Over charged for an extra day and fule witch was bogas as I fuled the truck back up. The service manger extended the rental free of charge due to a heavy storm that made moving impossible. Then back charged me in the end. I will Never rent from Uhaul again.

The dolly that is attached to the inside wall of the truck. What a sales gimmick. BUT IT'S IN THE WAY. Honestly I said I didn't want it when I reserved online. Putting it attached to the wall and taking up space doesn't make me want to buy it. It's honestly just annoying.

The guy who checked me out was a bit surly and "just going through the motions". He flipped my drivers license back at me and realized that wasn't very nice but it still left a bad impression. Maybe he'd had a bad day, was sick, girlfriend left him...I don't know but he wasn't very "customer service oriented". The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas and he was not interested in doing anything about that. However he did set the return criteria so that I'd only have to have 1/4 tank showing which worked out fine. The folks I had talked to in setting up the reservation and the confirmation call went well and I was very satisfied with those people and all they did to facilitate my rental. For those folks I wish I could give the location a better rating. They were all top notch and very helpful.

Originally I was supposed To have a hand delivery pick up at a separate location, but my truck was not set up to have remote access so I had to find a new location. However, I talked to Johnny and everything was fixed immediately and they sent me to the new location before it closed, so that I was able to get the truck that I needed.

I fell off the truck, because of a plastic, white lid that was left on the truck, previously, and split my head open. I was not allowed to drive, and had to wait until I was, to return it. U-Haul is charging me for the extra days. I can and will sue if this is the case.

You need to install some sort of device like all other trailers so they can be unhooked and loaded .....Once loaded , it took 4 people and a jack to get it connected back to my truck, I could NOT keep it connected in a condo complex and take up everyone's parking spot..it was SUCH a hassle......

I returned truck after closing time. Called customer service to say could not get on website. Was instructed to drop key. And then this morning got email with charges of $260 + . I was expecting less than $100. When I called was told that extra charges were because I did not return appliance dolly. Lady told me "I checked in myself, was not inside". I said look at cameras. A short time later she called saying that another employee had taken it out before she got there. Makes me mad that I was charged without being called. In the first location I was sent to, the truck I needed was completely blocked into the parking lot by other trucks, so I was sent here afterwards. When I arrived, I asked the nearest employee (named Jacob Shanks) where I could go to pick up my reserved truck and he was extremely rude. Instead of answering my question or doing anything to help me, he insulted my intelligence and just stood there until I asked again. Finally he begrudgingly led me inside and stormed through the requisite paperwork, saying "I'm not going to go over all of this with you" and instead just circling the important parts of my contract. After U-haul failed to provide me with my reserved truck through a mobile pickup, they failed again by offering me abysmal service from unbelievably rude staff. The only decent thing I can say is that the truck itself was functional. But to make the whole situation even worse, I've found that I'm being charged both for the truck I used, and for the one that was blocked in the parking lot, which I was unable to make any use of. This was the first time I used U-haul, and will be the last.

The staff was not welcoming and acted rude and standoffish. While it was pouring down rain outside, a positive attitude goes a long way. A lady critiqued me for leaving my car running parked under an awning during torrential rain and the male employee who inspected the U-Haul truck acted like he didn't want to be there. Stay positive, attitude is everything.

Customer Service is a challenge at this location! Agent name was John! I have had service over the past month from three Other locations, Denver Colorado, San Antonio TX and Grapevine TX and all were exceptional and worthy of a referral! I spent approximately $2000 as well! The Murfreesboro locations is both unprofessional and the equipment was dirty and not in good repair! The agent John argued with me over my phone number early in the conversation, started blowing smoke on me as he uses a vaping devise while installing the trailer! By the way, I’m 58 years old, and allergic to cigarettes ! In addition, the chains were dragging on the ground and he stated that was the standard install and refused to adjust it! Needless to say, the chains broke during my drive back to Texas! The agent in Grapevine told me that he should have installed them with a 17 inch clearance and that caused the breakage! I have 1000 or so employees and understand that you can have a bad apple! I hope this feedback gives you enough data to correct this behavior to ensure the next external guest receives a better experience! Thanks

It’s very crowded and difficult to maneuver in your parking lot. Also it would be nice to get some money back if we turn in a rental a full day early. But I guess that’s how you get double payment since you can charge us for 3 days for moving 6 hrs away, but turn around and rent the truck we dropped off to some other soul you’ll do the same thing to.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.

I did not keep the unit and rated below average because there was no light. I had to use a lantern, flashlight or my cell phone flashlight in the unit which was very inconvenient.
