Only reason I would not recommend it is because security. There is no gate to get in and not sure if the premise has cameras?

anne l | Expérience généraleGetting ahold of anyone in the office is impossible, the gate did not work nor did the call bell to reach anyone inside, when I first rented I didn't receive the unit I wanted b/c no one had checked it to make sure it was cleaned out from the previous tenet, so I had to unload my things into a smaller unit & then re-load two days later into the one I wanted,larger size. The driveway is not well maintained & there's potholes & it took me days to get ahold of someone to let them know I had taken all of my things out. It was secure & well lite, it was also clean when I placed my things.

Carlissa S | Expérience généraleExpect alot of mold on your stuff if over a period of exceedingly past 2 mths of use! Had to bleach wash everything not in totes and some stuff so bad had to take to the dump! And phone calls dont even bother with them you have to drive all the way to the uhaul actual store becaise noone answers phones. If i could post pictures i would of how bad the mold gets inside these units!
Michael N | Expérience généraleEverything was great in Florida! The loaders and people who brought the boxes and took them away were awesome... courteous, friendly and professional. Our only complaint was that we had panic attacks when we were told that we had to go pick up our boxes in Elmira, NY and that they were not scheduled to be delivered to our home in Sayre, PA. That is so inaccurate. We did plan on them being delivered. We had no way to get them. Obviously, the reason for the error was the representative who set up our order. The corporate office was outstanding in figuring out a solution to our Conundrum, quickly and adequately. They sent someone from the Syracuse office to deliver the boxes and pick them up. He was a life saver! Very grateful that it all worked out well for us!

Edgar M | Expérience généraleYou have roaches. We bought the insurance but, the insurance does not cover insect infestation.so I ended up replacing a mattress and box spring at 1 800 with no help from you. Never again!
