaps a code. Later on she gave me a code that worked for about a year. Also the fact that the rent kept increasing like clock work was ridiculous considering the terrible customer service.

The gate at this facility was inoperable for about a month or two with no instructions or information indicating when the gate would be working. You had to go inside to speak with someone to get information. This facility also changed management, the new manager is not as efficient or informative as Ms Vernita. The facility is average.

Your staff were very helpful and friendly. I never had a problem getting in or out the gate. I always saw a staff member outside patrolling the grounds every time I came to the storage during business hours.

I'd didnt like the policy. I'd came the day before the next payment due 10/ 31. I'd told the representative I was moving out that date. She told me I had to move out that day 10/30 otherwise, I would have to pay for another month. Secondly, they auto charge my account last month.They said I'd signed the form, but I'd didn't and she couldn't show me the form on the system. The storage facility was clean, but on the business side unprofessional. Yesterday, at 3:30 I had to rent a van and find someone to move my things within 2hrs before they closed at 5pm. I was very displeased with her professional behavior. Fortunately , I was able to do it.

This location went over and beyond to assist me with my reservation that was transferred to the last minute. They did a awesome job. Customer just know that this location has inside units not all are drive up.

This facility apparently does not care about the service it provides. Elevators rarely worked. Access gate card consistently did not work and neither did the remote code. Very frustrating.

Everything was great, if I had any feedback to provide it was warmer on the 2nd floor of the indoor storage area. However, there were signs posted stating the climate control would be, I believe between 65 - 85 degrees. The temperature was within that standard at 80 degrees, which was a bit warm while moving. Other than that, everything was clean, simple and the staff were friendly.

Well for the price the access was ok in summer and fall months. But when it snows you have to bring a Shovel to dig your unit out in order to open it. I didn't like that about my unit #3002

It took some time to get everything lined up, but as it was a Sunday and the computers were running slow it was to be expected. The attendant was very friendly and helpful, and lined us up with a very good outside storage unit. The location is convenient to I-80 and the rates very competitive.

Input in a claim because of roaches were in the adjacent unit and my claim was denied . I also took everything out of my storage unit but 2 items and I told them I wasn't working and I was still being charged. I no longer needed those items and didn't have any place to discard them.

I have rented Storage with this facility 3 different times. Each time was an easy and quick process. The Manager is excellent. She has been a great Help each time. I appreciate renting at this facility.

The staff at U-Haul was okay. I give it an average rating because the key cards don't last very long and I got tired of purchasing key entry cards. Sometimes the key cards would not work on the entry gate but would still work for the indoor storage entry doors. In the end I found the same size 10X10 interior storage unit for $50 cheaper with $3 worth of insurance included. For this reason I would have to recommend friends and family to my new storage provider. Aside from that I did enjoy my stay with U-Haul and I wish you all the best.
