The MC trailer was excellent. Very nice service and experience. I plan to use the MC trailer again in the future. I should say- needed an adapter from my 7 pin connector to the 4 pin of the trailer and you tech provided that and did not complain. Very much appreciated.

They screwed up reservation truck made grinding noise while driving told them about it and they said it was normal didn't treat me as a value customer. And didn't believe me about noise they were rude upon returning of truck

Lots of break-ins. My trailer was broken into twice in just 10 months. 5 trailers in total broken into the same day my trailer was broken into. Uhaul management did not reach out to me to inform me if the re-occuring break-ins. Never received apology from Uhaul. Had to call the police myself to have them come out to investigate the break-ins. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY TO STORE YOUR RV/TRAILER. CHECK OUT REVIEWS AND PICTURES ON YELP.

I want to say that Kenneth at the Mather Field Uhail is an asset to your Company. Customer service A++, he was short handed only one working in the morning but he was so nice, so pleasant to everyone who was upset because they had to wait in line instead of following the quick check in method. But my hat is off to this young man handled the business at hand with what he had to deal with.

Don't change the pickup location for your convenience, thereby making me have to drive over the 99 mile limit and pay extra.

The young lady that checked me in was amazing! She was multitasking like crazy! Definitely had her stuff together, quite refreshing actually! Moving day is always a little stressful but she made it a great start! Koodose

I was broken into twice. They broke the window twice and stole 2 radios Your insurance co will not cover anything. I have a 3 000,00 $ out of pocket expense. So no I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My travel trailer was broke into and vandalized. Staff showed no empathy. 10 other trailer were broken into, as well. Very poor staff and will tell everyone to stay away.

The computers were down and so it took awhile to get on my way. Then I was in a hurry to meet the moving crew and I was left on an empty tank. I had to drive way out of the way to put gas in it which I was charged per mile for that.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I've been waiting for this review so I can fill it out. My thoughts at first were to barry you alive at least this location. Weekend before this I had rented the pickup truck, no problems that weekend, the following weekend I want to do the same thing. Warning red flags bells and whistles just short of a marching band and firing squad I was denied. Two and a half hours later I left with a 40 $truck that was worth only 40 $. What a pile of shit this truck was. Well after calling corporate that night and going back to U-Haul the next morning they were able to help me out above and beyond any expeditions. Thanks U-Haul you're still the best in my book and after many years of services from you I look forward to doing more business in the future. You're loyal customer Kevin Weare

Staff were always very polite and friendly. The facility, however, has extremely poor security and is an easy target for break-ins. Our RV trailer was vandalized twice while stored at the facility, as was all the neighboring RV trailers next to us. The last vandalism to the trailers was extreme. When reported, the staff gave us insurance pamphlets and said they were sorry, and said that it's a problem at that facility. No improvements were ever made, so we really had no choice but to leave.

Our travel,trailer as well as 10 others were broken into by the homeless population. What upset us the most was the fact that none of the employees thought to notify us. We were very fortunate however as ours was one of the smaller ones soother units were more desirable to sleep and eat food in. We did lose some possessions. When we finally heard from the manager in charge, she was very nice. We no longer have our RV there. This seems to be problematic at other storage facilities that are close to Folsom Blvd and the railroad tracks.

The people are great. Responsive, helpful, and pleasant. U-Haul's software app is the worst I have ever used. It's getting better but still at the bottom. Never, ever , have I been able to get checked in and out using it. The worst.

I was paying 139,00 $/ Month to storage my Motorhome in their yard and I had the catalytiv converter stolen within 2 months of been there I show the staff the condition of the fence around the property, It is Falling apart, they are not even attempting to secure that area and the whole storage looks like a junk yard I have pictures if you want them.

The person working here was helpful but overall U-Haul told me the wrong location after i tried to confirm it multiple times and didn't listen when making the original reservation. Was very unhappy with the service and the customer service. Location was not bad but should have never been sent to this location. Would have been alright if they gave me a discount for them messing up and sending me all over town but will just not use U-Haul in the future and not recommend it to anyone.

Either give the truck to the customer with a Full tank of gas or make sure you explain how to calculate the miles per gallon so we don't over fill and give it back to you with more gas than you gave it to us. Fuel is very expensive and it kind dastardly that you will charge us so much if we return it with less fuel but you won't credit us if we return it with a surplus of fuel.

Staff are friendly but the location is not secure, my car was broken into and the stereo was stolen. I am out of state and nobody even notified me. I know that probably isn't their job but it would seem like a basic courtesy. I asked my parents to check on the vehicle and that is when I found out. Not really sure what I was paying for to be honest. Unless you are storing your car there to abandon it, I would not reccomemnd you use that storage facility.

U haul needs to be more precise on refueling. I was told the fuel tank was full and I drove less than 30 miles so I figured I would fill the tank until it clicked off. I should of only put in a couple of gallons but after 5 gallons I stopped. You need to be able to calculate how many gallons to refuel.

The clerk named Paul gave us an exceptional experience somehow help release tensions of moving in. The offer of a month free storage is a big big big plus factor that I am truly grateful for. Uhaul is a one stop shop everything is in here coupled with Paul who assisted us all throughout. I should say smoothly done and Perfect. Merci.

Our only negative comment we could make was that there was no warning upon making these reservations that when we arrived (after flying from Phoenix to Sac) to pick up our vehicle we were told we couldn't rent unless we could provide a phone number of someone they could call that would actually answer the phone immediately. We had proper ID and a credit card ... seemed inappropriate and could have been a real problem

The interior of the truck was clean, that's all that really mattered. The employee (Frank) was really great, all employees I encountered were very nice. It was frustrating though, I needed to call there, and could not get through. It was just a recording from Uhaul that went on and on and on, and eventually I just hung up. I just had a quick question and had no way to contact them. Also, when will the amount be updated on my bank account for mileage? I ended up owing less than what was charged and the fee has not changed - there was not a refund to my card.

Generally convenient and helpful staff, but the security could be improved. We had parts and fuel stolen on separate occasions. The fence surrounding the vehicle enclosure is low and easily jumped.

I know they cannot control the vandals that came in and broke into locks of mine and multiple RVs, but it did make me want to leave. Maybe not having vehicles right next to the fences so people could easily climb over might help. Or higher fences. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to help.

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous but they are often understaffed. The same person is moving trucks in the parking lot, installing hitches on cars, checking people into new storage units and selling merchandise in the store. Seems like a lot for one person at a time and I doubt they're making enough money to compensate. Please take care of your employees!

Our new boat was broken into. We rented a covered space. Thought it was secure. But it wasn't. Somebody jumped the fence and stole stuff. We moved out immediately. Need deterrent. Grounds dirty.

I rented a storage unit for about 6 months. Once my belonging were moved there was water marks on some of them as the unit had water within. My auto payment processed on a closed account.
