It took a long time to process the reservation. I had one that got cancelled because I showed up a day later than my start date. Then I was placed in a unit that requires the portable staircase, which is not what I wanted. Grossly understaffed and many staff members were not trained properly so they gave the wrong information. Broken elevator, unit was on the 6 th floor, the reservation was done wrong initially when I called in. I will never use your company again. Will let everyone I know about the experience. They need to train new employees better before having them on their own. New guy put MY storage unit under my moms name when my mom was only supposed to be 1/3 contact person they require for unit. My mom was emailed my bill information and sent letters and I didn't get anything when it's my unit. Until, I called and complained that they had it messed up. The return app, just like the sign-in app, froze upon returning the truck- I had to call the 800 help line to document the return of the truck- The app didn't allow me to upload all the required info, both ways- The 24/7 feature doesn't work; I needed the office to be open or to call the 800 help line; extremely frustrating-ERICPETER R.

I wish that Ford Transit cargo van should have medium roof instead of standard roof much easier for better balance inside without fall for disability and ataxia that i have one. Also, I am senior citizen. I'm glad that sale person changed from Chevy van to Ford Transit van because I prefer better driving visibility. I didn't want that Chevy van because dashboard was too high and driver seat sits too low which makes me harder poor driving adjustment. No wonder why that GM did this poor engineer design. Tell them they can go faster than 55. I took backroads all the way from Ny to Ky and I got pulled over because â€œthe trailer was swayingâ€ (cop just wanted to search my vehicles) did not get a warrant, I was treated very poorly by law enforcement due to your trailers width and my lack of knowledge on going faster. Overall this location and the Canal St/Teall Ave location, in Syracuse, NY, have been very good to me. The staff here are normally very attentive and receptive to customer concerns, inquiries, and needs. Unfortunately, the overall performance of the team here is not reflective of the leadership. The manager at this location, I believe his name begins with G, is completely disconnected with the customer base and the overall concept of customer service. It seems as if customers are a burden to him, in fact, he often tries to redirect business to surrounding stores. Even more discerning is his regular practice of asking how long you will need the vehicle, and still proceeding to schedule it to be returned at the end of the current day. He has done this to me on multiple occasions, and shows no remorse or sympathy when asked/confronted about it. If you review my account, I rent from you all very often. If looked more critically at my transaction history, you'll see that I've gone through this scenario on more than one occasion. Consequently, most of these occurrences were at the hands of this man. Please do something to adjust or rectify this, as I am getting close to just adding another vehicle to my fleet and washing my hands of U-Haul completely. I rent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of service from you, and right now w don't feel as if my hard earned money is appreciated. I rented a 26ft truck and a cargo van within two days from this location. the large truck had a pair of disposable gloves in the drink holder and bits and pieces of metal and plastic as well as paperwork from a car dealership in the back. The cargo van had used surgical masks over the drivers visor that fell out onto me, and an energy drink can wedged in the wall of the van. The staff was very friendly, and nice.ADRIANHAROLD C.

The crew moved some awkward/heavy but delicate furniture from an existing unit to a new one to allow for proposed renovations. The scheduling/ coordination was seamless and prompt.
