I arrived to the location on time to pick up my truck and asked an associate if they worked there because I was in need of help since I had never rented a uhaul before. The attitude that I was greeted with at 7 in the morning was unimaginable. It is a good thing that I absolutely needed this truck right then and there because if I didn't I would have immediately took my business elsewhere. Maybe greet customers with a smile and be willing to help no matter what time of the day it is and you will get a good review next time. I won't recommend this location to anyone I know.

We were 1 mile from pick up location and had a call our truck wasn't there. They located another truck 15 miles away. Not only did that cause us to be 45 minutes late for the movers we had scheduled, but they charged us for the extra mileage. This cost us an extra $100 for movers and $15 for mileage. Try tried to charge us for the 30 minutes over we were in returning the truck. I argued the point and they did wave that. I felt they should have cut our cost in half for the inconvenience and extra money we had to spend.

The lady who was working the day that I rented the storage unit, was not very friendly. She seemed annoyed that she had to work. The other employees that I came in contact with seemed to be ok with what they had to do.

Large U-Haul operation with easy drop off!

Customer service was abysmal. There was one employee who was helpful, but I did not get his name. The others were not helpful at all and the one who worked on our reservation did not seem to know what she was doing. I reserved a small cargo van from Friday at 7PM to return on Saturday at 7PM. We were cutting it close to get back by 7PM on Saturday and at about 6:40, I tried to call in to the office, but no one answered. We drove up at 7PM and all lights were off, but 4 employees were inside. I knocked on the door and someone opened it. I asked for help and he said he had already clocked out and closed the door in my face. A few minutes later they were all leaving the store and I asked them if there was a manager I could speak to. It turns out that the one who closed the door in my face was the manager. The problem I had was that the app was not working on my phone on Friday when I picked up the truck and I was concerned that it would not work again for me to return the truck online. I was told on Friday that there was a one hour grace period, and I thought we were okay coming in right at 7. We tried to get there earlier but ran into backed up traffic on I-85 on two occasions. I understand now that the UHAUL model is largely online and if I ever used the service again, I now know that. It was not explained and also the app did not work on my phone. The employees told me to go online, enter the contract # and go from there. I started the process, but the app was not allowing me to upload pictures of the odometer. I called the 800 number and was given another number to call for assistance. I called the second number, 833 399-0504, and the message said the wait time was 50 to 60 minutes. I held the line, hoping someone would pick up but they never did. And my thought was that if the wait time was that long at 9PM on a Saturday evening, other customers must be having the same kind of issues I was having. By this time it's getting late and other customers were coming in returning their rentals. I spoke with one man who said he had had the same problems and the office staff was really bad about not helping. He was willing to help and actually we submitted the return on his phone since it did not work on mine. I was there until 10:00 that night which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. If anyone with UHAUL cares or would listen, I suggest you have an instruction sheet for users to walk them through the return process. The process that you have in place is not user friendly at all and needs improvement. Also, I have an Apple phone and I have no idea why the app did not work on my phone, but the customer who helped me said he had the same problem. I would summarize the issues at this store as being poorly managed, poor customer service and an inefficient operation. Personally, if it were my store, I would fire the manager, who was totally rude to a customer who simply asked for assistance. When renting a trailer one way and requesting a drop off location they put where you ask for drop off on contract but then Uhaul decides where you actually return equipment to and assign where the want you to according to where they have most business in you taking it to turn it in. This is a deceptive business practice and uhaul is using the costomers fuel to shuttle their equipment where they need it most.

The original location was Peachtree city for 7 AM. I was there before seven and called customer service because no one was there they were not able to get hold of the general manager or an employee for that location. When I called customer service they had to change my pick up location on the morning of my move because they could not get a hold of anyone and I had to be back at the apartment for the people to load the truck. Very very Disappointed!! I have used Uhaul for the last 25 years moving my family. At the Newnan location I had Paid for moving pads that they never put inside the truck and since I was in a hurry because of having to Drive to a different location I did not check. So when I showed up at the apartment to move my father I had no moving pads.

The Slide out loading ramp broke during my Move and it took 3 plus hours to get someone to come and Temporarily fix it. I ended up having to load my belongings with the loading ramp halfway out of the truck in a stuck position. I was also charged for an extra day because I returned the Truck a few hours late because I couldn't drive it with the Ramp sticking halfway out of the Truck.

Booked a pickup, there was no pickup. Had to use a van instead. Start driving and safety service lights came on. When I returned it with low gas, BECAUSE of the service lights and not wanting to drive an unsafe vehicle, my concerns were ignored and downplayed be “the sensors are on backwards” as if I'm supposed to know that and as if that kind of irresponsibility makes it better. Was still charged the outrageous fuel fee because I rushed to get the vehicle back feeling unsafe driving it.

