Needed to store some building materials for a very short time. It was completely free. Have rented from them in the past and would definitely recommend and use them again if and when needed. basement level unit. Water consistently leaked Into unit after rain. Unit filled mice feces. This area should not have units rented. Too wet. Staff good, friendly, nice.

Frankly, it's been one of the most harrowing experiences I've had, as I couldn't get the very truck I'D ALREADY PAID FOR when my willing friends came to pick it up. And I haven't been able to move yet
Very dingy and dirty, pools of water by units and garbage all around.
Would be helpful if the carts were larger so you could move dressers and couches. The elevator is large enough to handle them.
Especially please with the staff.
