I wish I could remember the names of the representatives at the desk on Saturday at the Monroe location, when I picked up and dropped off the trailer. They went above and beyond to make sure all was okay. I've never rented a trailer from U-Haul, but will consider it again in the future if needed. Thanks for the smooth and easy process to get me ony way and return.
The lady working at this location.one did my paperwork and the other hooked up the trailer.they had me on the road in less than 30 minutes. People like that they keep repeat customers coming back.
Sauda Taylor was fantastic. My only issue was the ability to contact each of the individual locations directly. Their phone numbers get routed through the central site and the wait time can be long for a simple request or to return a call. Everyone was very professional and clearly well trained.
No improvement needed.
Was in and out very quickly, a sales pro myself I was asked if I needed any other items to help my move.

Difficulty locating a drop off point in Florida made the dispatch take longer than it should have. Having an up to date list of uhaul locations on hand would help. Employee was very diligent and helpful though.
Can't say enough how well we were treated by manager Sauda Taylor and her check-in staff when we recently rented a 15' cargo truck to complete a move from California. Sauda went out of her way to explain the rental procedure...we are both on the wrong side of 75...in a most courteous, helpful way that made the whole experience a positive one. The store is spotless and well-stocked, plus the truck was clean and in good working order. We both would not hesitate recommending this UHaul branch for any of the services they offer. We had the storage unit for about 2 years. Initially, the staff was unhelpful and uninterested, but the price was right and how much could it matter when my stuff is just sitting in a unit? it didn't, until about a year in, when i was "moved out" in their system and moved back in so that they could try to charge me significantly more than i had been paying. It took months of phone calls and phone transfers just to pay your company money. No one could fix the issue and they just expected me to accept that new rate. After 4-5 months and help from jessica (who is one of the only good employees i've come across there) my billing was corrected, but i never could make online payments again. When we moved out, the two women working were both friendly and helpful as well, with the unit and truck rental. however, we did have some mouse droppings in our unit. Overall, it was a hassle and not worth the headache to literally just set stuff in a room. I wouldn't use your company again for storage.

Honestly nothing. We had such a great experience due to unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our rental multiple times and it was so easy using the chat function. The trailer was perfect and clean. The pick up and drop off was super smooth. I don't ever plan on moving again but if it happens I'll be coming back.

The staff working currently is by far the best staff you've had in over 2 years of having storage with uhaul and using your facility. normally, it's a mess, but they had it together and were professional. KEEP THEM.
Team at location was great!
We ran into a few minor issues, but the way it was handled was amazing. Our 20ft truck was not returned on time by the other customer, so we had to drive to a different location for one. Sauda (sp?) made sure we were given extra miles and an extra day to compensate. Our original auto transport trailer had a tire missing and broken axle but she immediately switched us to a new one. She was just all around awesome. What could have been a bad day was avoided because of her.
The service at the Monroe Location was great! Check-in and Drop-off was so easy!

I had a reservation to pickup in toledo ohio. Then my pickup location was changed to a different part of town in toledo. Then on the day of pick up the location was changed to a different state!! Unacceptable
The truck needed to get jumped both days I had reserved. The general manager was so kind and understanding that this was an inconvenience.
Chaylin was great explained everything and made sure my expectations were met upon return. Strongly recomend this location to anybody looking to rent. You know exactly what the charges will be before you leave and that is so unusual these days.

Every time I rent from this location the person at the counter waiting on people are very rude. Denise yesterday was very rude and aggressive. For what ever reason they either don't enjoy what they are doing or need to find somewhere else to be. It can't be good for a business to have people that don't respect customers. I will never go there again.

the link to confirm at pick up should be valid longer. We had to wait 2 hours ro pick it up and the link had expired.
I am not sure the name of the woman that helped me but she was an African American woman and she was AMAZING! I have never had a good experience at this location until this time. She is definitely a huge asset to the location. She made the experience the best I have ever had with uhaul!

