The line was long. 2 men working but only 1 person could help costumers. My storage was not set up so had to come back wait another half hour for that to be completed. The guy was calm yet clearly overwhelmed. It was just poor customer service.Felicia N.

Your phone service is ridiculous. When calling the local number provided to schedule my Ubox delivery and pickup, if there isn't someone to answer, it sends you to another area. Upon talking to the person in the other area, who cannot assist since it is a local delivery issue, they send you back to the correct area, resetting your place in the call queue. I talked to SEVEN people in the course of an hour trying to talk to the correct person. Finally, the last person I talked to was kind enough to take my information and message it over to the correct individuals so that they would call me back, allowing me to finally stop being on hold endlessly. Do not forward calls pointlessly and have a better queue system for calls.TAMMYE K.

I was told I could extend the rental if needed when I reserved it and then not allowed to and I was charged an extra 75,00 $ for cleaning when I questioned this I was directed to a tiny sign inside the truck whi h was not brought to my attention at pickup or reservation. It was my assumption that tru ks would be cleaned between customers. As someone who is retired and living on a fixed income this was quite a shock. And being 71 years old with arthritis had I known cleanup was my responsibility I would certainly arranged for it.Delores M.

Pick up was good, efficient and professional. Drop off was not. I pulled up at 6:55 pm. When I arrived I didn't know the location closes at 7. I saw a worker locking the door. I thought no worries, I'll do an after hours return, according to the directions on the door. I went to the website, entered in information and went back out to the truck to take verifying pictures. I had top back out of website to access camera. Took pics of odometer and gas gauge, uploaded then continued in questionnaire. It asked about cleanliness of the vehicle. After stating it was clean, the website needed more verification pics. Again had to back out of the website, take the pics, go back in...now the pics I had already uploaded for gas and mileage were no longer there and when uploading the ones I took 10 minutes ago, I got an error saying I needed to submit more recent pictures. I after trying twice more I stopped, put the key to the truck through the slot in the door and walked away, praying that the workers who got the truck the next morning would accept it without the digital return. Thankfully, they did and all turned out ok, with the exception of 20 minutes of extreme frustration.Brion Z.
You have a visual inspection after pick-up that doesn't match the damage to the truck. I don't eat to take pictures after pick-up when you already placed x's where the damage was. Plus, I paid for 6 furniture blankets and there where only 5.Bryan K.
The person that hooked up the trailer to my hitch barely tightened the hitch coupler knob. I pulled over after driving 1/4 mile and was able to tighten it at least fifteen full turns. This could have been a very ugly situation had it released. You should train your employees to get down low enough to visibly inspect that the retainer is close to the ball!GORDON S.

The people at Tetris never showed up to load or unload. When I contacted them the man who refused to give his name said he had been trying to contact me. The number he gave was nothing that I was familiar with. When I asked for his name he hung up on me. This was the second time I tried to use them and it backfired both times. I will never again use them and definately will tell anyone I see not to use them as they are not reliable. I had the opposite experience with the company in Rochester last week who were wonderful headed by Tony Taylor. Please pass this info. on to management. Thank you! Jan MazerJANIRENE M.

My issue is not with the Military road location. In fact the person who helped me was friendly and just doing the best he could under terrible circumstances. My problem is that, despite the fact that I registered my 15 foot uhaul almost a month in advance, the day before I was told I would have to pick it up in another town. Then I was changed to a 30 foot truck on the Main Street location in Buffalo. However, the truck was not there. Then, I was downgraded to a 10 foot truck at the military road location. This location was 15 miles from my house and I didn't have a car. But it was my only option. No one compensated me for the downgrade in my truck, nor did they have the dolly which I ordered and paid for. The downgrade meant that we had to throw away some valuable furniture which we now have to repurchase in our new location. I wish I could get my money back for the awful inconvenience and terrible experience. I will certainly rent from a competitor in the future.EVANTHOMAS M.

Upon receipt of the vehicle there were large scratches on the side, broken bumper, soda cans in the back seat, that was not noted on the walk through. MovingHelpers schedule delay pushed my load/unload schedule back which in anticipation cause a delay in vehicle return. I requested another rental day in advance noticing a possible movers delay. The employee's were rude, threatening and condescending on how predicted delay was all the customer fault even though they were informed that a delay will occur and would not accommodate the customer's request for anticipated delay in returning the vehicle.JOSEPHHENRY VIVE A.

The check back in was a nightmare at 1041 pm trying to be nice and return early so someone else could get a truck and I spent over an hr on the phone waiting for someone to pick up my call And in that time I went to make sure I swiped out of my storage unit I had seen a small uhaul truck leaving from the back before I got there When I checked my card said unable because closed which was fine But when I walked past the sliding doors they opened so I looked in to see if the key was in correct position the burgled alarm sounded So you need to have your guys that shut the building down make sure that is in right place when they lock up so this don't happen in the futurePAMELAA M.

Rodent infestation and mildew causing damage to some items. Paid for climate control and should not have mildew. Insurance company difficult to work with. Agent is not responding to my emails because I did not accept the initial offer and refused to sign off before the unit was completely empty. Once unit was empty more damage was found. Once I filed a claim, staff at local U-Haul facility refused to speak with me. Most staff members at local facility we're not knowledgeable of the procedure to file claim. One person, I believe his name was William Wilson, who has left the position, was as helpful as he could be and seem to be knowledgeable.
