THEODORE C.I think the location is good, the manager and employees are fine, but the tralers have been, now and in the past, faulty. This is the third time my displays and tables were wet. I do not think its the locations fault. I believe it's due to the poor construction of the trailer, and the upkeep of it in every location, or some locations! This time the damage was minimal, but in the past it has been extreme!

Jon Paul M.I've rented from this Uhaul many times over 4 decades. Everything went just as it always does however I have an issue and a comment I'd like to add. First, I picked up the truck with my card but paid in cash after I brought it back. This is day 2 and Uhaul still hasn't released the funds on my card yet. It's like I paid twice until you give me my $100 back. The one that cashed me out said that my money was released right away but it may take a day to get it back. It's day 2. I'd like it back now. Secondly, my $19,95 a day rental was almost $100.Uhaul upping the per mile charge is ridiculous. It's already expensive enough. I don't get it. Nothing that Covid did affected Uhaul at all. Uhaul rent's trucks it already owns and offers self storage. That's it. Hopping on the Covid price gouge bandwagon is a bunch of BS. You're biting the hands that feed you big time. All I did was drive to Warren and back and it cost me 100 bucks. I am going to have to consider borrowing a truck from now on when I need to move something because it's way cheaper to pay a friend than renting your cheapest truck now.

HAMISH G.The cargo van was very dirty in the back area. Actually filthy. I did inform the woman Crystall who assisted me with my rental. She photographed the interior of the back of truck. The front cab smelled like an ashtray. There were actual footprints on the seats. The windows were very very dirty and difficult to see thru during my drive. When I returned the cargo van Crytall was not there. She told me that she would be. The gentleman that was on duty was without personality. He didnt look at me. He didnt ask me if everything went well, etc. There were now 2 men waiting in line. Typical of this location it is ALWAYS understaffed. I always have to wait....regardless of why I am there. I think this was my last rental with U-Haul. It is to expensive to be unhappy with your product.
MARK S.Our U-Haul Helpers we're an hour late. I returned to he truck 15 minutes late. I was charged a late charge. There should be allowance if U-Haul Helpers are late for late truck return.
DAVID C.I was standing in the main lobby for 20 minutes by myself with full access to all of the truck keys, products for sale and tools in the unlocked attached garage. I went outside and looked everywhere and I finally called the uhaul local number and it went to their national call center who then put me on hold to call the GM and find out where he was. About 5 minutes later the GM came in and was literally silent the entire time, only speaking to say “driver's licenseâ€, “credit card†and “how many milesâ€. I was then given a key and not told where the van was. I found the van on my own and was disgusted, it had hair all over the seats and white fluids on the seat. In an age of Covid, it was obvious that this van hadn't been sanitized and looked as if someone had slept in it overnight. I went back in and told the GM and there was no apology but he simply handed me another key. This is a terrible uhaul location with broken leadership who either doesn't care about his job and is too shy to talk to customers or simply doesn't care and is too lazy to do his job.

Very hard worker last 4 times I've rented from uhaul he has been the employee to take care of me. Great employee makes renting from uhaul more gratifying

Bethany B.Our experience with the workers here was awful. They were rude, gave us incorrect information, and had no interest in being helpful or kind. I asked the same question multiple times and received different answers, and ended up having to go back after I returned the truck and left the state to deal with something they didn't communicate with me correctly. After they called once, I called back 7 times and no one answered, and when I walked in there were two people chatting at the counter and didn't acknowledge me when I said I had called. I work in the service industry and understand how it can be, but there's no need to be disrespectful or rude for no reason. I will 100 % not return here.

Locations should not over book a vehicle or if necessary, complimentary upgrade for next size should be considered. I will not return and have used this location quite a bit in past. Poor customer service!

It was very clean...the entire facility was impeccably clean.. But, the restroom - the smell of sewage was so strong, so wretched, I nearly vomited. I did not even pee...just got out as fast as I could to catch my breath. Call a plumber quick!

When I reserved I was told I had a ground floor unit. when I got to the place on move in day I was told no ground floor units available of the size I wanted, that's not cool. When I asked about a bigger unit ground floor I was told there were none. I moved into a second floor unit, no elevator, I wasn't told there was no elevator when they told me I couldn't be on the ground floor. After loading in I decided to look around I found a unit on the first floor vacant. I went and inquired at the desk and lo and behold I got it for about 10 bucks a month more than I was already paying. The whole bait and switch scam stinks. The system for getting into the lockers is antiquated and wasn't well explained. They shouldd have a picture of the entrance way and expain to you with visuals how you get in; because the desk guy was totally unclear. You have to pay extra for 24hour access, which again is just another bogus upsell. I only need the space short term and the storage location is near me or I'd have gone else where. However, yes the staff guy who checked me was friendly which is the only reason I didn''t grade this place beyond poor. Oh, and one last thing, they have sent me four emails and two texts bugging me to review them. I wanted to just let it go but they wouldn't let me. so sorry folks here's your review, your place is not good.

Being that the entire place was a crowded, wet, truck laden area, with people running around, we had to dump many items because you wanted all units emptied, I had no place to store items, and felt rushed to empty and get out of there.
