The engine sound like it was going to blow up, wipers need replaced, cell phone volt did work. We were charged extra 80 $for a moving dolly that was already in the truck.

Make your call back calls when you receive them. I asked for a couple of call backs and never received one. So, I had to reschedule my installation. But when I did get there, the service was excellent.

When I picked the truck up, it had 1/8 of a tank of gas. Before moving furniture, I had to go to the gas station, as the vehicle stated there were 37 miles to go before I ran out of gas. When I returned the vehicle, I had to wait for staff to be available to check me out. The person who pulled in behind me was checked out before I was. The location appears to need some organization, so staff are available to help customers in the order in which they arrive.

Guys are very friendly and comical. I enjoyments experience. Only thing I'd say is everyone must go there because they were busy at pickup and drop off and waiting when you have a deadline is difficult.

U-haul had the nerve to charge me 3,08 $ extra because I went over the mileage they gave me by 7,7 miles. They made me turn the truck in 15 miles from my house. I even returned the truck with more gas then when I picked it up. Really petty U-haul.

This is a professional full up UHaul location and model for UHaul customers. My experience with UHaul is based on locations like this one and the Midwest City, OK location. Excellent is all areas, so expectations are set with these locations and the professionals who care about UHauls reputation. Fragrance World, really?

The only complaint I have is that the cabin of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke. It was worse when I turned the ac on. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Would always use this location over others. I was pressed for time so I really couldn't ask for another truck.

They gave us the wrong truck (local vs. Long distance) so the made my husband who is disabled move the contents of a 26 foot truck into another truck because the gentleman that gave us our truck wasn't paying attention. This put our move back which caused us to miss our loaders and unloaders because they were only available on specific days. Hubby had to do everything by himself

Overall the experience was a nightmare due to the Movers hired thru U Haul did not show for the 2 hour prepaid unloading of furniture. This is not a blemish on this location as it was not under their control. Not one person in the U Haul spinoff MoveIt division customer service apologized or showed a drop of empathy. Having been in customer relations I will rate the operation with an F-. I had to deal with calling, wrangling and rescheduling these moving clowns as it was out of their hands. The movers called 2 hours late and then wanted 70 $for additional travel miles to my location. They were still 1 1/2 hours away with an arrival time of 8:30pm. Original appt time was 4pm. A very sad ending to this moving nightmare.

All staff were very helpful but Jay was amazing. The truck had some issues mechanically but it was manageable.

Li already left a review for this place on google. The manager of this place harassed me and made me perform ridiculous “brake check and turn signal light checks” over and over again in the rain and dark, while my 4yr old was asleep. And then when I questioned the manager for making me do this unnecessary nonsense which was taking so much time, he started screaming at me and then left me to check myself in alone in the rain with my 4yr old. Tony the manager should be fired from this job and get a job without any social comtact. The other employees at this location do a much better job than the manager and they should be recognized for it, while the manager should be fired.

First of all would be great if you had a phone number that you could speak to a supervisor or anyone with some knowledge on problems that occur and need to be resolved, in special when U-hall is doing something ilegal and have a very poor management team like mr Tony Mc something, a extremely rude and arrogant person that does not know how to speak to a customer making jokes and disrespecting people like he did to me in front of other customers, but it's ok I'll make sure I'll see him in court and he will never disrespect another person , in regards to the illegal act , just want you people to know that I was charged 3 three times (different amounts) for a rent of a van -19,95 $ for 2 days and drove 51miles x $.59 = 30,09 And I was charged Charge 1 23,05 $ on 11/03 Charge 2 22,41 $ on 11/03 Charge 3 99,45 $ on 11/05 All three charges done wrong and still out of my account, hopefully will stay until I go to court so I can sued you for all the distress aggravation and wrong doing.

Return experience was horrific. Either understaffed or people just didn't give a damn. Waited 20+ minutes for someone to process the return of the trailer I had rented. Ridiculous.

I waited about 20mns before there were someone available to provide service to me. Had an appt at 11am, and there was no one at the front counter to assist until 11:20am. Someone needs to be at the front office at all time.

Manager would not offer labor discount. I contracted for hitch on Toyota SUV. Initially job looked satisfactory, installed timely, and employees friendly. However, I discovered hitch blocked sensor for automated hands-free hatch release. I was not warned of this possibility. I asked him to remove it and refund. He would remove and refund the hitch but said removal would be additional labor, as much as 200,00 $, in addition to 300 $install labor (2 hours). I offered 100 $but not accepted. I will just have to live with this sour disrespect for U-Haul and aggravation that I will not have use of the hands-free option.

When we arrived, we were unable to do mobile pickup since the previous renter did not return truck before close of the previous day. We had to wait for the location to open to get our rental. They were awesome, getting it cleaned & getting us out. My only suggestion is better communication. It would have been nice if we were notified the evening prior that it would not be ready for mobile pick-up.

Customer service was awful (15 Oct @ 9:00am). The lady that took care of me was rough and rude. Turned out that she was having an argument with Mr. Tony and were fighting. Tony is not the best one (on customer service) but has taken care of me before, and at least he uses words like: hi, good morning/afternoon, etc. That lady is arrogant and is hurting the business.

My unit got broken into twice and I lost all my belongings and seems like it was not cared about and when I went in last to talk to somebody before auction I was told to pay the balance and the only person they could talk to was my 16 yr old daughter who I listed as an emergency contact which she has no legal obligation to my contract and I asked if I could see what items where left due to the second break-in bc I was told it was pretty much empty as the first theft by a friend who rents a unit across from mine and was told I could talk to Tony the next day but he wouldn't want to talk to me bc there had been issues with him and myself I'n the past. I stopped your employee and informed him me and Tony have never spoke not got into it with one another and he looked at me as if I was crazy. I'm really upset about losing all my belongings due to theft and your employees seemed to not even be concerned and I lost everything and now I'm being way over charged . I don't think this is fair nor your business not provide a person with assistance in following up on 2 break INS so I will be contacting uhaul and making a complaint and reporting the actions being conducted as something seems odd and possibly being withheld information on what and who was responsible for the crime that was committed and how I was unheard and unit auctioned for 10 dollars and owing almost 600 and my everything stolen when I was told my belongings would be safe when I chose your facility.

Being on a budget, the prices for a second story unit were just right. However, upon inspection, I was shocked to find just how high the second story units were (the only reason they did not rate an "Excellent"), but they were all airy and spotless, as was the entire facility. Sawyer was definintely an asset; polite, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend this move-in experience to anyone, even short people like myself.
