This location was several miles from the location I reserved. It would be nice if reserved equipment was actually at that site for pickup. I drove a lot of miles and used a lot of time that should have been unnecessary.

The steering wheel was sticky while the side doors, cup holders, and dashboard were thick with dust. Used Clorox wipes to clean. Also, the truck had a tobacco smoke odor. Maintenance of truck appeared to be good. Had no difficulty driving/braking with it. I wouldn't recommend a friend only due to the heavy trafficked area and limited space to maneuver and park vehicles upon returning. The customer service was good, though.

Contact Suddenlink and inform the company that they did a major dis-service to the U-Haul company and the customers by not providing adequate notice/change about switching over on the technology end. No customer wants to see a business partnership that doesn't communicate well. If it were up to me, Suddenlink should pay all the fees inquired from customers because of the issue and they should personally reach out to all customers affected by the issue, including anyone who came in to pay or rent on equipment/storage, myself included, and provide gift cards. The last one might be wishful thinking, but better for Suddenlink to correct the issue instead of ignoring the issue.

It makes no sense why facility wouldn't put at least a quarter tank of gas and to get you further than a mile. I don't see why the trucks can be completely full and then you just fill them back up. I will be asking next time for a truck with actual gas in it

The day I planned on moving I called the store front to make sure the access would work for me as it didn't the previous time I came before and I stressed the importance of it considering again I was moving out. The access didn't work and the staff was super unhelpful, the manager especially. It was a series of sarcasm mixed with poor communication on their end that left me dissatisfied

Eric O.Location and dealer was OK, entire rental process was a mess. Call received the day before rental that truck was unavailable. I drove an extra 60 miles round trip only to find no equipment and get redirected to this location. Truck was clean. Short drive and check engine light came on. UHaul told me to drive it so drove 300 miles to destination. Tire out of balance and hard pull to the right. Car hauler not available when I picked up truck so had to make another trip the next day. Lights on trailer failed and I had to make temp fix to truck wiring.

We originally reserved a 20 foot truck at Yukon, that got canceled and we were told we could get a 26 footer at Mustang for the same price but when we arrived to pick up the truck that one was not available but the lhe lady there provided us with a 15 foot truck at the last minute and it all worked out well. Great company and great people to work with!

Maybe your wages need to be increased if it's the excuse that nobody will work and you have a hard time hiring people, try raising your wages. ?? Need more staffing is the only improvement I observed.

LENORA L.Rental drop location was not listed in computer system when I rented. When I dropped at a nearby location at destination, I was charged a small fee. Not a huge problem, just really nitpicky way to get money from customers. Make sure you get something in writing for where you are dropping the rental, or you will be charged extra.

Nicole S.I called the day prior to my pick up and was informed that the trailer would not be at the location I requested it to be at. This meant a 1 hour delay for us as we lived 30 minutes from the pickup so 1 hour round trip. The individual I spoke with was rude and basically gave me an ultimatum he said "do you want it or not". I have used U-haul for years as you can see from my account and have NEVER been treated like this or had any of these issues.

SHERILYNN A.I was unpleasantly surprised at the price to rent a tow dolly. You rent pickups and some other items for around $19,95 per day. To rent a tow dolly (without motor, drivetrain, cargo box, or 2nd axle) was $40 plus tax! I guess you're trying to make up for renting pickups under cost by charging more for other items - kinda like a restaurant charging $4 for a glass of tea....

When I got there I was told they knew nothing about it. It was finally located at the Midwest City, OK shop. It was a hassle to get a trailer. I will likely look to another company in the future.

Durk S.After having my entire house full of stuff stored at this facility for 2 1/2 years. I started moving everything out of storage. Only to find that a colony of mice and rats had taken up residence in everything I own. All of my childrens childhood moments and moments are ruined. EVERYTHING! To include every piece of linen or any cloth of any type that was in a box. All eaten by mice and rats. The unit leaked towards the back. Something that could be seen from the front of a full 26' unit. I was told, by Scott (said he was the president of marketing over all of uhaul), to claim it on insurance. He also said it was 100 % that facilities fault. Because they were using an old 26' uhaul truck enclosure that had not been properly sealed. There were several opening he saw that he said are normally covered with metal and welded. My unit wasn't. My great grandmothers quilts from the 20's and 30's. ALL 12 of them! Gone! My father in laws pictures with three different standing presidents. His paperwork and certificates from being the head U.S. Marshal in the western district of Oklahoma. How exactly do you put a price on this stuff?! It's stuff we use to remember special people in our lives. Yet means nothing to Scott, your president of marketing, or anybody else for that matter. So what exactly am I supposed to claim? Hurt feelings? Lack of empathy from uhaul? You have completely changed the dynamic of my family because your inability to do what you do for a living. Now I have to live with it. I will never use another uhaul product as long as I live!

That storage unit should have been removed from the internet long ago because words can't describe the horrible condition of the unit - unable to upload photos. Another concern - why does it take 5 day to receive my refund back on my back card? Uhaul took my money and didn't provide the agreed upon service but I'm required to wait for return of my money. Pictures can and will be provided upon request.