I was charged for fuel after leaving more fuel in the tank than there was before I got the vehicle. I even had a picture showing the tank level. I was told the fee would be waived but it wasn't. Overall service was ok.

I reserved a 10 by 5 unit get there put my motorcycle in the openings only 3 ft I measured it so I had to get a 10 x 15 cuz that's all they had it cost me another $70 a month kind of false advertising to meet attend by 5 is really a 10 X 3 entrance

Apparently there is a disconnect between Uhaul Corporate and franchise locations. Everything about the unit I reserved through the website was backwards. It was supposed to be a 10x10 indoor unit that was free for the first month...in reality all they had to offer was a 5x10 outside unit for $90. Might use their trucks again but I'll never use their storage.

I turned in keys and my card in November and you all continued to charge me. My moving company picked up my items and I left the unit. I've explained this multiple times to your "customer service " and no one has helped. They stated I still owe $500. Worst experience ever!

An awesome move-in! The staff could not have been friendlier; the were thorough and quick. 1st time storing with U-Haul and will never go anywhere else. Clean, well-lit, easy to find my way around with all the markings, and they provide carts to use. Excellent experience all around!

My stuff was sold under the value of all I had in the unit, my power washer worth 700 was in there used twice was worth more than 7 months rent of the unit was sold for 125 bucks. When I would have paid the whole storage amount. Smh.

I loved this storage facility. It was always clean and well lit. Also I love love love the convenience it afforded. There are carts and mattress carts on site to assist you with moving your things. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Couldn't possibly ask for more!!

Things were fine for the duration, but for example when I was checking out/ moving out, 3 employees were just sitting in lobby, one half awake, if I was a new customer I would not use your business as it’s super unprofessional having someone basically asleep in the lobby and wasn’t even bothered customers were seeing so, something needs to change.

This was the 2nd Storage Unit I had reserved from this location. (2nd unit at this location. First time was EXCELLENT service etc.). The facility had rented the unit out from under me and when we arrived it wasn't available. While the owner/operator Chris did a great job getting us the same rate for a larger outdoor unit to compensate for the indoor climate controlled unit we had reserved, all of our furniture and electronics were covered in a thick layer of Georgia's famous yellow-green pollen and dust when we accessed it to clear it out this weekend. This was very unfortunate and has required several hours of cleaning everything before bringing it into our newly constructed home. Other than that, the rental, price and consistency of the payment process and smooth checkout were painless and simple.

I made a reservation for a 10x10x12. I stopped by just to make sure everything was in place. They told me the 10x10x12 was no longer available and if I wanted the 10x10x10 I need to rent it now a week and a half before I needed it or it will be gone. I guess you don't honor the reservations. I had called a week before to change the date I needed the 26ft truck and they didn't even have that.

When I need a unit for a short period, I always choose this location. The manager is knowledgeable. The only downfall would be the cleanliness, the community section was always junky and full of broken furniture. The outside bathroom needed attention. Finally, the trashcan by the exit door was never emptied. I will be back the next time I need a short-term unit. Merci!

Very poor customer service rude people always a problem to contact them always a issue to pay my unit or paying extra money late fees them always contacting my ex husband knowing it was court orderd it was my unit I believe he took items out or the staff did alot of things broken an wasnt when they went in there

I like the security and elevator. I dont like that you charge extra for 24hr access. When you work and off shift 12hr job you need 24hr access but its not worth $10 extra. I wish you gave a military and first responder discount. Im a veteran and i also am a hospital worker.

Both outdoor storage units leaked and damaged some of my items. When I informed UHaul, they said they would inform the manager and I was never contacted for follow up. The computer system at UHaul is horrible. When I first rented the units and set up my online account, UHaul's system linked my account to an old account ten years old, including an old credit card, which it then tried to run for auto pay and of course failed. I was then charged late fees, & a delinquent letter was sent in the mail to my MOTHER'S address THREE states away. When I went to UHaul to correct these issues, they apologized and admitted that their computer systems were horrible. They removed the late fees, but it should have never happened in the first place.

People dirty up the bathroom real bad...but the staff amd everything else is great. They always helped me out a lot amd I greatly appreciate them. I still have to rate them as excellent.

Called several times. Wait time 10-15 minutes. Last call was on hold for 38 minutes. No one ever picked up. Was still on hold when i walked in building. Girl at counter was on her cell. No one in line when i arrived. Brought this issue up with management. Other employees were great!

The reason for my average experience, my 3pcs leather sectional with a dual recliner and sofa bed was stored in the very front of the storage unit along with a few more items. When I went to get my stuff the were badly molded. Called the insurance Co, all the say was there wasn't any leak & they denied my claim. Uhal will not do anything for me either. Chris - regional manager- newnan, ga. My lost $3000.00.
