I had difficulty reserving the moving help on your website and found out that after going through all the steps, the movers were never reserved. Needless to say, I was very upset but Ray stepped in and literally saved the day. He had found reasonable movers for me while I was on the phone with him. I was skeptical but the movers he recommended showed up and they were excellent. This could have gone very badly but Ray found a solution very quickly and didn't give any excuses or place blame like the moving helpers listed on your website did. In a nutshell, Ray cared about the customer during a time when many businesses simply don't seem to care at all. HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES LIKE RAY!RENEE W.

Customer service is not good. The guy even made fun of me for saying they charged my card when i didnt want to and asked how many times i used uhaul that i didnt know they put a hold on my cardCLAUDETE P.
The employee (Ray?) was great. Super nice, helpful and patient especially when YOUR software keeps crashing. Why do you have such cheap/poor internet? I was waiting 15 minutes for your POS software to work and the U-haul employee had to do it off his mobile. This is embarrassing for a company the size of Uhaul. Get your shit together.Roman K.

I was speaking to Ray (GM for Uhaul). I got the dolly and general inspection was fine until we strapped the car and noticed the strap was torn. I had to buy a strap because it would take hours for the "help" to come to us. Then the lights on the dolly kept popping out on the socket. I had a few hours before it turned dark and taking a risk of having to get pulled over .SAJID M.

Had to drive 45 miles to Nikes to pick up the rental truck. My original location (reserved 6 weeks prior) was 1 mile away from my home. This same result has now happened to me 3 times. You comped me 35 miles but it was 10 miles less than my drive home and no comp for gas. I also had to have a driver take me to Niles. No compensation for his time, miles, and gas. All in all I got screwed despite being very prompt with my reservation. Truck was fine. Reservation or lack there of suckedJon S.

Get rid of the â€˜Location' step when someone is dropping off the U-Haul vehicle. It's obvious when the keys are returned through the slot and found the next morning that the person was at the location.JEREMY A.
I dealt with a manager in the past who was extremely rude. If I didn't need the equipment I would have walked and gone to Uhaul competitor. However the young guy who I dealt with today made the process quick and easy.RICHARD H.

The worker there is very ignorant. I have rented from this location over 10 times and everytime im there i have the same experience. He always makes slick comments, and he talks to you like your an idiot. You can feel that hes annoyed because you came in like you inconvenienced him. Just tired of his negative attitude. I always try to be extra nice i figure maybe hes having a bad day but its definitely just his personality. I wont be going back to this location.HANY S.

I have never been treated worse!!! That General Manager should be fired immediately! I have rented before and he had an issue than! Carlos I believe is his name is is ruining your business! I brought the truck back, gassed up, swept out and with my broom! I pull up and the return line is out to the street so I pull up and ask one of the kids to run in and ask where we should park! Meanwhile I go in and he doesn't see me and he goes out to inspect the truck I'll follow and as usual he opens the truck and says it smells like garbage, yes he says it smells like like garbage and he should charge us! Mind you we only moved some high end couches, I immediately say to him it smells like garbage and tell him it doesn't smell at all and he's full of it! He call me a fucking asshole and I let him have it! This man does this to all of your customers but they are to afraid and let it go! Well he met his match and he shut up quick because he was about to have a big problem! I told him I was going to write a review and here I am! I also will call the 1 800 number! He needs to be removed! He has no customer service and could care less, You made him the General Manager you should be embarrassed! I am happy to meet anyone of your corporate people at the Niles location and confront this Monster or You can call me anytime because this guy has to go! I am a business owner and I would rather shut my business down rather than have this moron mistreat people! Fire your General Manager at this location!! I have used your service twice and both times I had a problem with this jerk. He is rude, condensending, and a complete ass!! Has absolutely zero customer service skills. Would never go back there again!!THOMAS S.
Way too much work for one person to run the entire shop by himself. Others locations have 2-3 people to do the work. The gent did a great job but I would suggest getting more help so customers dont have to wait and get full service. The trailer was excellent.SCOTT J.

I've used this location before with no issues. Today had a problem. I rented a van and only had it for two hours. When I returned it guy working there said I damaged rear door. There was a small scratch. I was with the van the entire time and know 100 % nothing hit the van and I hit nothing each time I opened the rear door. He refused to listen to anything I said. Ended up charging me extra 75 $. If you rent from them make sure you take pictures of every little scratch because if you don't they will charge you for it. Didn't appreciate the service I received.Eric J.
The general manager pointed out that I was wearing glasses, humiliated me in front other customers because I was trying to solve the problem that occurred in Las Vegas. I believe I got over charged and taken advantage because I was in vulnerable situation traveling a great distance.TERRI G.

I got charge a scummy after hours check-in fee. My receipt was not legible nor do I check my email from companies telling me next steps so I do not get slimy surcharges that cost more than the rental. Why do I have to fill out your website for a rental only to have to fill out the same questions at the location. You website mention nothing of surcharges. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company. From now on I will only be using debit cards I purchase with a specific dollar value so you cant do the scummy surcharges. I dare you to share this with your Uhaul Company President .JACK S.
