The manager was great very friendly but service was poor I had to wait on someone to get trained on computer which wasn't too too long but was in hurry to get home and finish packing bc I had to have my stuff back by 5 pm on a Wednesday the Manager was kind enough to let me unload a little earlier thank goodness bc they were waxing floors also not many entrances for u to pull up to unload stuff and not enough 5x10's I had to use 2 separate storages which thankfully was across from one another so it worked out okay got in trouble for pulling into the garage too long we hadn't had but like 10 mins and didn't have everything unloaded yet and had to move vehicles out to parking lot also got in trouble 3 mins later for using too many dollies which only reason we had so many is Bc we had to unload stuff to move vehicles so I had to hurry and unload the dollies while pregnant so I could free them up to put back in garage while my help was moving stuff to and from vehicles in parking lot so it was a bit of a mess and I'm completely exhausted I honestly was scared at one point that I was having a miscarriage from putting my kitchen table into a 5x10 storage by myself which was half way full of stuff already so yeah it wasn't the best experience I was actually excited about going there bc it's the newest one around but there's no way to get in at the moment without contacting the office and having them open the garage door supposed to be getting fixed soon and the hours suck as well Right now hopefully they will stay opened later sooner! But I'm normally not a complainer but yesterday was the worst but once again the lady's in office was extremely sweet and helpful!

they lied about the cost of the small unit said it was just under 78 a month and then went to pay for the month and it was right at 100 for the unit from where they added all kinds of things that went with the rental and would not subtract the items that was not needed or wanted said it was policies. Then when trying to go to unit had to get them to unlock the doors and they would unlock the ones at the opposite end of where my unit was which made for a extra long walk to move everything out. So no I would not recommend this place.

Yeah have equipment people reserve avaible dont make deals and then at end charge more to their cards and i went over 8 miles but gave you extra fuel i didnt charge you but you felt like charging me wont recomend you to any one

I would charge for a dolly that was not in the truck I was promised one month free when I got there the place was being renovated close no place to put my stuff left it in there overnight at the property and then how to rent a different story 10 miles away

Your website is responsive. Good. Do not let it grow much more, if any more. When renting or turning in equipment, I don't want to have to select "No" for all the add-ons or the environment. Keeping it clean and simple helps both the customer and the business. (Yeah, I know there is more profit if someone selects insurance....) I've rented from two locations in the last month or so. Both locations had very helpful staff.

The young woman at the desk that was there when I picked up and dropped off had zero customer service skills. Instead of asking if she could help me when I arrived she just stares at me with a blank look until I asked if she was available she said “yes”. More from there, but she needs some training on being the person your company has dealing with the customers. Other then that I had a good experience and other employees today were friendly and helpful. This was my first ever experience with UHaul or renting a moving truck ever. Merci.

after paying 319,99 $ and I told the girl that I had to go to one town to unload and Shellman Georgia and I'll return it back into Cuthbert Georgia I get up there to Cuthbert Georgia and then he says I was one and something miles over and I had to pay cash and I said no I'm not paying no cash so I turned the truck in and I've only had it for one day and I pay for two days and I want this straightened out I should not have been charged on my credit card without my

Miss Rhoda was very,very helpful especially when I determined the original 26 foot truck was too large for my needs. She had me set up with a 22 footer in no time. I also found the 7am time frame put me on the road much sooner than renting somewhere else. I will most assuredly rent from her again and recommend this location to my friends.

Was not told about mileage overage until I turned in truck. Very bad I was going to rent a truck from another company and was told not too because they couldn't guarantee the trailer would hook up. They hook up to many of personal vehicles everyday. I guess this was the way to guarantee that you get screwed by them on the mileage, and comfort. I was also told to bring the truck back to this place or she would have me arrested for theft! I should have left then and went somewhere else. Very piss poor management and managing skills.
