My only issue is holding double money on my debit card. I was charged 1 000 for a 600 rental and had to wait four days to get access to the money because of your holds.

The place was closed. Drop off instructions vague. No one to call for help.

I needed a 5X9 trailer in the Edmond, OK area for a one way trip. There was none to be found in the OKC metro area. I finally found one that I was told would be in Del City, OK at 3:15. When I got there I was told they knew nothing about it. It was finally located at the Midwest City, OK shop. It was a hassle to get a trailer. I will likely look to another company in the future.

Don't allow customers over book on the website. It was very disappointing to get a call one day before you move letting you know what you booked was never even available.

Staff seemed to have limited knowledge about the upods however the female manager was able to help me and was very helpful.

William Christensen is excellent. He is Friendly and very good at his job. He was not sluggish about hooking the trailer up, he was there to work. You can't hardly find that anymore.

I had made a reservation for an appliance dolly and because they didn't uphold the reservation I was unable to move my large appliances and lost them. I don't believe the website should allow reservations to be made unless they can uphold them at the store. And I also believe that we should have received a discount for the word not being held.

It was attempted to charge me for nearly every 1/4 tank (as I was told this would be equal to 10 gallons). I drove 9 miles. This is entirely fraudulent. There is no chance the truck achieves less than 1 mile per gallon. It was never left to idle. The brakes require service severely and the steering is loose. I wouldn't not recommend these trucks.

Truck was out of gas when I got it, and a previous renter had spilled paint or something back there. Shop was real helpful at pick up and drop off, but didn't mention the paint. Would not have made any difference. I was just surprised to see it is all.

The guy with the red beard was excellent csr . Being a black man at 53.seen all kinds of csr . But he was good and that's why I keep coming back. He made me feel at Home ..

Not any issues with the local office. WAY WAY TOO many suggestive sales on the website when trying to check out.

My truck had alignment problems. I had to drive from OKC to Nashville TN. In the rain with poor alignment. That truck is a safty hazard. The rearview mirrors keep rain droplets on them which makes them inopperable especially at night .

It appears the transmission was wearing out. Engine was constantly down shifting at highway speeds resulting in 4500RPMs consistently and 6miles/per galloon for the trip

After having my entire house full of stuff stored at this facility for 2 1/2 years. I started moving everything out of storage. Only to find that a colony of mice and rats had taken up residence in everything I own. All of my childrens childhood moments and moments are ruined. EVERYTHING! To include every piece of linen or any cloth of any type that was in a box. All eaten by mice and rats. The unit leaked towards the back. Something that could be seen from the front of a full 26' unit. I was told, by Scott (said he was the president of marketing over all of uhaul), to claim it on insurance. He also said it was 100 % that facilities fault. Because they were using an old 26' uhaul truck enclosure that had not been properly sealed. There were several opening he saw that he said are normally covered with metal and welded. My unit wasn't. My great grandmothers quilts from the 20's and 30's. ALL 12 of them! Gone! My father in laws pictures with three different standing presidents. His paperwork and certificates from being the head U.S. Marshal in the western district of Oklahoma. How exactly do you put a price on this stuff?! It's stuff we use to remember special people in our lives. Yet means nothing to Scott, your president of marketing, or anybody else for that matter. So what exactly am I supposed to claim? Hurt feelings? Lack of empathy from uhaul? You have completely changed the dynamic of my family because your inability to do what you do for a living. Now I have to live with it. I will never use another uhaul product as long as I live!

I didn't rent the storage unit for the following reasons: old, dirty, dusty, mold/molded, water stain and a host of other issues. That storage unit should have been removed from the internet long ago because words can't describe the horrible condition of the unit - unable to upload photos. Another concern - why does it take 5 day to receive my refund back on my back card? Uhaul took my money and didn't provide the agreed upon service but I'm required to wait for return of my money. Pictures can and will be provided upon request.

There are no lights in the unit. No plugs for light's. As much as it cost, it could have at least had some lighting.

Morton sensor lighting in hallways did not stay on when movement detected. No lights in units. If you don't bring your own light it's very hard to see in unit. Security screen monitor for clients/guests above entrance door not working. Dead mice and droppings found in my storage contents. Access card did not work. Mold found on boxes and furniture.

You don't prorate and that sucks. One day left in the month and you pay a full month. Have the storage unit one day into the next month and you pay a full month. NOT an economical way or place to store anything.

The lady at the call center was not clear on all of the rental details. I was not told that I had to go to the location to finalize the rental. I was not told that I had to use a certain lock. I was not told that my unit was upstairs. I am not able to navigate stairs very well. After a day of packing, I was very upset to learn that the only remaining unit of the size I rented was upstairs!! I had no choice at that point but to keep the unit. The young man helping me finalize my rental was very helpful.

My things were chewed up by an animal. I always had to wait 30-40 minutes to talk to anyone. I was almost given late fees when no one would answer the phone for three days.

I used a local office in Shawnee, OK to make arrangements for the U-Boxes. The contact in MWC was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't recommend U-Haul enough for this kind of storage.

I actually had my Ubox delivered to my house. They were wonderful. Friendly and on time. When the mover arrive by himself, they also helped him unload. Je les recommanderais sans hésiter.
