Had to wait long time (seemed understaffed). Service person was initially somewhat terse though later was very nice. She was unable to print receipt. So, sent to my email but it could not be displayed. Ended up taking photo of computer screen. Also, there were two reservations in the system for me, even though I was 100% positive one had been cancelled.

I'm actually quite pissed off about the return of the truck. I drove the truck 25 miles, but was charged for 44 miles. I returned the truck with exactly half a tank, as I'd gotten it. The invoice showed a mark lower and I was charged another $12 for 3 more gallons of gas as some "ez fill" charge. Because I was OVER CHARGED, my credit card payment was returned! I was charged $25 from my bank and another $50 from my credit card! I will never, ever use uhaul again, nor will I allow anyone I know to use uhaul without hearing about how badly I was fucked. I hope the extra $27+ was worth losing as many customers as word of mouth can cost you.

I turned in the trailer Saturday around 4PM, my due date was 1PM Sunday. I received a call from a uhaul representative at this location asking if I was coming to return the trailer when I already did the day before.

When I reserved the trailer with an agent at the Waverly location, I specifically said I wanted to pick it up there. When I arrived at the Waverly location at 7 a.m., I was told after 10 minutes that I had to go to the East Street location because they did not have a trailer for me. I wasted an hour and no one seemed too concerned about it. The people at the East Street location were prompt and courteous.

have the truck there!!!!! we reserved a truck,when we arrived they told us they did not have one. we had to drive 10 miles to another u-haul. then they tried to make us pay for over milelage!!!!

The hitch on the trailer may need some maintenance. It was difficult to remove from the hitch ball.

Passenger sun visor could not be secured and drooped. Not a biggie. They were the third U-Haul I called for a truck on SHORT notice for a weekend.

The computers were down, they didn’t have the truck I reserved and it was very stressful, but staff handled things gracefully and tolerated the verbal abuse of other patrons who were unhappy about the tech problems. Whatever they make, it’s not nearly enough

Using the app to check back in was difficult- It prompted me to take a picture of the mileage & gas gauge... which I did with the camera function. However, it would not allow me to download the photos to the app

I rented a trailer and returned it early. It started to rain as we finished disconnecting it. When I said I will come in and finish the paperwork the uhaul employee said no problem I will take care of it. 4 hrs later I got a text message if I didn’t return the trailer in the next hour I would be charged a late fee. I called the store but was connected to your main number. They tried to help but couldn’t do anything but put in s claim I returned it . I tried calling again and was again sent to the main number. I had to get in my car and drive to the uhaul store and talk to the person working the close shift and show him I had returned it. He took care of it. When I asked why it wasn’t done he could only say she must have forgot. It was a pain to have to drive there to take care of it. I was upset.

Very pleasant, explained what was put in and where. Recommended a longer hitch part than sent to clear the bumper (thanks) AND the cleanest nicest restroom Ive EVER seen in an auto shop. I liked being able to order, schedule and pay online.

I have rented from this location on many occasions. Every time, when I walk into the front office, there is nobody around and I end up standing around for 5 to 10 minutes with no indication that any employees are even around. I recognize that the attendants are busy with other customers at peak pickup times, but this location does seem constantly understaffed.

It was very busy and there seemed to be some unexpected turnover in Management and staffing. New Manager was good and seemed to be passionate about her job. Two workers were very friendly/helpful.

Calling Uhaul for access for Ubox 24 hours in advance did not actually put me on a schedule for local forklifters, staff was frustrated. Male staff unprofessional. One swore at me on Dec. 15.

Alex went out of his way to help when our cargo van's electrical didn't work when towing Uboxes. Ended up renting a truck on a very busy college move in weekend. Very helpful staff!
