It took 4 times to get a code to even work. After repeatedly calling the store and being transferred to customer service I was finally able to get something done by going in the actual store myself. The alarm sounding from the 1st unit that was on the 2nd floor was embarrassing enough, but trying to fit. 26 footer down the isle of the 2nd unit was even worse! Between the bad codes to the tight fit to get to another unit, we racked up another 5 days in van rental fees.
My only complaint is the move-out process approval took too long.

We loved our storage unit and we were very sad to give it up, but there was no longer a need for it. We loved that it was inside and the two carts that were available were extremely helpful to have. I can't emphasize enough how much all of this helped our family with 3 moves in 3 months. Thank you!

The storage facilities were excellent! Well maintained, and as it was late July, the AC was aweseome!
I appreciated a facility that had climate control for my photos and pictures that needed this type of storage.
Facility was well run. Office personnel were knowledgable and interaction was friendly and efficient. Staff was willing and quick to help with problems I experienced.. I had household items stored for 8 months with no damage or loss.
The only negative remark I have is that the key card never worked to open the gate. Codes they gave us never worked either so we had to make sure we went during business hours In case we needed help to get in. At the end, the code we got did work.
Prices are outrageous, especially when you have access hours! Never heard of such a thing when I pay over $100 a month and then you have to pay $10 more for 24 hour access
Had some computer issues which took additional time and had to go get cash instead of using my credit card.
They were very friendly and very helpful. I am really glad we chose this location!
I did not rent a storage unit. These emails and texts are being sent to the wrong person. I attempted to contact live support this morning and they were not very helpful either.
Would have been nice if the employee had noted that the storage unit was 5 feet off the floor and required the rolling staircase to access.
Do to crisis in US and Denison U closing we were given one month free as a courtesy by the owner. Thank you! And the registration and explanation was excellent.
I went into the store on 21st to rent a truck. I inquired about a storage unit and Becca was amazing at explaining everything to me and even gave me my first month of storage free! Such a blessing
Left college items stored for 8 months because kids spent semester abroad. The unit had significant evidence of mice when we returned. Seems like a problem that unit is locked and staff cannot monitor

This is my second summer using Uhaul in Newark to store my college student’s belongings. Manager goes above and beyond to make sure our storage needs are met.
First unit difficult to open. Immediately changed to second unit without incident.
The storage unit was very nice and secure and the office staff was always helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place.
I like the security system however It is not easy to unload large items for multiple loads in and out. It is a very nice facility, and the staff was very helpful
Enployees were fantastic but the price for a 10x10 is outrageous and obnoxious. Cant believe you get away with 125 per month for a storage unit that size i found one for the same size for only $50.

I used the facility for 3 yrs and had 2 units. Staff was very professional and courteous at all times, specifically Stephanie. Easy access and exit and plenty of moving supplies. Would recommend.

The staff was helpful when I got the unit but my card would not work when I went to the unit and I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take the green lock off and left as they never came.
Called and called about getting access and never could get a call back. Then tried to get 24 hour access and no one could help me. Took 4 calls and never got a call back about canceling it.
Stephanie was very helpful, throughly impressed with my experience, would definitely refer friends and family.

Lots of nails in parking lot. Would have been nice to have longer hours for access to units on weekdays. Hard to get from work to the unit and out of there by 7pm. Should be till 9.
Buyer beware of U-Boxes! The communication regarding U-Boxes from the staff was inconsistent with one another and with what the website stated. It made the process much more stressful than necessary.

Had nothing but problems with this facility, Took a month to get a refund from a late fee that was promised, Was locked out of my unit and wasn’t behind on a payment, no comp or apologie. Staff rude.
I am very happy that I chose U-Uaul for my storage unit. Well lighted and felt my unit and myself were safe. It could of had entering and exit at both ends.
Stephanie and the staff were always extremely helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I am not as impressed with U-Haul Corporate, however--notify before changing locks.
There should be an easier way to get in and out of the storage facility using the key cards. Being forced to swipe the card upon entrance and exit makes it more difficult when moving items in and out.
