Uhaul storage forces their customers to purchase one of their locks to start. Then cuts a customers second lock off storage unit because they need to know when we are in and out of our unit. So they put second lock on of theirs and makes customers go in the office pick up the key and then has to drop off the key once you're done. If I had more time to research storage places it would not have been this particular one!!

Both of the guys working in this store are awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure everything works out. These guys certainly are an asset to U-Haul. I would use U-Haul again based solely on the experience of the employees in this store alone.

The only downfall was the need to have an associate unlock the unit during business hours. This was not convenient for my retail work schedule, but it did make my stuff feel more secure I suppose.

The contract originally signed, stated access to units anytime. But the lock and need to get staff to open the storage anytime I need to access my unit is not exactly convenient. Will not recommend.

The day in returned my truck out was raining the person at the counter didn't want to go out to check my truck 2 days later my account hit and is more over drawn because your person didn't check it

The manager, Shaun, was willing and quick to act to see that all of our needs were met and that we had a positive experience with U-Haul. Shaun was professional and courteous. We appreciated his help.

Lewis Fillenworth manager was very rude, intimidating and not at all helpful. He insisted I buy only a lock from them was told I could return if not used. He Would not refund my money. Bad service

We had our stuff stored for about 3 weeks. When we went to move it out our new bed was wet including the box springs. Also a shelf and some boxes that had some appliances in them.