The in-store experience was just fine—friendly staff, quick turnaround, all that. However, I had reserved with the intention of doing a fully mobile checkout, and that didn't work: the app just stalled at the agent verification step, forcing me to go inside the store.
The people working that day are awesome. The young lady is an amazing go getter and the young man was thorough and explained how he hooked up the trailer and then explained his check list.

Nice and clean storage units. The staff helped me out a lot when I lost my access card and were super friendly about it. Highly recommend.
Nothing, everything went smoothly and fast
Everything was very fast and helpful. The only con was the inside of the windshield was real dirty, I'm just glad I didn't have to drive at night. But i would definitely recommend this sight to others. When I took the truck back, the guy that checked me out was very professional and friendly.
I don't remember her name, but whoever was working Sunday morning was very helpful and accommodating. It was my first time renting with Uhaul and she walked me thru the entire process and made it easy!
I meant to schedule Telegraph in Monroe but I mistakenly reserved in Brownstown on Telegraph. Monroe was very understanding & got me a Van. Much appreciated!
Online check in took about 10 mins after being asked to locate the vehicle.

Excellent experience.
My drop off location had been changed following the initial reservation of the truck earlier in the week. When I went to pick up the truck, I checked with the GM to see if it was possible to drop off at the original location instead. She did some checking for me and told yes, giving me the 1-800 number to call for drop off. When it came time to return the vehicle I was told that I could not do that and instead had to drop off the vehicle at a second location much further away. Furthermore, the customer service person I spoke with told me I could simply call the same number again at this other location to complete my drop-off. Upon arrival, another spokesperson told me otherwise and I had to complete my return via the app as it was not during normal business hours. Thankfully, I was not charged for the additional mileage. I have used Uhaul in the past and experienced excellent results. Although, I believe this time to have been a fluke, I hope I don't have to experience it again.
The general manager was great she was very understanding about a situation that happened to the moving help we hired from your website. She went out of her way to help. She should get a recognition for her outstanding customer service.

Good experience. Staff was helpful. App was user friendly and turn in process was pretty simple.
We were notified the day before our pickup we needed to switch change our location from a spot in Plymouth near our home to somewhere that was nearly an hour from our home. When we got the Uhaul it was missing the 2 dollys we requested even though we were still charged for them.
The mechanisms for the ratchet straps were corroded and in need of lubrication.
They were nice people. And very health ful
The interior of the cab was dirty. Windshield had something spilled on the inside causing hard visibility that could not be solved by the windshield washer/wipers
The initial contact person, I believe it was Danielle was quite helpful. When the truck broke down on our way to return it, we drove our truck to the U-Haul facility. The staff present was perplexed but eventually figured out what to do. He was polite but quite befuddled.
It should be cooled. It was too hot in the facility!
The manager is very good. On top of everything. And the young gentleman who opened the gate, guided me to my site, and spotted white backing in was very courteous as well as helpful.

My issue has NOT been resolved for months, and i'm still unable to make my payment TO YOUR COMPANY. No one has reached back out to me and i've wasted an absurd amount of time dealing with this.
The staff were super accommodating and I really appreciated that.
Why Above Average? There were times when I went into Pay my monthly Bill and No one was around, sometimes had to wait 10 Minutes or so, then on other occasions I would bring in a Gas Bottle No Servic
Storage room door was in disrepair and nigh impossible to reopen. Much of the property stored was destroyed by rodents chewing/defecating on it or molded over.

The people working the 800 number don't know what they are talking about so the poor people that work at the stores have to clean up their screw ups . Even the supervisors of the 800 number don't no.
Interesting bunch here. I like it. Good people, always hustling. Have had issues there and they were resolved quickly. No fault of the staff but the traffic pattern is brutal.

When I rented my storage unit 2 days ago NOTHING was explained to me. I had to go back inside the building FOUR TIMES about things that should have been walked through in the first place.
After going to 4 different units the rep found one that was empty and clean, although one wall was broken with a hole. Upon leaving, it took 3 phone calls for them to finally realize I had moved out.
Nice facility, staff is always friendly. Will always be my first choice for any truck/trailer rental or storage needs.
After promblems had arisen it was impossibke for me to simoly call the store as nobody ever answered. I had to take time off from work to resolve the issue
