I would have rated this excellent, but the first month there were problems accessing the unit. The staff was quite helpful, but it wasted a lot of time when visiting the facility.

It would have been nice to have been told in an email before moving in that the elevator was broken because I probably then would have asked for a unit on the first floor.

Heidi Lalla | Online Move InQuestion 2 - Ashley has been very helpful. She went out of her way every time I had question or needed help. She is a GREAT employee. Laura, not so much. When I initially was looking into renting a space, a unit had been reserved. This unit was reserved, but when I returned to pay for it, the reservation had "disappeared" and been rented to another. Laura was the person who helped me this day. The only solution she could offer for U-Haul's mess up was "it happen." I ended up spending more for less space because I had to rent to units. I asked for a price match since U-Haul had lost my reservation. She refused. My next encounter with her was when I paid for my unit & went to check everything out before the movers brought my stuff. The units were locked. I tried to call several times and was put on hold. Finally, Laura answered the phone. I explained my problem and she told me to take a picture, Absolutely not. The facility was less than 3 blocks away. I told her she can come get it open. She sent Ashley. She is very unhelpful and uncooperative with customers. I've seen her not treat her coworkers to graciously too. She needs to be moved to another job, maybe cleaning the units where she doesn't come face-to-face with other people
