I returned the vehicle at 10:30pm on 2/24/21. The next day, 2/25/21, I received a charge of over $220.00! I called the location and they stated that the vehicle wasn't checked into their computer until 12:00 noon on 2/25/21. I had recorded myself and my added driver dropping it off with a time stamp on 2/24/21. I was given a refund and paid $168.00. It seems as though the woman I spoke with was argumentative, but finally issued a partial refund. I can not believe this is normal business practice and won't be referring a single person to uHaul.

I didn't store food yet after a year in storage there was a tremendous amount of mouse droppings everywhere including my boxes!! The mice also tore up the newpaper i used to wrap my objects up with. The staff was very helpful and very well corteous.
The staff member was friendly, but didn't explain things well at all. For instance, I only realized after that I am paying for a high unit rather than a lower (6 foot) one. The staff member just assigned me the unit without asking which height I would need. I would recommend this storage facility with the caveat of asking tons of questions. I wish I know now what I didn't know then!
I reserved and paid for an Outdoor, Pull up storage unit months before my move-in day. When I arrived on my move-in day, I was informed that there were no outdoor units available. I even showed the printed paperwork. They said there would only be one inside of the building, but it was on the first floor. This was a struggle for the people who helped me move in, as we all thought (as we should), that I was going to drive up to my outdoor unit that I reserved. I didn’t give them a hard time, they said they were sorry, etc. Anyways, it all worked out. (Mind you, I still thought that the replacement unit they gave me would still be climate controlled, as this is what I reserved to have.) When I arrived 3 months later to move out, I was astounded to see my entire mattress as well as my box spring were completely molded. All different colors. After checking the website and storage map, I found that the room I was given, 1271, was indeed NOT climate controlled. I also was billed $148 monthly, whereas I thought it was going to be $114 a month. Besides the moldy mattress and moldy box spring and the room replacement, the young male employees were always very helpful and super kind.
Nothing but problems since day one. That’s why we moved our items once settled. Wrong unit numbers, alarms going off constantly when we opened our unit, ignorant staff. Never again.
The loading door is located opposite the entry door, which is not intuitive. There is a 2-3in lip at loading door that you must pull carts over, making it impractical to use them. The door into storage was too narrow, creating a challenge getting a couch inside, which was quite unexpected. Overall I would not recommend this unit

Now, at first I was very pleased with everyone there, then I moved out of my storage there, told everyone I moved out, and told them I left, a large, empty storage box for anyone, and a empty Landry basket, to which the employees said, ok, and I wouldn't be charged anymore because I moved out, then I get a bill for a storage I moved out of on March 28th, yeah, your welcome, for the large pepperoni pizza, that's the thanks I get for buying you a pizza, you send me a bill for a storage I told you I moved out of, and you made no mention of anything else.
When I got the storage unit, I was told that I had to purchase a lock from Uhaul, even though I had my own lock. So I purchased one, then found later that I didn’t need to...also why does Uhaul need 3 phone numbers to rent. This is the only time I had to come up with three numbers...also the employee that helped me was a bit rude. I was told from another employee that he was new. Maybe I should have said something when I first got the storage. It was a month ago...every time I went to the unit after I never saw him again. Maybe he got fired because of it...don’t know.
I’m just upset I rented a uhaul and it kept dieing on me had to get a jump twice
Very good customer service , he was very helpful and very polite , an even took the time to show me ware it was at .
The manager is not very friendly. The system had trouble processing my autopay and she continually charged me a late fee. When they set up my storage they did not even have my correct address phone number or credit card information. It never got resolved so I moved my stuff with a budget truck and save money and aggravation. I feel bad that this lady does not value people and Ian more bottom line that came generated.

Rented a storage unit at Niagara Falls location. Smaller then I requested and price is outrageous after telling me on the phone it was only 30 a month. Plus you have to use their locks. Smh.

I was very displeased with the fact that the GM at my location just picked a storage unit for my needs. She never asked how much space I was interested in or could afford! Didn’t even explain my fee☹️
I never had an issue with this location. The employees were always helpful if I ever had any questions. Only downfall was the price, I found cheaper.
The people are very friendly. You have a key card to gain access to the storage area and the units are indoors.
The young man I believe his name is Ryan Jeffords (he has tattoos on both arms) was AMAZING! Our storage unit was not quite big enough for our needs. He went above and beyond to help us.

my only complaint is in regards to billing. I was not made aware when i rented the storage unit that billing was done via e-mail. no one had asked me for my e-mail address. Big problem!

Bloody God awful. Would NEVER use or recommend to anyone. My concerns were well documented in multiple phone calls. Misuse of mastercard. Listen to your 'taped??' phone calls. Disgusting.

I had cockroaches crawling on my stuff when I was moving it out and I have mice poop all over my property. I will never put any of my property back in there I feel like I should get some money back
